Services
Relationships with some of the finest architects and designers in New England allow us to bring you a complete renovation or building package. Whether you hire your own design professional or utilize the services on one of our associates, we believe in a cooperative process. We also believe that the process should involve client, builder and architect from conception through completion. A team approach like this has proven to be the most successful building and renovating model time and time again.
Have you ever worked with a company that did a great job on that major renovation project but just wouldn't come back to fix some small things you needed later. Then you must not be a TSC client yet. We take the whole house' approach. Several years ago we acquired the handyman service, DOMO, and have now made that an integral part of The Sullivan Company, Inc.

Update 07/31/2017: I sued Paul Sullivan, the president of the Sullivan Company at Concord District Court and got some of my money back (at least it's ordered by the court now). So if you don't want to have fun going to the court better to keep this company away. See my review for details. I hired this company to fix the ice dam problems occurred in the winter 2014. Turned out it's a big mistake.
The total amount I paid them is over $12,000 to fix 3 places: one area around a skylight, 2 ice dam problems that damaged ceiling. Paul Sullivan gave me 2-year-warranty on their work, which is pretty good, I thought originally. They started working in Oct 2015, and finished it June 2016. Yes, it took about 8 months! The main reason why it took so long time is due to the bad quality of their work.
They have to redo the work time and time again to fix the problem left by their previous work. For example, one time after they put plaster on the ceiling in the morning, and all the plaster fell off of the ceiling in the afternoon, making a mess in my rooms. They have to come another time to fix it. Another time after replacing the shingles the roof still kept leaking in the rain.
They have to come again to redo the shingles. After couple of times they couldn't fix the leak themselves and have to find another company to fix the problem for them. But guess what they billed me for them to having that company to help them out! I just couldn't believe it. But now it still leaks in the heavy rain couple of weeks ago. Although I was given 2-year-warranty on their work when signing the contract they told me like this as quoted: "The work by the roofer is an invoice that needs to be paid.
Once that is taken care of I would be willing to send someone over with some roof tar and or caulking on an hourly basis to see what can be temporarily tied in for you but you simply need a new roof". Yes, now they told me I need a new roof.

The work was excellent BUT. They did not show up as scheduled with the office and did not show up until we repeatedly called them (aka nag). Worst of all there has been trash sitting in our driveway for 2 weeks and it still there. They do not do what they say they are going to do and do not communicate any change of plans. It will be on you to time manage them and you can expect to be very frustrated.

Last winter's snows caused 40 feet of gutter & soffit & fascia to be ripped off the roof. After several problems with other contractors, I contacted The Sullivan Company (TSC) What an improvement. They set a date promptly, quickly gave me a fair estimate (which was approved by the insurance company), and set a date to begin the work. They arrived on time and completed on time, leaving the site completely clean. I am talking to them about other projects. I recommend TSC based on my experience.
