It has been 5 years since I used kbs and my original review and I still would not recommend kbs. My cabinets are warped and the toe kick is falling off. 0/10. Don't do it

We are so happy with the remodel of our kitchen! Mariana was an excellent designer and was able to capture our vision for our kitchen remodel. She helped us not only with the design portion but with cabinetry, hardware and appliances selection. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and look forward to enjoy it for many years. KBS designed a beautiful new kitchen for my home. Their work from inception to completion was stellar. Mariana designed and guided me through the entire process and Denise handled the cabinet delivery expertly, even with the delays that came up during construction. Quality product and great company to work with. I highly recommend KBS.

Brittany was great to work with. Very helpful and professional 3 months later (5 weeks longer than the contract said it works take) a vanity was delivered and it's wrong. Either KBS ordered the wrong thing or they didn't check the confirmation from the manufacturer to see that they transposed numbers. And now, I have to wait 4 more weeks to get another vanity. Ultimately, they made good on the error and the vanity was just installed. Robert, the installer did a great job and I'm very happy with the results.

KBS Kitchen & Bath is #1 in my book! Not only did they design a fabulous kitchen for me, making my NYC kitchen beautiful and functional, they expedited my order and quickly jumped in to help when my contractor damaged a cabinet months after the kitchen was installed! I have a beautiful new kitchen thanks to KBS. They were great to work with from start to finish. Our kitchen is not big, but our designer, Marianna, did a great job translating what I envisioned for the new kitchen and she utilized every inch of available space perfectly. Good communication and Denise, the project coordinator, kept me updated at every step. I highly recommend this very professional design group. They've also got a great showroom with a lot of sample kitchens to look at.

Excellent company. I saw some mixed reviews but I couldn't be happier with my kitchen remodel. I strongly suggest you speak with their staff about the entire process of remodeling before you make a decision and get started with your kitchen. I interviewed many contractors prior to selecting Kitchen and Bath. They are by far the most professional and informative.

They are the only company I found with online information about the remodeling process and they stick to what they say. Quality of work is great and they delivered as promised. Many, many thanks to Adam, Denise and of course Mariana! Happy to write this for you. Cheers!

I'm happy to share my experience about this company. I purchased my cabinets, countertops and construction from them about 3 months ago. Steve my designer was fantastic! He has a great eye for design and color and a great personality. Right down to helping me pick the paint color for the wall, I could always trust Steve's decision and I can tell he takes true pride in his design.

Thank you so much- Denise is wonderful. She helped keep me on track during the remodeling process and pushed to get my job completed. Thank you. Their contractor Eddie is a dream. He's patient and professional and did an outstanding job. You all earned these 5 stars, my kitchen is stunning and you will see me soon for my bathroom.

Very happy! My kitchen turned out great and I love my Medallion cabinets. The quality of the paint is great and the design was perfect. Anytime I had a question Denise and Robert answered it. They saw to it that two damaged doors were ordered and replaced quickly and they were always very professional. They have a great vibe at the showroom and it shows in their work. I strongly recommend you visit.

KBS was horrible to deal with. Their customer service is the worst. They did a poor job on our kitchen, refused to follow through when we complained, charged us for things that they never delivered. We had to pay other people to finish the work they should have done. Their work is incredibly sloppy. The contractor they assigned us was rude and difficult to work with.

We don't normally ever write reviews, but for what we paid, I was so angry about their service. I should have read reviews before committing. At first they seem helpful and eager and then they disappear and don't return emails. I can't stress enough how disappointed we were.

My overall experience with KBS was Excellent. Being no stranger to kitchen remodeling (this being my third kitchen remodel) The entire group at KBS performed great. From the beginning I was greeted by a very pleasant and idea enthused sales person, Shipe. She is terrific and offered my wife and I several design solutions for our kitchen. After the order was placed we decided to have KBS install the kitchen as well. Stuart, their PM reviewed the process with us and Eddie installed the cabinets flawlessly. Wonderful job! We are so happy with our new kitchen and bathroom. We first visited their beautiful showroom in December and began working with Mariana and Stuart. Mariana helped us design a beautiful new kitchen and powder room. Stuart visited our home and oversaw the entire project. They have a very inviting showroom and it was always a pleasure to visit and get input from the staff there. We love our Plain and Fancy cabinetry. Thank you to everyone involved at KBS

Called them to ask for a quote based on a design that is already completed with exacting specs including doors and color. Told that is not how they do business and I need to come in. When I explained I had no interest in doing anything other than sending the architect designed spec they said, nope. Thanks for letting me take my 50k elsewhere. There is this thing called the internet now where you can find way higher ranked and easier to deal with stores.

