I'm so happy with how my kitchen turned out. Rich was incredible to work with. He has a great eye for design, worked within my budget, was very patient and always responsive. I'll use Rich again when we do our bathrooms.

Rich de Cola at Novato Kitchen and Baths is the best! As I posted on 5-24-21, he did an amazing job redesigning and remodeling my master bath. I reached out to him again when I decided to re-do my kitchen and guest bath and once again I am amazed and so pleased. Everything looks fabulous - cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, sink etc. His designs ano ideas are spot on, and he spends the time to get to know what your taste it and what you would want to live with.

He doesn't just suggest what is currently the trend. He also really has his clients' interests at heart, and makes gentle recommendations about other things to consider in a remodel, even though he doesn't make any extra commission by doing so. He convinced me that since I was already having so much work done, I really should also redo the flooring in the halls, living room and dining room, repaint those rooms, and upgrade the lighting track in the living room at the same time.

He suggested flooring types, picked out paint colors and lighting fixtures. I am so glad he 'pushed' me to do this because he is right that otherwise I would have wished I had!

Rich DiCola is a fantastic designer with a wealth of experience. From the moment we met at the showroom, he took the time to listen to us and own/turn a kitchen remodel design in record time for a complex, large kitchen. He worked on a complex corner pantry and his design was superb to all the other ideas we had explored. He kept us posted as we worked with him on supply chain considerations, celebrated with us when we received the cabinets and was onsite coordinating with the contractor to ensure the kitchen was professionally installed.

It was our first kitchen remodel so we interviewed three local (Novato) kitchen design businesses. From the outset, it was apparent that David with Novato Kitchen and Baths was the most knowledgeable, open to our ideas, and very pleasant to work with. He listened very well and helped us arrive to the best design for our space, within our planned budget.

Although supply delays with COVID made our timetable longer than anticipated, David was communicative throughout. He was very organized and meticulous and this ensured our order would be correct and avoid any further delays. He worked very well with our contractors and stopped by on delivery day to double-check measurements and again after the counter install, just to check in.

We had several questions throughout the project and he always answered in a timely manner. The contractors commented on the high quality of the cabinets and also noted it was easy working with David. Our experience with David at Novato Kitchens & Baths to remodel our kitchen was wonderful! We requested quotes from 3 different design firms, and David was the only one who came out to our house for the first meeting and spent time getting to know us and understanding our personal needs for the kitchen. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about designer Rich de Cola at Novato Kitchen and Baths. I originally went to him just to look for cabinets, but found out he could do so much more. He designed every aspect of my bathroom remodel and I couldn't be happier. He had design ideas I never would have thought of, and all of them turned out great.

Rich was also an absolute pleasure to work with, very reliable, honest and ethical, and very, very patient with me as I changed my mind several times about various things. Rich worked well with the general contractor and oversaw all of the work phases, keeping me fully apprised while I was in Palm Springs during the entire time the work was done. He was very detail oriented and pointed out some punch list items that the general contractor needed to correct that I never would have noticed. We had an amazing experience with Novato Kitchens and Baths. Our designer was Rich Dicola. He was referred to us by our real estate agent, who she used to design her kitchen. We moved into a home with a kitchen that was remodeled in 1970. He did an great job dialing in to what we wanted and what we didn't know we wanted. He paid attention to detail and made suggestions on how to maximize the space to make it an efficient space to work in and made it beautiful.

He was there every step of the way, available when we had questions and always made us feel like we were his only client. I'm obsessed with my kitchen! I love being in it. The finishes are beautiful and it's such a wonderful kitchen to work in.

I contacted Novato K&B looking for a Silestone kitchen countertop. Rich DiCola took on the project and saw it through to completion, and more. It was clear that Rich had the experience and design knowledge needed to end up with the right solution. He asked questions I would have never thought of. When he was on-site with the design crew, he confidently directed the project and made decisions that were right for our situation.

He always followed up proactively or replied quickly and made sure all loose ends were taken care of. E.g., we had a sink backsplash issue that required tracking down a small, custom piece of Silestone, and which could easily have Been outside of the project scope. Instead, Rich tracked down what we needed and arranged for installation and completion of the job. The results were better than we expected and it was great working with Rich. I highly recommend him.

Our experience with Rich was exactly what we had been searching for. We are remodeling 2 bathrooms, and after going to CTW, Home Depot, Tubz and a few other places we just happened to walk into Novato Kitchen and Bath. Rich at Novato Kitchens & Baths is absolutely THE BEST! Due to outside forces, we have had a challenging stop-start roller coaster of a kitchen remodel. Rosalind at Novato Kitchen and Bath is THE BEST! With this crazy, busy, expensive remodeling climate in the Bay Area she was certainly a breath of fresh air! She was more than willing to help me work within our budget for our kitchen remodel and got things done IMMEDIATELY! There was no waiting 2-3 weeks for a design, she had a rough sketch done for me shortly after (within hours) of our initial conversation.

I worked with Paul Price on my kitchen remodel and had an awesome experience. He's been in the business for many years and has a shop filled with beautiful cabinetry and countertops. I was looking for a particular kind of walnut which had been difficult to find but he had it and he had so many other choices as well. Paul was knowledgeable and patient with me and my many back and forth changes.

I didn't know much about wood grain and other important cabinet related concepts and working with Paul, I got a nice education too. He has great suggestions and an eye for design. I highly recommend him!

We had the best customer service experience with Paul Price at Novato Kitchens. It was a bumpy road with our New Kitchen being delivered with some flaws from the manufacturer. I had a wonderful experience working with Rosalind at Novato Kitchens when I was a designing a very large project in Sonoma County. Since I am a San Francisco based Interior Designer, it was important to me that I use a vendor that I could easily turn to that was familiar with Sebastopol. Rosalind was not only familiar but she became by eyes and ears when I could be at the job to oversee what was happening with the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, all of which I specified through Novato K&B. Rosalind went ABOVE & BEYOND.

There are so many details that go into cabinets, and Roz did not skip a beat. She also assisted in providing usual plumbing fixtures that was needed. To summarize, I will ALWAYS turn to Novato Kitchens and Bath when I am designing in Sonoma or Marin County. It is a company that is full of talented honest people.
