RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm serious run away. cheap product and don't stand behind manufacture defect. horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN!

Very poor customer service. I would call and Carla cannot provide any feedback on my requests. She will always say that she will call the manager but always cannot reach the manager. Carla always say that the technician or manager did not put any updates in the system. When she promise to call, she never calls back even 2 weeks after. I always have to follow up. Schedules are not fulfilled as promised. One time I waited all day and no one came.

We had an issue with our Lennar home and these cabinets. The builder used them and the warranty is only a "year". Most cabinets warranties are 5 to 20 tears. We have issues with some of the cabinets hanging/ drooping and not lining up again. This happened well before our 1 year warranty, and we had the builder correct it for us. Now its been 4 years and we are having the same issues all over again.

I contacted Cabinets 2000 and sent them photos of the cabinets I have issues with. Some cabinets we don't even use or can reach on a daily basis have these issues. We take pride in taking care of our home. Want to know what the VP of the company said? "Wear and Tear" and they weren't going to do anything to help with making adjustments. Wonder why?

I know why. It's because their cabinets are made poorly, are poorly installed and they don't want to warranty anything longer than a year because then they would be out of money due to replacing/ fixing them all the time. Don't go with this cabinet company if you are looking for good quality cabinets and quality customer service.

Just bought a brand new condo in San Diego. The cabinets are worst quality I've ever seen. Cabinet bodies are 1/2" thick, with horrible vinyl cladding, not even melamine. Even ikea cabinets use 3/4" melamine. Hinge base plates positioned in wrong shelf pin holes on all cabinets, then repositioned, leaving two holes blown out in every wall cabinet.

Cabinet panels are visibly cracked, they install them anyway, into a brand new condo. Cheap miterfolded drawer boxes are out of square and drawer fronts are badly misaligned. I've seen all grades of casework in my 30 year career in construction, this is by far the absolute worst. TriPac cabinets I installed in HUD housing projects was better!

Is a place were they make good quality Cabinets that best i seen in the market, beautiful and at amazing the best of the best.

Sour mood and bitter taste left in my mouth that slips over acidic words from useless customer service representatives If I can't get my cabinets to function properly, then I must learn the trade myself My boiling anger is simply mine to keep knowing that no matter what I do nothing will change ^^ I am very much in agreement with what everyone has stated in the YELP reviews. **BEWARE: Homeowners or potential home builders (yes, that means you Real Estate Developers), PLEASE do not use this service.

The installation and workmanship is terribly below industry standards, and the drawers/cabinets continued to break throughout our year warranty (over 5 separate cabinets/drawers broke over 1 the course of 1 year). It would always take 1+ months to get someone out to fix/replace a poorly cut and/or position cabinet/drawer. Sometimes they would 'manufacture' a new cabinet/drawer face, and that would take 2+ months (my theory is that they just forgot about our order and then when I called to check they just covered their asses). Moreover, once our 1 year warranty ended with cabinets 2000, the cabinets/drawers that they 'fixed' continued to malfunction.

I can't even put into words how UNHELPFUL/USELESS/UNFRIENDLY the customer service representatives where when I called about my issues. My hope is that the company owner will see all these terrible YELP reviews and be motivated to change. Unfortunately, I don't think that is even possible. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Poor craftsmanship. Cabinet stain was uneven. After our initial walk through they touched up the unfinished areas with a marker that doesn't blend well with the finish. There was a big hole around one of the drawer handle. I took time off work for a scheduled appt for repairs and no one showed up. I don't recommend this company.

We got a visit today from a representative of Cabinets 2000, looks like a nice guy, gave us hope that the issues can be somehow resolve. I will update as I'm hoping for a fair resolution.

I would highly discourage anyone from using this company. I had the unfortunate experience of buying a new home that had contracted them out to put in the cabinets. I have never seen such shoddy work in my life. They had to come to my home 5 times to fix all of it. Almost every cabinet was scratched. After they left I realized they never replaced the ones that had scratches on them that were agreed to be replaced even though they said they would.

