Very poor communication and Patricia is very arrogant. We tried to arrange a business relationship but they simply ignored us. We sent an email that since we have not heard from them that we are moving on. She responded with "sorry to hear that good luck " No apologies. no explanations.nothing. Business must be really good to treat us that way. We were prepared to upgrade up to 75K

We had an extensive remodel/renovation done to our 130 year old home and Artisan Design of Tampa did an amazing job. Their attention to detail was breathtaking and their customer care really top notch. They have curated for themselves a very impressive collection of varied tradesmen who are not only extremely good at what they do within their craft, but are all just very friendly, respectful of your home, and very nice to have around your home while they work.

When you do a months-long renovation, you will have varied tradespeople in your home daily -- having a team of the most skilled AND the most delightful of those people, well. win-win! :) We cannot stop staring at our beautiful new kitchen, laundry room and bathroom that Artisan Design created for us. We will treasure our new spaces for decades/generations to come. :)

Ralph Mills and his fabulous design team have recently finished remodeling my entire home. I absolutely love everything! I must applaud Mr. Mills for his insight with spacial design, incredible finishes and budgeting to meet all my needs. Beautiful to say the least. Rude as hell. Learn some manners and maybe you will have better clients to work with. Id go search top 20 designers of Tampa' and see what else comes up. Definitely someone with a better attitude.

I have seen the work that Artisan Design has done on their website and loved what I saw. I spoke to Ralph Mills about my ideas on the upgrades that I wanted to have done. His ideas were on point as well as his crew. He invested a lot of his time and effort with me. The work that was done was excellent. Once everything was completed he had a professional cleaner come by and take care of any mess. Also, he did a walk-through with me to make sure I was 100% happy with everything.

He took notes on the small things that I wanted touched up, and his team completed them. I would highly recommend setting up a time with Ralph Mills and his team. They did an excellent job for me.

The website and print adds indicate they are open on Saturday from 10-4. What they don't tell you is that it is by appointment only. Since I drove a long way to get there only to find a note on the door that indicated that (and had been posted for quite some time), I will not be doing business with them.