In the middle of discussing my design project, i was told that my time was up and that the next appointment was waiting. I walked around the showroom for 5 minutes and then saw the rep by herself at the copy machine with no one at her desk and no other customers in the showroom. After 2 weeks of no contact i called and asked for a quote which came in so high, it was ridiculous.

All the negative reviews here are correct. I do not know how this place stays in business. Go anywhere else with your business. I have 3 bathrooms to renovate and Kitchen and Bath Source is the most unprofessional.

My husband and I had an appointment to meet with sales rep Marianna. She kept us waiting for 40 minutes past the scheduled time and was then incredibly cold, rude, and disrespectful to us once she met us. KBS shows a clear lack of judgment putting someone this unprofessional in a customer-facing role. If there was anything wrong with the cabinets on delivery or installation, I have no doubt she would be unhelpful. Avoid at all costs - there are plenty of other kitchen places in Westchester that know how to treat customers.

Looking to remodel bathroom. Wife and I arrived on Saturday and were greeted by gentleman behind counter. He directed us to go to the back corner of showroom to see the few bathroom vanities that they had. Spent about 20 minutes looking in corner and other parts of showroom. No other customers in showroom. Ladies at desks, gentleman behind counter and gentleman in back office. No one offered assistance. We walked out and went elsewhere where we were warmly greeted and assisted in choosing cabinets and bathroom layout.

Thank you kitchen and Bath Source for providing us with a beautiful Ultra Craft kitchen. Your team was professional, we love the design and we couldn't be happier with our kitchen. Great job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I've done many rennovations in my house and this was by far the worst experience ever. Every time i look at my cabinets, I get upset. I had a 40K budget to redo my kitchen which is only 11ft x 13ft. They provided me with the eqivalent of MDF for cabinetry - however, they told me the it was maple. Post ordering and then receiving the cabinets-I noticed the quality was poor and went back to them.

They said the doors and drawers are all wood - the rest is not. They should have been very clear about the contruction of the cabinets. In addition, they provided me with a contractor and at the last minute switched to someone else a few days before the demolition. Because of time constraints, I didn't hold off the project, but they were the worst!

I had to argue with them regarding their quality of work. I had to have them resand the floors twice. They had to redo the molding on the cabinets - and did this only after I argued with them and sent a picture to Kitchen and Bath. I saw that there were some positive reviews, but equally some very negative ones. Are you willing to take the risk? Please don't. This company doesn't deserve to stay in business.

I dont usually write reviews but I am because I was worried about my job with KBS because of some negative reviews on yelp --and the job turned out great. Although one reviewer had some bad luck, I have to say that my experience was 5 stars. I highly recommend the sales consultant Marianna who knew her job inside and out and was clearly very knowledgable, with the patience of a saint.

I had countliess questions and each was answered by Marianna, including many emails that I sent (which might drive anyone nuts). Michelle, who coordinates the deliverys was also great. We used our own contractor but we purchased the cabinets, hardware for cabinets, sink and our countertops from KBS (There is a great tile store across the street and we got fanatastic tile from them). Marianna ended up spending late hours with us and worked so hard on our job.

The important thing is Marianna designed the layout based on the one we had in mind using a computer program and she made many suggestions to steer us straight on the type of drawers, dimensions of cabinets etc. We had some small glitches but they were handled immediately and professionally. Measurements of cabinets are the most important thing and Marianna came with Robert to measure and they clearly knew their stuff, measuring everything perfectly.

So if you are remodelling go see Marianna (she has many years in the business and was beyond fabulous). Tip: if you install an over the range microwave near a wall you need to get the one that doesnt have the door swing from the end -or it will hit the wall. We got a "sharp" with a door that swung closer to the middle of the microwave. We were so so happy with KBS.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT order anything from this store. The owner, Robert, charged me nearly $8,000 for cabinetry which was ordered in March and promised for May delivery. When the cabinets finally arrived - in August - they were wrong! It took Robert until October 5th to return my phone calls, at which point he offered to re-do them "at a really good price." Please stay away.

Great place for custom made cabinets. They have an impressive showroom with all sorts of options for both kitchen and bath. They also do tiles, floors, counters, handles, the works. We worked with Steve who was very helpful with our questions and offered a good discount on quite a few options we were looking at. Recommended.