I am now stuck with these cabinets. The cost to fix the remaining is on me. The handles were not centered and some were crooked and panels not cut correctly. Under the cabinets and on top there were holes left. The drawers and cabinets were all crashing and nothing was aligned. Everything they did was done begrudgingly. I usually am not compelled to write these reviews as such, but feel the responsibility to warn others to think twice before using this company.

Prior reviews shared about poor customer service are 100% accurate. They change appts without notice and when you call to address it, they are very rude. The quality of work completed was also sub-par. Would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for your needs.

I would like to give MINUS 10 stars! These cabinets and the workmanship of the installation on these cabinets are absolutely dreadful. We purchased a brand new Taylor Morrison home. They unfortunately use Cabinets 2000, and we now have to REPLACE all of our cabinet drawers and doors. This is substandard material, it cannot be repaired. Can you imagine paying over $2 million for a new home and having these cabinets? Save yourself!

To say Cabinets 2000 coustomer service sucks is being nice, I have been waiting for two replacement cabinets for a unit in the building I run, since May, it is now September 1st.

Looking for professional cabinetry look no further. If your kitchen is not made by cabinets 2000 then it's not from this millennium.

Everything that others have stated as to lack of quality of their cabinets is all true. Came with our New home, so we did not have a choice. A bigger disappointment is in their lack of follow up on open issues and delays. Try calling them for service or speak with anyone other than the operator ( that is when she is available) and you will quickly realize the type of organization you are dealing with. What a complete disappointment!

Moved into my new home who contracted this company, cabinets are super cheap, espresso staining is very poorly done and is coming off in just a few weeks. They have terrible customer service. If you need any repairs good luck. Avoid this company by all means! TERRIBLE.

The worst of the worst. Quality is hideous, as is the service. So disappointed I ever went with this company. Lesson learned.

So disappointed. They came with our new home as an upgrade. The stain is mismatched and we have been waiting 7 months for them to be fixed. The entire neighborhood is having problems.

Trying to replace two cabinets doors in my home, Cabinets 2000 was the original supplier. They will not sell me just the two doors I need, even though they have the style still available on their website. Their response "I hope you can understand. " Horrible customer service.

Cabinet 2000 built kitchen cabinets for the house we began to rent in June 2015 at 60 Ashdale, Irvine CA 92620. I asked my landlord for repair of a cabinet door that was broken. He forwarded the request to the builder who contracts with this company. They setup a time to come to the house for the repair. They were a no show! They made apologies and rescheduled. Didn't show up a second time! Another set of apologies and a reschedule. Did not show up. Three strikes! I would not give them a job to manufacture toothpicks!

Terrible! These cowboys contract with a builder who is responsible for the house we are renting in Irvine. There was a kitchen cabinet door that was broken at the hinge and our landlord requested the builder for a repair. The job was forwarded to these jokers. They scheduled a repair three times and were a no show at each. Cost me two working days of time off with no results! What a bunch of losers!

I would give them zero stars if possible. The work is cheap and they cut corners. Don't be tricked by them, you will end up divesting in your house or property. The builder I bought my home from subcontracted the cabinet work to Cabinets 2000. The end result was wasted corner space, since they didn't think of putting a lazy Susan there. What bothers me the most is they left a sharp wood screw sticking out, which deeply scratched my wrist when I reached for something there.

Have to come here for work at least a couple times a month. I am a residential property manager and we often need to have cabinet doors replaced or refinished. Cabinets 2000 were the original installers of our cabinets so we take them there to be color matched and redone. Every time i have been down to Cabinets 2000 i am greeted by a smile and a friendly face. Marcia is always a pleasure to deal with and is very prompt when filling our orders. Price is fair but their ability to match our cabinets and the quick turn around time is what keeps us coming back.
