Top Drawer Custom Cabinetry was founded in early 1994, we swiftly went on to expand the company by building a bigger manufacturing facility in 1996. In 2005, the demand for our services grew beyond our wildest expectation, due to the fact that we were offering a service unmatched by anyone else in the industry. We had to further expand by acquiring the above property at 719 Main street in New Rochelle which now housed all of our operation. Most of the machinery here in the factory are computerized for high quality control, speed, precision and efficiency.

We hired Jerry Tomic 4 years ago to do a costly complete renovation of our 1978 California modern home. We are seasoned home owners and have done 2 prior large home remodel projects, so we speak from experience. We now have some hindsight to keep others from making the same mistake we did. Jerry was personally very responsive and available to come onsite whenever a problem arose. Unfortunately, there were many problems we had to deal with throughout the 6 month project, most of which pertained to a under-performing sub-contracting team.
Here is our list: (1) The biggest grievance is that the exterior paint job by his crew had to be totally re-done after 4 years. The paint began to chip off after the first winter and the existing wood siding was not prepped properly. (2) The plumber was sloppy and careless. We had our tub installed with the plastic coating still left on the Silestone top.
The water pressure and the shower faucet heads were totally installed wrong and did not work. The plumber was called back twice. (3) The HVAC contractor installed an uncommon heating system without telling us that he had no experience with it. We eventually had to replace the furnace completely and fix the air handlers because they were not salvageable. (4) All the interior hardware was miss-ordered but Jerry replaced it as per our architect's specs.
As the woman of the household, I was so aggravated after 3 months into the job that I refused to speak to the site manager because of his rude and dismissive tone of voice. Instead, every communication I had was emailed and cc'd. Use this company at your own risk.

Beware do not purchase cabinets here! The results look nothing like the pictures posted here. Pay top dollar for cheap work. Unreliable workmanship ex I say home several days waiting for someone to show up and they never did not even the courtesy of a phone call. Cabinets were installed damaged and chipped the man told me with a straight face to get a white marker and touch them up.
Center custom made iLand I could have spray painted and made myself it was completely uneven and the stove was made for a woman who is four feet tall. I also want to add that when we paid them a deposit for the intial cabinet install the cabinets never came when we called and asked about the cabinets the owner replied they didn't deliver the cabinets because we didn't pay the manufacturer so what happened to my deposit?
