Signature Kitchen & Bath Design

We stopped by on Saturday because we are remodeling a home out of state and just wanted to look at a few ides for inspiration. The staff knew the we would not become paying customers because we already had contractors lined up and yet they still went out of their way to help us with the utmost courtesy and attention. I can only imagine how well they treat actual customers. Spreading the word that these folks seem like they'd be great to work with!

Tammy from Signature Kitchen helped us renovate our kitchen and family room this year. We went through multiple iterations of design, asked a lot of questions, and Tammy was extremely patient and helpful, both during our several in-person design meetings, or over email and phone, sending us new versions of drawings to make sure we got to a design we loved.

She also helped us design our family room entertainment cabinets, customizing to accommodate some A/V requirements and coordinate with a shiplap wall our contractors built. Tammy and Kurt came to our house to measure with our contractors before we put in the order, and again upon delivery to coordinate the installation, which went smoothly. Their help and advice when it came to color choices, style, and functionality (how to configure the kitchen cabinets, drawers, etc. for our needs) was crucial for us as first-time renovators, and we are so happy with the results.

Tammy was our kitchen designer. She was recommended to us by a family member. Tammy was wonderful to work with and she really listened to our vision and needs. The design was perfect and the kitchen is beautiful! One thing I really appreciated is Tammy worked with us from the design, cabinet order, delivery and installation. She checked in with the contractor (Sean P) from start to finish to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did.

We had a few small issues with the painted Omega cabinets and Curt, the owner of Signature Kitchen, solved the problem quickly. He did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. Something you rarely see these days. Signature Kitchen and Bath Design is a family owned business. This was very appealing versus working with a big box store.

My wife and I were in the process of a major kitchen remodel. My neighborhood friend gave his highest recommendations to Patty, so we made an appointment and gave Signature Kitchen a visit. We were not disappointed! Patty really took the time to listen to our needs, with particular attention to balancing function, cost and design! Although we ultimately had our design elsewhere, we can tell Patty would be a great designer to work with as well.

She was very honest and upfront, which we greatly valued. This is why we felt compelled to write this review. Plus my neighbor's kitchen is both beautiful and functionally very well thought out!

Signature Kitchen and Bath Design is top notch! The level of experience, professionalism, willingness to help, and attention to detail to get it right made this company a real pleasure to work with during my recent remodel. Patty Hayos is amazing, a great designer! Her whole team is was there to help as well. This is a very professional company and I would highly recommend them!

Not necessarily the cheapest, but I wasn't looking for cheap. I wanted to get help designing my cabinets because I knew if I tried to do it on my own, I'd forget some important detail somewhere and wind up with worthless cabinets on my hands, and it would be entirely my own fault. My laundry room is just barely large enough to accommodate the washing machine / dryer, new cabinets & farmhouse-style sink.

In addition, we needed to make sure we didn't impede the function of the entry door in any way. So there was a lot to consider, and I didn't want to try to do it all alone. I ended up working with Tammy, who I think was relatively new to Signature K&B at the time (back in 2019). She came out to the house, took measurements, and then between the two of us, we came up with something that works really well.

It wasn't a particularly big job, but her help was invaluable to me. Totally worth the extra $. The only suggestion I can offer is that it might be a good idea to just make sure you run any customization options by your contractor before agreeing to them. It seems obvious now, but at the time, it wasn't to me. In my case, Tammy suggested a specific type of cabinet and then told me to have my contractor custom cut it to fit the farmhouse-style sink.

It sounded like no big deal, so I went ahead and ordered the cabinets. However, when the cabinets showed up, and I told the contractor that we were going to cut them to accommodate the sink, he wasn't very happy about it. His response was that they were clearly very expensive cabinets, and if he made any kind of mistake, it was his ass on the line.

For a minute or two, I actually thought he might refuse to do it. Ultimately, though, he agreed to do the work and it wound up being fine. However, in retrospect, I should've consulted him beforehand.

Signature Kitchen and Bath Design is our local design center and we're big on local business support so when we were ready to start we went there first. Patty Hayos was our designer, she was professional, thoughtful, and wonderful to work with. She gave us recommendations on who and where to go for appliances and flooring, as well as general contractors. She help of pick the cabinet design and did the layout. Tammy is a great advocate for her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure that the fit and finish is spot on. Patty and her team at Signature Kitchen and Bath are fantastic! My wife and I started planning a project just before the pandemic broke this year. Patty came to the house several times (wearing masks and following appropriate Social Distancing Protocols) and helped plan our new kitchen floorplan and cabinetry. She gave her professional opinion and advice at every step, which was extremely helpful as first time remodelers.

