We had a terrible experience with Classic Mill & Cabinet. They gave us a time frame for delivery, finished the design work quickly, took our deposit, and never told us the time frame was revised. Less than 2 weeks after making the deposit, I called with a question and only then did I find out the delivery date had been unilaterally extended 3 months later than originally indicated.
I immediately told them it was too long of a delay and when they could not move it up, I asked to cancel the contract. They would only do so if we forfeited about 30% of the total contract price, a hefty sum. In my opinion, they did not need to order parts for a job that was now more than 6 months out, as they claimed they did. We have finished our fire rebuild and they definitely were the worst experience out of all the subcontractors we worked with. However, we found a wonderful cabinet maker and are very happy that we ended up working with someone else.

We updated our floors and had to get new baseboard around our Kitchen cabinets, as luck would have it the previous owners had kept amazing files on the house so we knew Classic Cabinets installed our kitchen cabinets 12 years ago. When I called the company to find a baseboard that matched, Nicole who answered, was very helpful and understanding of what I needed to do.
She was able to talk to one of the gentlemen that originally installed it, as he still works there. They were able to help me with just one call. Their customer service for someone who technically didn't pay them was outstanding. Plus my cabinets still look brand new 12 years later and the craftsmanship is AMAZING.
