Buyer Beware! This company does NOT stand by their work. We ordered custom cabinets Frank Jr sent his "Designer" to measure. When we got the cabinets the measurements were wrong.and cabinets didnt fit, couldn't be installed. and if that wasn't enough they were missing pieces! Instead of correcting the mistake they blamed homeowners, that measurements were off? I'm sorry, isn't that designers job, that they hired?

Be aware of a company that wants full payment prior to you receiving your product! It's a shame that we trusted this company and until this day they have made zero effort to fix nor refund money so we can get our kitchen back. Where is their integrity?

ITs Open during COVID but just an FYI you do need an appointment before arriving or you could be waiting for a VERY long time if they even let you in. Good selection.

From a no appt/walk-in meeting with Lillian to the completion of our project, we had a great experience with Diablo Valley Cabinetry. Great showroom for product examples. We had a kitchen design which Lillian reviewed and suggested a few changes. She offered good input when we were deciding the cabinetry line and was spot on regarding delivery dates.

Very responsive in contacting the cabinet maker when they shipped one box of the wrong drawer style. Lillian also referred us to a great contractor. Excellent service and we highly recommend this shop!

They provide great service and nice layout for our kitchen remodeling. We had Lillian as the designer. She has passion and listen to what we needs. She also been very helpful when we adjusted the project a bit. Overall, we are happy the result and will consider them as first choice if I need cabinet in the future.

I asked to have two standing cabinets made for my art room and Lillian came through spectacularly. The cabinets are installed and they are as beautiful and functional as I dreamed. A sincere thank you to Lillian and Diablo Valley Cabinets for making a long awaited dream come true.

Emily at the front desk was so helpful today. I came in 15/20 mins before closing asking if she had any extra boxes that might fit a framed art painting that I committed on eBay to mailing out today (before USPS across the street closed at 5pm). I had no options at the post office - their priority boxes were all not the right size, and the postal worker said the padded envelopes would not be good enough to protect from breakage. Emily measured the frame and went to check and came back with a box that literally looked like it was made for the painting!

Not only that, she offered me tape, bubble wrap, and marked out the upc symbols on the outside of the box. She is a problem solver and one of those rare above-and-beyond helpful people left in this world! If the people that work at a business, especially the front desk, MAKE the business, and are the GATEWAY to the success of the business (hint: they ARE), then this business is one that I can put a raving recommendation behind! And another big THANK YOU to Emily! My package shipped out on time! Hooray!

This place is the worst. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. We have been working with them to try and finish the work we paid them for going on 6 months now with no follow up or follow through. The design and quality of cabinets we were sold were sub par at best. We had used ikea in the past and wanted to go with what we were told was a higher quality product and customer service to make sure we got the right kitchen.

In stead we have had issues with every elevation and are still battling just to get them to finish with the crappy product paid for. At a min. Don't pay them until they finish. Probably better, Go somewhere else. Happy to give more details on my misery to anyone interested. But misery is what it is.

I was very impressed by the team's time and attention to detail on our project and would work with DVC again! We had the opportunity to work directly with the owner and greatly valued his feedback and suggestions for our project. He spent a considerable amount of time with our planning and execution phase -- something you don't see from many businesses these days.

He was always reachable by phone too -- which was super helpful, given some of the decision making is just too much to type over email. We were very happy with the project plan and design for our SF Kitchen remodel and trusted their team to help revive our 100 year old home in SF. We wanted to ensure that our updated kitchen would not loose the charm of our Victorian -- and designer Lillian was great with this part of the planning. Solid business. Solid people.

Great people, design and fair prices. We had a great experience working with Frank Sr. and designer Lillian and I was impressed by the full service nature of their approach. You can tell they've been creating custom kitchens and designs for quite some time and you are in really good hands. This was our first substantial remodel and I appreciated the confidence I was able to put in them -- given the investment we were making. I also loved the ability to review our design in 3D -- so much easier to visualize the end result!

AMAZING Customer Service 10 years later! Over 10 years ago, Diablo Valley Cabinetry designed a new kitchen for our remodel which we've received COUNTLESS kudos over the years. Well, one of the large drawers that pull out broke. We thought we might have to buy a whole new drawer of course or maybe even a whole new section. We called to see what our options were, and they sent one of their installers out to check it out. Chris saw that the old screws were stripped, and replaced them with larger screws and even reinforced the drawer 'face' with additional screws for added strength. When I asked for the bill, he said "no bill. we just wanted to help you fix it". WHAT? I gave him $20 for a fancy coffee or two. LOVE them!

I love working with this company. Krystal and Chris are the best. Sometimes it's difficult to get ahold of the Franks but they always respond quickly and get us what we need. The have helped us over many years and multiple developments. Very few vendors have lasted that long with me. My confidence only grew when I found out that my buddy over at Cahill also uses them.

Jackie is a gem. we purchased a custom floating vanity and mirror/medicine cabinet over our double sinks. Jackie went above and beyond. she has fantastic ideas and great vision. She reviewed my floor plan, and even gave suggestions about our room layout, tiles and lighting. You can tell she loves what she does. Our vanity was beautiful. there was a small damage from transportation, and I was impressed by the way Frank Jr. (owner's son) responded. he personally came over, and sent a repair specialist, who repaired it to my satisfaction. Our bathroom turned out beautifully, thanks to Jackie. We appreciated her expertise!

My experience with Jackie was the opposite of what I have read here. At our second appointment she would not look at any of my samples, choices, or ideas. She said she could not help me with any design decisions and would not even comment on the cabinet I had selected and intended to order that day. Within five minutes I was escorted to the door.

They are a local family owned company and are proud of their ability to provide excellent service with attention to detail. I wished I could give higher than 5 stars. If I could I would! We got our cabinets from Diablo Valley Cabinetry. Two years later, they still look as good as the first day. They provide exceptional service. Jackie who is one of theirs sales staff/designesr is wonderful. She helped me so much. She has a wonderful taste and would freely give her opinion. I appreciated that so much. I would recommend them highly to anyone who has cabinet needs.

I had my kitchen designed by Dee. What a professional woman! She never got annoyed at my many many changes I made to the design. She helped me every step of the way and gave me great pointers. Loved the showroom and had every sample I needed. Cant wait to have it all finished and installed.
