Exceptional work by AMS! Matias and his team built the extension to our property including 4 new bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a front porch, a new roof, a garage and a mudroom! Matias and his team were consummate professionals; reliable, on time, flexible, available for endless questions and had great ideas for design. They are the best!

Mattias tore down and rebuilt a deck for us as well as a covered porch. His workmanship is excellent and he is quick and timely! I thoroughly enjoyed working with AMS and highly recommend them for cost, quality of work, speedy repairs, personal touch and clean up. You can't ask for a better combination.

Mathias and his highly skilled team of professionals at AMS did an excellent job on our bathroom remodeling. From the first stages in design, choice of materials, and fixtures, to the final stages of painting, installation, and detail work, Mathias did a fantastic and high quality job. Mathias and his people were all very courteous, timely and superb craftsman. Mathias was always very conscious of what our needs were and very willing to adapt to our changing preferences (and, with apologies to Mathias, we did change our minds a lot).
My wife and I had the unique request of wanting convert a space that contained the back-end of our fireplace into a shallow closet because we have limited space in our small bathroom. Mathias was able to complete a design that fit our needs and budget. Our remodeling required removing two walls and constructing a new wall between the bathroom and closet, in addition to building a new glass-enclosed tiled shower, installing a vanity, and all the fixtures.
It was not a simple job. Without charging extra, he also installed new laminate floors for our closet. What I like particularly about Mathias' was his excitement about the job and his willingness to go that extra mile to meet our needs. In planning, he often worked with us at our home during the weekend making sure he got the design right. He really went far beyond the call of duty.
As in any remodeling job, there were some unexpected obstacles and delays. But unlike most remodelers, what really distinguishes Mathias is his willingness and desire to get things right. I never once felt as though he was taking advantage of us. We later hired him to put a new roof on our house. He did a great job as well. I wish him and his company all the best and much success in his future endeavors.

Mathias has done several jobs for me. The lower level of our rental property was flooded, and baseboards, several inches of drywall, and insulation had to be ripped out to prevent mold. Mathias replaced the ripped out drywall, put in new baseboard, and painted the new drywall. Looking at it now, you would never know anything had happened. And his bid was the lowest of three I obtained.
In the same property, I had to have a basement bedroom window replaced with a larger egress window to meet code, which was done by a company specializing in that work. When it was done, the whole interior around the window had to be rebuilt. Mathias did that, at a reasonable price, and did a beautiful job. He has also done smaller jobs around our house, all reasonably priced, with great workmanship. Can't wait for warmer weather - we have a new double French patio door just waiting to be installed. Again, Mathias's price was best, and I know the result will be perfect.
