Kitchens Etc is an amazing team of skilled professionals. In just two months they tore out our entire kitchen and bath and gave us brand new ones. They designed a kitchen that now has much better flow and function and assisted me in picking out the materials, paint, tile, and hardware. We had so much fun working with them and I am so incredibly pleased with the final product!

After getting over the initial shock of how much kitchen cabinets cost we quickly realized that this family company prices their product and services correctly. From the beginning it was a joint effort with Dean, Danielle and Mindy. As the main designer, Mindy did an outstanding job keeping me abreast of next steps and making valuable recommendations when needed.

Best decision ever was to choose Kitchens Etc for our kitchen remodel. This family owned business not only brings their professionalism, expertise, and experience to the table, but their personalization, friendliness, and accessibility. Danielle and Dean visited our home, took measurements, and shortly after we were meeting up at their showroom to go over Danielle's designs.

The entire process was well coordinated and hassle free with the help of Danielle. We had a hood made by fine design fabrication and even though We had issues with their former receptionist, Danielle became our mediator, and the final product is phenomenal! She became our right hand woman, and continues to keep in touch even after the work is complete.

This is what going with a family owned business brings you, that personal touch. The entire remodel ended up including flooring, which Danielle helped us with. Every detail of the remodel, including pricing was discussed along the way, so there were no misunderstandings. They are also flexible with what works best for you. We ended up using our own painter and everything was cool. I can't believe this is our kitchen! I'm saving up money to remodel my master bathroom next!

Danielle at Kitchens Etc. was professional and creative in designing and overseeing our kitchen remodel. All of the work crew were polite, tidy & efficient. They had a time line and were ahead of schedule throughout the process. We are very pleased with the kitchen and with the whole process.

The remodel of our kitchen has been completed for about a month now and we just love it. Danielle helped us with the selection of cabinet finishes, counter tops, and back splash, based on my stated preferences for style and working with the existing flooring style and colors. She even helped redesign the layout to be more efficient and provide us with the full pantry our previous kitchen lacked.

They gutted the kitchen and laundry room. Their crews did all of the electrical, plumbing, cabinet installation, tiling, and did some additions to the existing flooring as required by the removal of the old cabinets. They were able to match the levels of wood laminate in the dining area to the kitchen tiles so that there was no need for a transition strip between the two.

The work took about 6 weeks - slightly longer than the 5 weeks estimated. Anything I brought up that wasn't right was fixed immediately without argument or complaint. The only glitch was a delay at the beginning because they prefer to estimate everything but the contract work, which left us wondering about the final cost. After talking to our neighbor, who also used Kitchens Etc a few years ago, we called Dean and he agreed to come out and provide us with the complete estimate. We are happy we did that.

We just completed a total kitchen remodel with Kitchens Etc and we couldn't be happier. They made the process easy by always being on time, cleaning up on a daily basis, and finishing the project in a timely manner. Danielle and Dean helped us make excellent design decisions to achieve the kitchen we have always wanted. They also assisted us when we had a problem with an appliance we purchased that didn't fit correctly. The whole working team were excellent craftsmen that never cut corners. We would recommend them to anyone who is doing a kitchen remodel.

Stopped by here with my wife and it was not a good experience. We are serious buyers who are now in the process of getting our entire kitchen remodeled. A young lady called Danielle spoke to us, or rather spoke down to us. She interrupted almost every question we asked. I guess if you aren't an expert on kitchens then you deserve to be talked down to.

She alone was the reason we decided not to go back to this establishment. She needs formal sales training on how to deal with clients. We have since this visit signed a contract with another firm.

Poor communication and even poorer service. Two things you should never have to pay someone for on any project.

We had our kitchen done in the Fall just in time for Thanksgiving and couldn't be happier. Dean and crew were great, no problem was too big.and all was addressed immediately. Also liked that someone was with us nearly everyday. We would highly recommend Kitchens Etc.
