Originally when we had Dave do the re-facing of the cabinets it looks good but years later a lot of the laminate cherry is pulling away from the cabinets. We called Dave to install some new rolling drawers and cabinet doors along with fixing the many veneers that were coming on glued. Paid him $800 for three drawers and their installation along with fixing all the delaminating cherry veneer.
All the damage spots were marked with stickum notes. He left with only doing half of the repairs and since then with eight text messages three phone calls and two website emails he has refused to take care and finish the job several months later. It is very disturbing when you hire a business to do a job and they don't complete it as promised. I would not use them again nor would I recommend them

I used refacing pros which was my first project I did alone on our house. I worked with David and Bill. The cabinets when closed had spaces between them. A neighbor viewed them and noticed one pair of cabinets were uneven. David had measured incorrectly so had to come back and replace a cabinet. They did not remove the old cabinets, left the place a mess.
I spent the entire night cleaning up after them, bringing cabinets out to the garage and vaccuming. I still have the old cabinets in my garage, which I moved there myself. The old cabinets lasted me 21 years and were of superb quality. I am already having problems with the cabinets refacing pros installed. I emailed them over a month ago never to hear back.
I then called them two weeks later and got the "We are so busy, I will send Bill out". I called again three weeks later after not hearing from them. I got the same response that they were backed up. They are all paid up and have moved on. They do not back their product, use poor quality hinges, leave a mess for the client to clean up. I just wish I had done more research on this company.

This company definitely needs to work on their communication skills. We were initially pleased with the work done in our kitchen, but then noticed some minor issues a week or two later (they didn't finish the underside of one set of cabinets and one of the cabinet doors came off its hinge). We attempted to call them NUMEROUS times. At first we were told they would come and fix the problem, but they did not show up when they said they would twice (without a courtesy phone call to cancel).
I attempted to call them several times and my repeated messages were ignored. After several weeks they informed me that they would not fix our issues after the fact. Granted that the issues we had were relatively minor, the way they handled everything was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. I'm sure both things could have been fixed in one quick appointment but they refused to do it.
They instead offered a $135 refund which does little to help me and I'll truly be surprised if I actually see that money. Its too bad that our initial great experience turned sour.

David and Barry are very nice people, but a their communication could be more clear and more honest starting with the estimate proposal and what they would do. Check your contract. If they say they will do something and the contract doesn't specifically list it, have them add it or you won't have a leg to stand on when your argue it. 1. We had issues with our cabinet doors not being true (level), and they did correct those issues when we brought it to their attention. 2.
The granite countertop is beautiful, but the company they work with will need to come back and redo the backsplash as it is 1/4in. too short. 3. Refacing Pros did promise to make sure our appliances fit, but their measurements/cuts were not accurate enough to fit our microwave. Since they did not install the microwave, we found out after payment. We have been told that they will NOT come back to correct that.
We are trying to work this out with them still. 4. One drawer that they installed was warped on the facing. They say that they will be back to replace it. Overall, they are genuinely nice people who seem to work hard and want to please the customer. However, there were some concerns that have not yet been resolved. I will update this review if/when they do get resolved.
