Surely you have received one before, but have you ever noticed how unclear they are about what exactly they are offering?

We just finished having a condo remodeled by Bill and Peggy Howard and California Kitchen Creations. Wow! The design concept was to outfit the inside of an existing condo as a bungalow. They took the concept and nailed it. Bill has lots of great ideas but is also open to new ideas. He is easy to work with, fair, and asks the right questions.with time for answers, nothing last minute.
When we needed to select fixtures or products, they referred us to reputable vendors with good selections of quality products. The condo is a 2nd home so we were out of town during construction. When there was need for Owner input, Bill took photos - often of 2 or 3 ways something could be done - and emailed them with pros and cons and good information to help us come to decisions.
The project costs and payment milestones were quoted up front, no hidden costs. When there was an impact to cost due to a decision or product choice we made, we were kept informed of the changes. The workmanship is superb. Any concerns or issues we had during construction were quickly addressed and resolved. Bottom line: This is a company to do business with.
