Services
That's all I can say. You, the staff and the contractors of Stuart Kitchens have done an incredible job of remodeling my kitchen. What do you want to accomplish? Such a simple question, but often hard to answer. For a project to be successful (which means you are pleased with the result), an essential, and perhaps the most important step, is talking.
We offer the finest products, including appliances, countertops, cabinets and much more. We also help with lighting, tile, flooring, hardware, and whatever else is needed to make your home complete. Cabinets are often the most important item. We carry lines to fit any style or budget. Rutt was described in FORBES magazine as "The leading producer of high-end kitchens in the US."
Many companies talk about honors, prizes won, articles published, etc. Stuart Kitchens' experienced, credentialed people have done all these things. What we think more important though, is how customers feel about our work. We want to express our appreciation, and thank you for assisting us with our complete kitchen renovations.

Not very impressed. When I went into Showroom very knowledgable employee explained all sales people were at a conference and gave me name of someone to contact who would get back to me. I emailed that person and a few days later got an email saying "I'll be in the Showroom Monday." I had no idea if that meant make an appt., call me, I can see you then, or what.
I had decided only to do bathrooms so when he did come did almost everything he could to discourage me including telling me I didn't want to remove the floor because it would make a mess. Then informed me I'd have to go around, find everything I wanted in there, order it, get it here and they'd install it. Asked if I could get an estimate for their part if I did that. Needless to say I have gone elsewhere, which is good because almost a week later, haven't heard anything.
I understant Stuart Kitchen's is mainly a kitchen company, but several years ago they did a lovely job in my friend's bathroom so I thought they could help me too. Just wish he could have given me that information before coming and measuring. Really felt brushed off and that his time was thought to be more valuable than mine

Run, don't walk away from this company. Great sales talk and plans but just empty words and broken promises. Poor workmanship, be forewarned! They use subcontractors and do lip service overseeing their work. We had our kitchen and master bath renovated. We not only over paid for their lack of service, attention to detail, and quality, the time it took to complete this renovation exceeded their timeline by 6 months.
After two years, we are still finding issues with the quality of their work. Ours was a larger project for them, and we were told that they would use Michael Myers of Cornerstone Renovations to lead and do our project. He wouldn't respond to our concerns and Stuart Kitchens would say they would take care of the problems but neither followed through thoroughly or were responsive.
We got a lot of lip service and aggravation. In the end, they let us know that if were were unhappy we were welcome to contact a lawyer. We didn't feel like spending additional money by hiring a lawyer. We had wasted enough money already using this terrible company. For the money we invested, we could have renovated at least two more bathrooms if we had used another company. Don't make our costly mistake!

When our master room shower had deteriorated to the point that water was leaking down through our kitchen ceiling, we knew it was time to thoroughly address the question of renovating the bathroom. We called Jenifer Bouchard of Stuart Kitchens and within hours, she visited our house and started sketching and measuring. We met with her a few times and discussed designs and features of the new bathroom.
She made some inspired suggestions which resulted in not only giving us more room but also enlarging one of the master bedroom closets. Her overall design was a fantastic balance of our desires and the most current trends in bathroom design. Her knowledge and experience is deep and we felt that we were in good hands through the entire process. She patiently met with me a few times to discuss bathroom tiles and features, not stopping until she had found the ideal combination of colors and textures.
She also directed us to fantastic vendors who helped us select furnishings to round out the project. Jenifer gave us an accurate timeline of when work was to be completed and was extremely good at communicating changes as they arose. The Stuart Kitchen contractors were precise and thorough, it was obvious to me that they weren't there to just quickly renovate, they really took their time, making sure everything was just right.
I really appreciated that aspect of their work. When the bathroom was finished, and minor problems arose (such as a vanity mirror that was improperly manufactured), Jenifer was extremely responsive to addressing our concerns. After I contacted her, she came over the next day, removed the mirror, and got a new one re-installed within a few weeks. Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of Jenifer's service, not only for her style and taste, but also her responsiveness and her thorough knowledge of planning the project and carrying out a realistic time schedule. The quality of the workmanship at Stuart was impressive and we are so happy that we chose Stuart Kitchens to renovate our bathroom.

The designing process was fine. However, they really push you towards Cambria, assume because there is a higher profit. The cabinets are high quality, but getting issues with them resolved has taken over six months and still not resolved. Numerous calls before getting a response. i would look elsewhere.
