Don came out and was super reasonable. He called before dropping in because he was running ahead of schedule. Nice guy, knows his stuff.

We chose Borth Wilson to remodel our bathroom because: * They don't use subcontractors (except for electricians). * They have a designer on staff. * They don't need a dumpster - they take all their trash home at the end of each day. * They don't start demo until all cabinets and fixtures have arrived at their warehouse. We are thrilled we chose Borth Wilson because: * They were willing to work with and enhance our ideas, like finding wall tile to go with a specific floor tile we loved. * Their crew was polite and collaborative. * When they ran into the unexpected (like sideways wall studs or floor joists where the drain had been planned to go), they were able to make alternative plans and communicate new options to us on the same day so that our timeline didn't get pushed out. * They built us a lovely bathroom!

Borth Wilson did an amazing job on our 2 bathrooms! The quality of the tile work, floors, cabinets, all it is was excellent and we are loving our bathrooms! They worked with us to help us pick the best colors to compliment our home, the best lighting, faucets, so many decisions that they made easier because of their expertise. We got a weekly schedule that was followed exactly. This was an amazing experience and we could not be more pleased! HIGHLY recommend them!

We enjoyed a very positive experience with Borth-Wilson. The workmanship was excellent, as was their communication through the two projects. Their approach of waiting for all materials to arrive before beginning work ensured the projects would proceed on time. Each week, we received a schedule for the coming week's work, and they were true to their word throughout. In addition to adhering to the schedule, they also stuck to the budget. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Erik arrived within an hour of my request to repair a plumbing leak and to install a new kitchen faucet. I am highly disappointed that I received a call 5 minutes before my appointment time informing me that my appointment was cancelled because of an unavailable employee. I would have imagined the employee would have been in route prior to 5 minutes before my appointment time. I waited 5 weeks for the appointment, confirmed it a week in advance along with several follow up calls and emails, that were about price increases, just days before my appointment.

The newly discussed price was also baffling because I was informed that the job would be 2x as much as what I discussed initially over the phone. If there was such a large discrepancy I would've imagined that it would have been discussed more than 3 days prior to my appointment. I was told the price difference was due to permit issues they had recently discovered with other clients.

However I was given an additional estimate 3 days before my appointment over the phone, which I do not know why it could not be done 5 weeks ago, if there was such a difference. So after several calls and emails concerning price all the way up until the day before my estimate appointment an employee is mysteriously unable to make it 5 minutes before the start of my appointment.

They left a message stating they would contact me to reschedule but I never got a callback. In conclusion, my experience with the company was highly unpleasant. I have definitely been given the run around.

We filed a claim with Universal Home Protection because we had some water marks on the ceiling underneath where the upstairs shower drain is. UHP hired Borth-Wilson to come look at it. The gentlemen spent 30 minutes in the house, cut a hole in the ceiling and determined it wasn't a "plumbing" issue, and therefore wasn't covered by the warranty. That was all fine, but they charged us over $250 for this.

He was professional, swept the floor, and gave us important information, but we feel that being charged $250 to "open living room ceiling and inspect 2nd floor master show plumbing" is excessive. We wouldn't hire them ourselves, and will vet any contractors hired by UHP in the future.

I've been with Borth Wilson for years now. They have great service and are always able to fix my issues which have been extensive. They have fixed toilets, water heaters, changed plumbing, and most recently installed my dishwasher. They come out promptly and always get the job done! Service: Repair water fixtures

Borth/Wilson did a complete makeover of our main bathroom and powder room. We could not be happier with the finished rooms. All employees of Borth/Wilson were a pleasure to work with. We were given a schedule of how work would proceed, which was very helpful. All the workers, including carpenters, plumbers, tile layers and painters, were the very best in their professions.

They all did expert workmanship - covered everything that had to be covered - and cleaned up every single day. We give all involved a FIVE STAR rating. Thank you Borth/Wilson.
