We got ripped off by Elegant Kitchens for over $9,000 and basically got a lot of the same stories that I see posted on line. We were told the cabinets were ordered, then our contractor waited for delivery several times, with the truck breaking down, etc. The cabinets were never ordered and we have had no luck getting our money back. Elegant Kitchens was dropped by their distributors.

The father and son are completely immoral. Our contractor paid in cash as he was told that he would get a $2,000 discount. Well, you can see where that got us. If you have any ideas, how we can get our money back, please let me know.

So I gave rob $X, 000 and received an invoice with his signature on it stating I paid in full on [this day] for the listed items. You can read the other reviews here to know that the deadline came and Rob and his father disappeared. Not even ghosts were in his building. My wife left notes on the door for weeks and received multiple calls from other of Rob's victims stopping by his store and reading our notes, asking about our situation because they were in the same but with more money!

I had officially paid for Rob's bad habits and mortgage for easily half a year with the amount of money he stole from me. If you are reading this then chances are Rob jerked you around too-i didn't come to Yelp until my situation came to a head. If you have a lawyer and know anything to do about this then let's join up. If we can get a database from this place I'm sure you can find quite a few other cheated clients to roast Rob.

I missed my kitchen remodel because of this guy and now I have a new baby and no time. I really don't like this guy. He wasted six months of my life and now I'm in a situation to not do a remodel. So back to the story of my experience. Rob emails me two weeks after he missed his deadline saying his wife is pregnant. Cool story, bro. I know what pregnancies can cause, but now-10 weeks after "ordering" and you haven't had 10 minutes to make a phone call to order thousands of dollars of cabinets from an invoice you already have made up?

My wife had called the cabinet supplier, in other words Rob is ONLY a sales man because he doesn't build or measure anything, and so we call the supplier and after twenty minutes discover they previously closed their account with Rob because of this exact-reoccurring problem with him months ago. So he sold me material he couldn't get and waited ten weeks to email me, not even call-- all after paying for his bad habits and mortgage for three months now, he was extremely ungrateful for my "generosity". Luckily I paid with a credit card, so they did their thing and another two months later and I FINALLY got my money back.

So I really did pay for Rob's 'problems' for six months. If you have any money given to this company, sorry, do what you can now to get it back because this guy is literally burning up your cash. I have never really disliked someone. But this guy literally stole from me as I looked him in his eyes and shook his hand. If you know of a way to press charges against him or anything let me know, or if you're considering ignoring these reviews as my 'millennial complaining on the internet' stereotype and want to throw some money away then please please please contact me because I have a much more honorable use for your free money than this guy.

Rob at Elegant Kitchen Cabinets took our money and never ordered our cabinets. In addition to the money that we agreed to pay and additional 2K was also taken from our account on behalf of Elegant Kitchen Cabinets. Throughout the 7 weeks we dealt with Rob at Elegant Kitchen Cabinets, he led us to believe our cabinets were backordered and that is why we had not received them.

At 7 week we contacted the manufacturer to find out that Rob never placed the order. When confronted he said that his credit card processor was hacked and he never ordered the cabinets. He never could explain how our cabinets were on backorder due to missing doors when he never order the cabinets. Whatever you do, don't give these people cash, luckily for us our credit card company is addressing the issue. Stay away from these people!

Initially we were trying to support a local/family business.but ultimately we would hate to see someone go through the hell that these people put us through If I could give 0 stars I would. I never bash on companies and my husband and I are really understanding when it comes to things not going exactly as laid out (we renovated our whole house and this company was by far the biggest issue).

Everything you see in the other reviews is completely accurate. The owner/salesman is unfortunately someone that will lie to your face. Because of their negligence we lived in our house without a kitchen for 6 weeks. Again as you saw in other reviews, we called, went in person, emailed, and still nothing was resolved. It wasn't until we were able to contact the manufacturer directly and pleas that they give us answers on when we would have our shipment because these people continued to lie to our faces and would not refund payment. The only good thing was the quality of the cabinets themselves (thanks solely to the manufacturer.) Save yourself the headache.

Do NOT Waste your ever loving precious time! If we could give NO stars we would. What a JOKE! We ordered cabinets. Told we had to pay up front. Suckers, we did. Told 4-6 week delivery. Fine. Couple weeks go by. Received a phone call. Told the manufacturer is busy, lots of new orders and rate increases coming, but this won't affect our quote. Okay, no worries.

Delivery day comes and goes. Oops, one more week. No worries. Delivery day is here.whoops, they sent our order to the wrong location. Whaaa? The warehouse is in Utah. I'm thinking, how can you miss Las Vegas, Nevada. Now, it is summer vacation time and our order is going to be shipped directly to our house, where no one is there to receive it. Okay, how convienient. Elegant Kitchens says, We'll accept delivery and store them for you -and we'll suck up the cost.

Okay by me. Fine. Two weeks later, arrive home and call for delivery. Guess what, the manufacturer decided to hold them for us. Nice. Now DELIVER! They tell us what day and what hours. We sit at home and wait patiently. At 6 pm we are told the truck broke down. ANY MORE luck and we are headed to the horse races. Fine, we tell them we will be available until 10 p.m folks. 10PM for laundry room cabinents to be delivered after waiting 2-3 MONTHS.

Delivery never happened. Long story short, this joke of a business never EVER ordered our cabinents, TOOK our money and STRUNG us along with some developing fly by night story, EVEN had a third party phone call posing as a delivery truck man asking for our address and everything. Yes, because we called the cabinent company and there was no order to be found AND they stopped doing business with Elegant Kitchens because of their shady practices. NO LIE!

The one owner says we never payed. REALLY, why is it we have a refund on our credit card? that the other owner sent us a receipt for? Even if that is a sham as well, we have had a phone call with our CC. Our CC balance is 0!

Please consider going some where else. Rob, the owner of the store is a nice guy, but he just doesn't know how to tell the truth. He didn't order the cabinets that I paid in full. He forgot or something. I found this out from the other owner, Robs father that my cabinets had not been paid for according to Robs record. I think he ordered them now, but he keeps lying and telling me the manufacture was just behind schedule. Rob can not tell the TRUTH.

He can't admit they didn't get ordered. This was nine weeks ago. Still no cabinets. Also My sister ordered cabinets for my parents 1 year ago and Rob still hasn't come through with a part. He tells her he ordered it several times. always acts shocked she hasn't gotten it. Please consider a different cabinet store. This one is a STINKER!

Please learn from my mistake - everything you are told at Elegant Kitchen cabinets is fiction. They promised delivery in three weeks, it took seven, and then not all cabinets/doors/ parts even arrived. Rob refuses to take my calls and is not willing to assist me in getting my kitchen complete. To make it all even worse my CC was over-charged and I am now disputing the substantial over charge. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received.

I bought kitchen cabinets from this store and had a horrible experience. The customer service is awful. Rob, the salesman/owner does not answer his phones, return emails and is very unorganized. My order was two weeks past promised delivery date and I wasn't even notified of the delay until the scheduled delivery date. Worst of all it has been SIX months and I still don't have all the cabinets. I ended up having to deal with the cabinet manufactuer to resolve all the problems! Beware!
