I recently purchased all my tile here, for two bathrooms and kitchen. Shelly Smith, Office Manager, was fantastic. I went back for each project, as Shelley offered fabulous customer service, design ideas and offered great follow-up. Thank you, Shelly for all your help and our projects all look beautiful. Had Naples kitchen and bath do our master, laundry room and kitchen - did a fabulous job - loved working with their employees - however when I called back to ask for assistance with a small powder room they decided to "pass" on the small job - I guess unless you want to spend 200,000 plus you need to go elsewhere

We recently moved back to PA and walked in the showroom just to browse today. Shelly spent at least one hour showing us new products and design trends. She knew we were not buying and she even found us a local dealer where we are from. We lack beautiful design centers such as these in PA. Shelly was awesome! There is a serious shortage of good contractors here in Naples to the point that some won't even return calls. We were lucky with Naples Kitchen & Bath but be warned they usually don't do small jobs under $50,000. We had our kitchen countertops and island replaced and the workmanship is outstanding. It took awhile to get scheduled because they are in high demand but it was worth it.
You get a project manager to oversee your remodel but there were some problems. The tile was not installed even though we were told he would be here on 2 days. As of this review we are still waiting to find out when he is going to show up. Good craftsmanship is hard to find so you are usually at a disadvantage when hiring. Naples Kitchen hires good people but they need to do a better job at communicating schedules.

Really no stars warranted, but have to add one to post. Met with Diana, picked cabinetry and counters, gave her my plans, she said she'd have pricing in five days. Emailed her twice, no response, LVM once, no response, talked to her on phone, said pricing be ready soon. Now weeks passed and nothing. I don't beg. Moving on.
