Kitchen Center Plus

DO NOT USE! We had a major remodel using Kitchen Center Plus and Credence. Rachel came to the house repeatedly during the process of the remodel and measured many times. The measurements and what was ordered was completely wrong! By the time the cabinets came, and she had one man installing the cabinets. He installed the oven cabinet upside down, damaged the walls and cabinets.

Then I walked in to find where the hood would go 12-18" to the right and the stove all the way off center to the left of the 12-18". I had to figure out how to remeasure and make another order which delayed everything again! Additionally, the cabinet order was not complete and majority were wrong. I ordered pull out drawers for my cabinets and Rachel tried to put after market drawers in (that didn't fit) and not Bellmont which I had ordered.

We had to hire another cabinet company to come in and redo majority of the work and finish. I have pictures if anyone would like to see the lack of attention, detail and measurements.

My experience with Kitchen Center Plus was positive. I spoke with Rachel about my kitchen and a half bath I wanted remodeled. She was was honest and opened with me in regards to what my long term goals were for the home I was remodeling. I'm happy with my decision to work with her.

I went several times back and forth debating between Kitchens Center plus and S & W Kitchens. Kitchen Center plus was able to deliver on what me and my wife wanted. We purchased a home in South Tampa and Rachel came out to our home and was able to draw out what our kitchen could look like and digitally brought it to life. My wife and I were sold. The construction crew gave a 6 week timeline for my high end finishes and now My wife will be able to entertain and I'm out of the doghouse.

My husband and I did not plan on buying new kitchen in April, even though it needed to be updated; until I went with my girlfriend to look at her cabinets she was having custom made at Kitchen center plus. My husband asked me what I wanted for our 25th anniversary, and I told him I wanted a luxury kitchen with a huge Island with marble Counters. He wanted to go to Ikea and I had to slam on the breaks because after seeing my girlfriends kitchen cabinets, we were not going to Ilea. Needless to say, I'm a happy wife! Thank you!

Kitchen Center Plus was absolutely amazing! Rachel was fantastic and her work is exceptional. I told her what I wanted and she put my vision to life. I'm truly pleased. Thank you very much for making my dream kitchen into reality!

If you are looking for a professional company and kitchen design look elsewhere. The owner is unprofessional, and unwilling to correct or rectify mistakes that were made by him. He then sent a designer to come up with a solution, only to tell us the best thing they could come up with was to cut apart one of the cabinets we had paid for that was ordered incorrectly to try to make it fit.

Our floors were also damaged during the cabinet installation, and our bathroom vanity is completely crooked. We have had to bring in another cabinet company to correct all of the mistakes that were made by this company after months of trying to come up with a solution ourselves. The owner himself was the one who designed and ordered our cabinets and suddenly became impossible to speak with and handed us off to his staff to try to deal with his problems. We had two cabinet companies come in to make solution recommendations for us and both were far more organized and professional. Stay away.

They helped us with the concept and design of our kitchen so all we do there flows perfectly. The cabinets look great and the installation is flawless. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I contacted Kitchen Center Plus and spoke with Nicole. I only needed 5 pull out shelves for a Brookhaven pantry I have. I called my "local" Brookhaven location in Tampa and told them exactly what I wanted. They took my info and I then had to call them 2 more times to try to get a price but they never got back to me. I guess my "small job" wasn't' worth their time. So, I contacted Kitchen Center Plus because what I needed could easily be shipped to me and I didn't need anyone to install the drawers (my husband did it).

I live nearly 60 miles away from Kitchen Center Plus. Nicole was prompt, courteous and quick to come back with a quote even though this was a very small request compared to a new kitchen build. She promptly ordered the drawers and I had them within a week. I couldn't be happier - with the new drawers and the service I received from Nicole. If I ever need anything additional that Kitchen Center Plus can provide - Nicole will be the first and only person I would call.

We are in the midst of a kitchen remodel and this place has been wonderful, great selection and very knowledgeable staff. Spoke with Sam and later Nicole, superb customer service and follow-up. High-quality cabinets, we can really appreciate the difference in craftsmanship.
