Kitchen Fair Discount Center

I live close to this place and figured it may have been a smaller local business and wanted to patronize if possible as it's good for the local community. Went in to see about getting a quote for a counter as I am in the process of working on updating my kitchen. Rep inside was nice and friendly and everything looked organized and nice inside. I was told someone would be out to measure for the quote and would get back within a week or so and then order time may be several weeks after that.

Well they came out to measure and then I never got the quote. Then I called went in and they said they'd get back to me. I called a month later, again asking for the quote and they said they couldn't find it but would look around and get back to me. Never did. Just called again last week. Same thing. Politely asked them if they weren't interested in my business or I was a waste of their time as it was too small of a job to please just give me the courtesy of letting me know as I'm delaying getting my kitchen finished by having to wait on them and they assured me quote would come last week if not today. Still nothing. Going to look elsewhere. Maybe for contractors or bigger jobs this is great but certainly wasn't for someone just looking to update their own kitchen.

Recently did a total kitchen makeover with Kitchen Fair and I couldn't be happier! From Eric and George, installer Dave and his crew, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Professional, always available to offer guidance from start to finish. Absolutely certain I wouldn't have gotten this service from a big box store. Support local businesses! And, thank you, gentlemen, it was truly my pleasure!

We recently had our kitchen remodeled and couldn't be happier. Working with Eric, who did the preliminary work of measuring and design and who was always available to answer any questions and to our demolition team/installers Dave and Jim who did a great job. They were also very flexible with our remodel, as my husband was doing some of the work. I high recommend them.

Just used Kitchen Fair to install cabinets in my newly remodeled kitchen. I couldn't be happier with Eric and his team. It was great to support a small, local business. They took care of us from start to finish and were happy to assist with any question we had and paid a lot of attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

I love working with Joe, Eric and George. They're wonderful customers who, along with their contractors, make our job easier. We always get positive feedback from homeowners when we're installing their countertops.

Can't say enough. The salesman was very nice (Eric) and continued to support us through the install. We literally called and asked questions after everything was bought and we were doing and install and he continued to support us. I cannot offer a higher recommendation.

They don't have the selection of the big box stores, but they more than make up for it with their knowledgeable staff. Very helpful.

3 day kitchen remodeling job turned into 3 months. Like previous complaint, measuring correctly was a problem. Had issue's with Crown molding which could not be installed properly. Although they stand by their mistakes it was not a great experience and would never use them again. Diane

Nice people but made major mistakes in measurements causing weeks of delay in kitchen and bathroom projects. Lost all confidence in them.

I have purchased cabinets and countertops from Denny at Kitchenfair many times. The prices are very reasonable. They do everything from budget cabinets all the way to high end custom work. They are very precise about their measurements, and you can get great ideas for layouts. No matter what you are shopping for it is worth checking out- they have quality product lines for great prices.
