What a great visit to the showroom! It's December 16, and we already have a consultation visit scheduled for December 28th. Brooke Robinson was extremely helpful. I'm so excited for our renovation!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Doug Little who guided us through our kitchen remodeling. He made valuable suggestions and provided needed info, ordering of supplies and referrals to trusted businesses and contractors. He knows how to listen intelligently, has a very calm demeanor and offers his own thinking without pushing. He made a difficult process pleasurable!

CK&B completely failed on my small (5'x10') master bathroom remodel: 1. They took too long: we first met with the designer in April with an intended construction date of September which was later pushed back to January; it's now October and I still don't have usable plans. 2. They didn't meet the budget: the cost estimate the designer provided is multiple times beyond the budget that was allocated.

Some items she listed are three times what she originally said or what I could find elsewhere. 3. They didn't communicate: I wouldn't hear anything from the designer for weeks until I would reach out to her; even an email to a third party that she said she sent actually hadn't been sent when I checked on it. 4. They kept missing details: I had to remind the designer multiple times to fix or change things in her designs.

I used Classic to update three bathrooms in my home. They did a great job interpreting my design goals to meet my practical needs. I had a very specific budget I wanted to work within, and Doug at Classic made great suggestions and refined the design so I could get what I wanted while keeping my costs in line. Beautiful showroom, friendly and knowledgeable staff, very professional, and very quick. Highly recommended.

We met with Doug and Brook on Friday morning to look at the rendering for our kitchen update. To say I'm excited is an understatement! I sell Pampered Chef and do a lot of cooking videos from my kitchen, and they took that into consideration and designed my kitchen to make that even easier for me and put all my items that I might need right at my finger tips.

I will certainly post before and after pictures when it is done this fall. I have already recommended them to a family member and will tell anyone who ask to go see them. We will also be using them for our bathrooms as we continue updating our new home.

Classic Kitchen & Bath worked with us to remodel our bathroom about five years ago. It has been wonderful but we needed to replace some of the plastic shower frame seals. Katie and the team worked above and beyond to get us what we needed! Thanks for everything from the Paxtons!

We just built a new house and worked with Gabby at Classic Kitchen & Bath for all of the cabinetry and vanities. Gabby and the team were great to work with. The kitchen and bath design was one of the hardest parts of building, and Gabby did a great job guiding us and keeping up with a myriad of details. I would highly recommend Classic Kitchen. Classic Kitchen and Bath came highly recommended by a friend, and they were just what I was looking for! When I first began thinking about a kitchen remodel, I thought I was going to have to DIY with an IKEA kitchen or wait for the next big Lowes sale, but Classic's estimate was SO affordable and Leslie was beyond wonderful to work with through the design and planning process.

Being able to visit the showroom and put my hands on samples made me feel so comfortable about making decisions; their offerings are all so beautiful. My kitchen had some odd spaces that I was afraid would be unusable, yet Leslie was able to come up with such smart and efficient ways to use up as much space as possible (who knew I needed a cabinet for sheet pans!).

Even in the middle of a pandemic, delivery and installation were a breeze, and my installer did not leave until he knew everything was prefect and to my liking. We loved working with Classic and their team so much that we are currently using them again for a remodel project in WV! I cannot speak highly enough, 10/10!

My son was referred to Classic Kitchen and Bath by a contractor when he was remodeling an old farmhouse. I thought that they would not be affordable, but I was surprised to find that they had many options available. Their designer, Gabby listened to our ideas, answered questions and offered a lot of helpful suggestions. She then created a design that utilized space as efficiently as possible and that looked great when installed! The entire team was easy to work with and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

I have known about Classic Kitchen and Bath since we moved to Harrisonburg in 2004. They replaced a countertop for us when we first moved into our home. Since our home is 60 years old, it has needed quite a few updates over the years and we have used Classic Kitchen and Bath for all of our bathroom and kitchen udpates. The owner, Jill, is very professional and also cares a lot about our community. Jill shows this through her generosity and support of many local nonprofits.

I have worked with Gabby in design and she is phenomenal. Her warm and friendly personality is why I enjoy working with her. She is very knowledgeable and professional and is able to apply her knowledge in a way that is not overbearing and incorporates my transitional taste into her plans. When looking for items in their beautiful show room, I have spent time with all of the staff at one time or another and find them all to be friendly and helpful.

They seem to be a good team. If you are looking for a well run, local company, with a staff that truly cares about the quality of the product and. your experience, you should choose Classic Kitchen and Bath. I will definitely work with them in the future and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

We have used Cathy at CK&B twice and got superb outcomes in both remodeling adventures. The most recent was a master bath. We converted and useless corners garden tub into a large walk in shower with aging in place upgrades. The old shower became a nice closet. Design A+. Materials A+. Scheduling B. Like any complex project, scheduling is art and science.

Our project took 5 months, working around injured subs, available crews, and deer season. We are still delighted and give CK&B and Cathy the designer, a strong recommendation.
