Owner Bill not friendly and professional, first owner wanted me to give my debit number over the phone for a deposit which it was flag #1, I didnt, mediocre receipt, when I made another payment Wife couldn't find my deposit receipt flag #2 - ordered cabinets and delivery wasnt professional, white cabinets was dragged out from dirty unpadded truck, counter top wasnt delivered at the same time they said tues it came Thursday after I made a call -, and when it came wasnt protected with padding or anything came chipped on 2 corners, driver tried to blame me and owner wouldn't replace it just go half on a new one after I spent thousands already, it wouldn't be chipped if they have it wrapped!. Dont go to kitchen solutions or Dina lumbar, extremely unprofessional, unreliable,

Kitchen Solutions completely renovated my kitchen. They used very high end products (Rutt cabinetry, Subzero, etc). They were paid by me promptly. I then recommended a friend who was putting in a double professional style kitchen into her home. A few years later when I needed to add an additional cabinet I contacted them by phone and was unable to get them to respond.
I then took the train all the way to the Bronx to speak with them. I met with the owner who promised to work with me on this. Once I left their office they never returned any phone calls or did anything. I needed them to measure and order the cabinet for me because it is a Rutt cabinet. You can only purchase Rutt through a dealer. Their behavior is reprehensible.
