We will prepare plan-view drawings, where arious design ideas and solutions are developed using trace overlay and/or CAD (computer aided drafting). At this time, it is our goal to determine a design direction which best suits your needs and satisfies the established design criteria. This locally owned family business is perfect for anyone considering building a new home as well as remodelling an existing property. LaGrasta homes is currently building a 6,000 sq/ft for me and I have used them more than a dozen times on my personally owned remodel projects. Their whole team is reliable, responsive, creative and are very connected to both Naples and Collier County building and planning departments (never underestimate the importance of this relationship).

Nick Lagrasta and his team did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them to anyone who is as cautious as I was to hire a contractor since my previous experiences have not been good ones. This is a family run business and they are professional, on time, and take pride in their work. I would especially like to say that Cila, Nick, Nico and Vince were especially nice to deal with. Prices were fair and the communication between us was fantastic.
Project was finished on time and on budget. This is for sure a turn key operation when you hire this company. You can trust them in your house, and all the subs did outstanding work too, they did not leave the job until I was completely satisfied with all final touch up items. I will absolutely use them for all of my remodel projects in the future.

Our house was built in 8 month! during the pandemic. La grasta homes new how to handle shortage and demand and kept his crew working. They are very responsive and Professional. Can't say enough of how pleased we are of the quality of house we got. We got more than expected. Highly recommend Nick Lagrasta and team!