As we waited for the cabinet vendors to re-open and ship product, Patty was in constant communication with us and our contractor to manage/update our expectations regarding time frames and how things were effected by COVID-19. She worked extremely closely/well with our contractor to make sure everything was installed and set up exactly how we expected, and we couldn't be happier with the end results!

I was on the phone with a lady from this office about my shower project. I was doing my research. I was not their customer. She gave me the names of the title stores. Wow! Patty listened, advised us wisely, and created a design that showed creativity and a layout that we would not have imagined on our own.

I had my kitchen redone 10 years ago. I still recommend Signature whenever asked for a referral. Patty was truly my angel. I did this on my own, knowing virtually nothing except that I wanted it done. She was there for every step. She designed it, made suggestions about cabinets, etc. She even met me at the tile place to help with the backsplash. Her work was impeccable. It still looks gorgeous. Highly highly recommend.

After visiting several custom and non-custom cabinet makers, we ended up going to Signature for our major bathroom remodel. From the start, Bridgette impressed us with her design skills and was fantastic to work with throughout the project. We knew the basic design we wanted but Bridgette took it to the next level, incorporating both custom and semi-custom elements to give us what we wanted while keeping the cost under control.

Although our bathroom contractor (Domenichini Construction) installed them, Bridgette stayed very involved throughout. She visited our home several times during installation, answered questions, and, when some small issues showed up with some of the hardware, she took care of them without hesitation or extra charges even when some problems were the result of installation glitches. We highly recommend Signature and Bridgette without hesitation.

I completed a new construction project last year. Bridgette Bennett at Signature Kitchen & Bath Design was my kitchen cabinet designer. She was an absolute joy to work with throughout the project! She's very professional, has good taste and detailed oriented. During the framing phase, she came over twice to measure the area to make sure the cabinets fit.

She understood my needs, worked us through the design process, helped us select style of panel, suggested the color and even included all the appliance with exact dimension into her cabinet design. During the final installation, she also helped order missing piece and worked very well with my contractors. What a great customer service experience! The cabinet quality is excellent and looks very high end.

Nice selection but a bit pricey. If you're looking for higher end, this might be the place for you. Customer service is great.

I chose to work with Signature Kitchen & Bath Design for my master bathroom remodel because I liked the idea of semi-custom cabinets, and knew I could use some help with my large and (in some places) awkwardly shaped space. Bridgette was the designer assigned to my project and I am thrilled with her work. She took ideas from my inspiration board and made them fit my space.

She expanded my storage options and found a very functional solution for an awkward niche. I was pretty hands-on with the selections in my bathroom, but I always went off of the primary design layout, style and color scheme recommended by Bridgette. The Signature Kitchen & Bath showroom was also a big help in the process. I appreciated that I could checkout cabinet and counter samples to review at home.

It gave me tremendous confidence that the selections that Bridgette and I made in the store would work with my lighting at home. I highly recommend Signature to others looking for high quality products and knowledgeable design service for their home.

What a wonderful experience! We just finished our kitchen remodel and with Bridgette's help, our kitchen is beautiful. She designed a perfect space and worked well with our contractor even when a couple of things were missing from our delivery. It looks beautiful and we are thrilled.

We used Signature Kitchen and Bath for a complete remodel of our kitchen. We loved them! Bridgette was our designer and she was awesome. I am very detailed and she was incredibly patient with both me and my husband as we forged out a design. Things I loved about them: If there was a problem with the cabinets, no problem, they replaced the product.

If my contractor was busy and something needed to get done right away with the cabinets, no problem, they did their best come over and take care of it. We had one miscommunication and they made it very comfortable for us to talk about the issue. And lastly if something about the cabinets or cabinet layout needed to be addressed, they came over in a timely fashion, to my house!, to take a look and figure out a plan. We used Bridgette, love her, and she was the lead designer but the entire team helped out if she was busy or unavailable. We would definitely use them again!

Patti reached out to us and offered to buy the range hood off us as we were having a hard time selling it though it was new in box. It was above and beyond what we expected. While they picked up the hood, they also tuned some drawers for us that weren't sliding quite right. We have recommended skbd to all our friends, and will definitely go with them if we ever lose our minds and decide to remodel anything again.
