Great selection, price and quality combined. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Came in and bought a vanity and loved it so much we came back 48 hours to get another.

Great experience working with Jeff to update our bathroom. He listened to what we wanted, provided realistic expectations, and delivered on a great new bathroom! The contractor used was amazing and super accommodating. We love our bathroom and look forward to working with ARA again for our kitchen remodel.

I would give this place a 0. We made an appointment and spoke with Bill R. He sat down and came up with some ideas. He said he would get back to us in a week. After about 10 days I followed up with him. He said that he was almost done with the plan. We never heard back from him. I'm not gonna chase him down to do business. The company should be trying to sell the customer and not the other way around.

We may not have a grand size kitchen, but what company can really turn down $20k+, especially during these times. I am suspicious about this company after seeing a glowing review by his family member.

My wife and I live in the neighborhood, so we walked there. Excited about our kitchen project, the receptionist said "no job too small" and "we are one stop shopping". Our project is a small one, so we were hopeful that, Bill, our salesman would be of help. Man, were we wrong. So was their receptionist. Bill wanted nothing to do with us or our project.

He was sarcastic, negative and condescending. We went home, texted pictures of current kitchen to another place, spoke with them, and we are moving on! I cannot recommend this place and will never go back. Chicago area has too many other places to give our money to.

Great shopping experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wide product selection and great pricing! If you're in the market for one single bath cabinet or an entire kitchen or bath remodel, go see these guys!

We are becoming experienced at Kitchen remodeling as this is the second condo kitchen redo for us in less than two years. Jeff Pike was very helpful to us and truly made the effort to make us happy. His choice of ski contractor Todd Herman was excellent and as a team they got the job done with a very nice result. When our quartz was back ordered they made the effort to help us select what turned out to be an even better pick. This team will be doing our bathrooms next.

We just completed our kitchen remodel and love our new kitchen. They gave us wonderful suggestions in picking the cabinets, counter and backsplash. They had a good selection without it being overwhelming. We liked that they were a neighborhood business and could not have been happier with Derrick the contractor who was assigned to do our work.

My wife and I remodeled our home in 2002 and Jeff designed our kitchen, powder room and master bath. Not only was the quality of the cabinetry outstanding, but so was Jeff's attention to detail, suggesting features we should add as well advising us on those we did not need so we could save on the cost. He was also helpful in resolving some design changes that came up during construction as well as adding some finishing touches after installation.

After all of these years, we still get compliments on the kitchen and bathrooms and people are astounded that the improvements are over 15 years old as they look new and fresh. If we were to ever move to another house in the area and needed to redo the kitchen and bathrooms, we would not go anywhere else.

One further addendum to my review of 3/13/2017 (listed on Yelp under "not currently recommended" reviews because I do not review much.) One of the under-cabinet lights that was installed as part of this project stopped working within the first year. Such things happen. So we contacted ARA to have it replaced, and were told that they would help us and stand by their work, but only if we took down our negative reviews. Food for thought.

Worst company in the world. Job done by subcontractors that make many mistakes. Would not refund my money after they screwed up my kitchen and had to have other contractors to go finish. DON'T USE THESE CROCKS

We were looking for bathroom vanity and cabinets, and came there on a Saturday to check our options. Store was almost empty. Let me start by saying that Stuart (our sales person) was unprofessional, snobby, sarcastic, and rude at times. He kept saying that the job of installing cabinets and countertop is small. When asked about installation price he replied on sarcastic manner that whoever did the rest of our bathroom remodeling should do installation, and the job is too little. when I told him the name of granite that we would like to have, and he said that it must be unpopular granite type, because he has not heard of it.

Basically we felt criticized the whole time we were there. We came to this place ready to do business with this company, but I wouldn't want to do business with company/sales man that treats customer this way. Do not recommend.

Listen to Barry in the other review. They don't return calls. Installation and design were awful. I had to go to the cabinet distributor in Missouri to remedy the racked cabinets and adjust the drawers and doors. Check yelp for more reviews. Overpriced on everything. Stay clear of this place. I still have the pictures as evidence.

I have worked with ARA Cabinets 4 U for both my kitchen and bathroom. Their service and expertise was outstanding. I got everything I wanted at a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend them for any kitchen and bathroom remodels you have in the future!

ARA gets a triple A rating! We just completed a beautiful new master bathroom renovation within very reasonable budget and their extra service allowed us to skip the cost of a decorator. While all significant renovations have a few unexpected bumps, their immediate response times addressed all questions beyond my expectations. I am already planning my next remodel due to their exceptional work. The entire team was a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, and I highly recommend them all.

I had ARA renovate my master bathroom and also contracted with them to handle all of the installation. I had them completely gut the bathroom including removing the old bathtub and replacing with a beautiful glass wall shower. Working directly with Jeff Pike was a pleasure as he made this a very positive experience. He delivered on every promise made. Kevin managed the entire installation process and you can not get a better contractor to handle that function - I would trust him with any type of construction project. I am planning on getting a new kitchen in the near future and have absolutely no doubt that ARA will be handling the entire project.

Stuart at Ara: you don't know that Bill did or did not call me back. He didn't. If customer service is so good, how come this is the first time I am hearing about the wait on the confirmation of the order. Instead I wait and wait and then receive a check in the mail. no communication that it was coming and no apologies. No offer to come in to see if you could offer something similar. Yes, great customer service. (Not)

They did an amazing job on our new kitchen! We are so thrilled with the process we had at ARA. It was an easy process with lots of communication and suggestions along the way. We are happy with the way it turned out and will continue to use them again for future projects.

Very disappointed with this company. Their policy is once its installed you can't bring it back. I want to be clear! Do not buy anything from here. None of their faucets, shower heads, etc. work in the store so how will know how something works? If it doesn't work to your satisfaction you are stuck with it! They will tell you to deal with the manufacturer for replacements or problems. Do yourself a favor and go to studio 41 or at the least Home Depot. Why? You can return or exchange for something else if you don't like it. You've been warned.

Make sure you check your order carefully, before installing it. It was only after our counter top, back splash, cabinet and faucet were installed I noticed that the counter top seemed thin. I looked on the order and the order said 1 1/4 inch, I measured the counter top and it is only 3/4 inch. Salesman, Bill said he does not know how that number got on the order because he can only get the 3/4 inch top.

We were promised a 1 and 1/4 inch quartz countertop, even says on the order form, and got less. Buyer beware, just because it says on the order form doesn't mean it will come that way. I suggest recording conversations with their permission, you got a better chance of dealing with problems later. I gave them 2 stars because the cabinet and counter top look nice but not what we ordered.

I have had my kitchen and bathrooms remodeled by ARA Cabinets 4 U and they did great work. The cost was reasonable, the work was done professionally and my wife and I would recommend them to our friends. We are very happy with them.

The quality of cabinets and workmanship was very good. But they grossly overcharged for installation. $850 for four hours of labor. That amount was in the original estimate, so when I requested a refund of a portion of that amount, they said it was not possible, then they said they'd think it over, then they never got back to me. My suggestion: make sure that the labor estimate is reasonable.

Do not use! They don't stand behind their work. They redid our kitchen and not only are the cabinets very poor quality, the installation was horrible. We have gaps between cabinets, gaps between cabinets and crown molding, crown molding cut too long and too short to meet properly, spacing between drawesr way off and even a cabinet frame that was installed completely and visually crooked. When any of the problems were pointed out they just didn't seem to care and only wanted to caulk to fix any problem. Worst and most costly mistake we ever made!
