Great customer service, knowledgable and responsive staff. This was the THIRD place we tried to buy appliances. FINALLY, this is our store! John Johnson assisted us.he was knowledgeable and responded to my questions (he actually called me back!) When we went into the store, staff acknowledged us right away, and there were staff to help us immediately.
The purchasing process was fast and easy, and we had our new dishwasher and new fridge within a week. Installers were communicative and showed up when they were supposed to. Install was high quality, they even (somehow) fixed the unevenness of the floor under the dishwasher so it sits evenly, unlike our last one. We are very happy, and definitely recommend!

Just when our stimulus check arrived, our dishwasher stopped working and couldn't be repaired. Sought a local, mom and pop appliance store to purchase a replacement. Joe was good to work with and we had our new dishwasher within 3 days. The one negative was he misquoted the installation cost.he was too low by $20. Otherwise, they were very good and the entire sale was accomplished over the phone, which is the safest bet during Covid. I'd recommend them.

Very knowledgeable staff and they strive to get the product you want at a competitive price. Delivery is par, rescheduled a couple of times and a couple of minor dings on the refer they uncrated at the house. Why not pack the product better and inspect it before it's delivered? We're happy with the 2nd refrigerator and the overall service. We don't even go to the big chain stores or other appliance stores for our appliances, their prices are competitive and service is very good!

This is by far the best appliance repair business I've done business with. I had a problem with another appliance company not being able to figure out what was wrong with my oven. The owner Peter and his technician Steve came to our home and immediately identified the problem. After retaining the parts they returned and repaired the oven in no time. Not only did they do a great job they were very fair with their costs.

I stopped into Contra Costa Appliance's parts and service department to ask a question about a problem I was having with my KitchenAid refrigerator freezer compartment ice buildup. He gave me his best guess about the solution and we scheduled a time for a service call. This morning I had the pleasure of dealing with Guillermo. He was prompt, professional, polite and very informative.
He knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem with a new type of drain tube in less than an hour. My experience could not have been better. I would recommend them to anyone!
