In the fall of 2016 we contacted Customwood Kitchens about a project. Designer Dorothie came to our house, and listened as we explained our vision and preferences. She then measured carefully, offered suggestions for countertops, cabinets, etc. She mindfully drew up plans and a proposal, including all of the detailed specs we desired. We signed, and the project began.
We were very pleased with the communication throughout the project. Their carpenter, Ken, was fabulous. He worked diligently with his crew of Scott and Jerry to get everything to our liking. We had a very custom (not stock) project, and everyone was gracious and meticulous when we changed our minds about a few items as they were being built/installed.
Although the job ended up running longer than expected (as all contruction does, and remember, we had multiple changes), In the end we are thrilled with the finished project. Communication was tight from start to finish, respect and clean up was spot on. Any changes we made midstream were always carefully ironed out, with any additional quotes included.
We had no surprises with the bill, as everything was always discussed and agreed upon first. We will most definitely refer Customwood Kitchens to anyone seeking a kitchen remodel. They are a very upstanding company! They can definitely take pride in a job well done!
