Been in for a couple of lunches: great food, kind and prompt service, relaxing dining atmosphere all more than reasonably priced!

Delicious food. Simple, classic Italian dishes, served in a fun, rustic setting. Bartender Brigette's cocktail creations are amazing! Love the calamari - fantastic, crunchy, never rubbery. We always order a bit of extra stuff to bring home. Even though we cook Italian food a lot at our house, we still enjoy going to Fiorella's for their take on our favs.

And their sauce is awesome. We make our own, but again, enjoy theirs, too! The other day we ordered eggplant parm and lemon chicken, and caesar salad, and of course, calamari. All delicious. Service was, as always, excellent. Prices remain reasonable. Highly recommend. (For those not from the area, Concord and Concord Center are charming and filled with history. Make a day of it, walk around, and take in the sights!)

Maybe my expectation was too high for this Italian restaurant. The food is good but not spectacular. We ordered caprese, Italian wedding soup, baby clams, and veal saltimboca. They were offering fresh paste with baby clams and veal saltimoboca, that was a good choice. But clams was with too much oil and veal seemed to have too much wine. Maybe due to COVID, the restaurant was pretty empty on a Sunday evening.

Called to book a table for two, Guy told us there was no wait and "to come on down". We show up 5 minutes later to be told there is a 35 minute "waitlist". Don't waste your time - mediocre food, crap service, silly prices. Not sure why we gave them another try. Guess we're just gluttons for punishment :

Delicious food, the Brussel sprouts in honey and buffalo are a must. The scallops risotto is delicious, deserts are limited but that isn't the reason you go looking for the taste of Italy. Server was ok, just young still learning his drinks, hostess was great. Will visit again.

Yelp has erroneous hours for Fiorella's and I showed up just after the kitchen closed and hours were over. Not by much, but still. The night manager nonetheless allowed we'd me to order quickly and enjoy the sublime food. I am so glad they did. A truly terrific meal and A very generous experience. Thank you!

If you're looking for some good Italian food in the quaint downtown of Concord, come here! We came on a Saturday evening with no reservation, and there was surprisingly no wait! The restaurant is way bigger than it looks from the outside. I like this location more than the Newton one, as it's more spacious. After sitting down for 5 minutes, the room we were in started filling up fast, and after 20 minutes all the tables were full.

It can get a little loud but not unbearable. For starters, we chose the crispy Brussels sprouts. I could've eaten 3 orders of them! Cooked perfectly with just enough crisp, without being burnt. They come with a hot sauce, and a ranch aioli. I preferred the latter as it paired wonderfully. For my entree, I got the chicken broccoli Alfredo with gluten free penne.

It was the perfect portion, so I was able to save room for dessert. The Alfredo is rich, but not so heavy that you aren't able to finish it. The broccoli and pasta cooked perfectly. My parents both got the haddock dish and loved it! Throughout our meal, the waitress was friendly and attentive; she checked on us at least twice. For dessert, I tried the flourless chocolate cake and I couldn't even tell it was flourless! My parents had to help me finish it because it was pretty rich. This is the perfect spot for a romantic date night, 10/10!

My wife and I visited on a very busy Friday evening and we were lucky to score one of the last tables available. The restaurant was located in downtown Concord and there was ample parking in the area. After placing our order, they placed a nice basket of soft bread with a dipping marinara. Very tasty and a good start. We both began with a small house salad.

This was not your typical house salad. This had fancy greens and a very tasty house vinaigrette dressing. The portion was more than generous. My wife ordered the eggplant parmigiana which came with a side of spaghetti and I had the Frutti Di Mare (Spaghetti with shrimp, haddock, scallops, and clams). The red sauce on each of the dishes were tasty.

My wife loved her eggplant and sent an empty dish back. The right amount of cheese and sauce was on the eggplant. It wasn't smothered or swimming in the dish. Portion was generous. My dish had a nice offering of seafood and the portion was more than generous. Empty plate back to the kitchen, Unfortunately, we did not order dessert because we were stuffed. The service was very good and friendly. The prices were very reasonable and we were surprised how inexpensive the final bill came to. If we were in the area again

I have been to this place many times, because I live in town. And I brought lot of business to this Fiorella's Cucina. Almost anytime, I have had American, or European (tourists), friends, I brought them there. Then, for the first time, I had very poor service for the waitress who did not bring bread, then messed up my order, and gave gift of marinara sauce, not to me, for bringing the business, yet to the guest.

He was shocked, how the waitress completely ignored me. And, as always, when bringing guests out of town, or country, I paid for the food. I am Mediterranean. I did not wanted to blame the entire Fiorella's Cucina because of this waitresses, so on January 25th, I went there to celebrate a very special, 30 year, anniversary. Unfortunately, the waitress that I didn't like at all, was assigned to me, us.

I didn't want to see that waitress near me, and I told her. Instead to apologize, and simply fix the situation by sending another to serve us, she got very angry. She know very well how much business I brought to Fiorella's Cucina, and how much, I, or my guests tip. She angrily left, and shorty after a manager visited, that I never saw before, with bow-tie.

When I told him, I do not want the waitress to serve me, he insisted to tell him why. I do not need to tell anyone why. I have a right to chose not be served by someone I do not like. I pay, not them to me. I did not wanted to tell him, but he forcefully insisted to find out why I do not like her to serve our food. I had no choice, so I told him the reason I do not like her to serve us, and especially our special anniversary dinner.

And him (with a bow-tie) manager, started to defend the waitress, and tell me and my anniversary company to leave immediately. This had never happen to me, or my company, in our lifetime. And we been eating on all 5 continents, from Mexico and Monaco, to Macao. My anniversary company were shocked. And I am talking about refine, worldly, and important people who I travel intensely with all over the world.

And none of us had ever seen anything like it. This was so disgusting and uncultured treatment of me, and my guests. We still talk to everyone about it, leaving them speechless, and disbelieve of this horrible experience of ours. And we will tell this to anyone (domestic, or international) who will, or will have any intent to visit Concord, about Fiorella's Cucina experience, and what had happen to us in details, so to strictly avoid and not to ruin their visit to beautiful and historic Concord.

Food was just ok - mediocre at best. What made this one star was the attitude of the Management. I have literally never been spoken to so rudely before in my life than I was by the blonde hostess/manager. She greeted us with an attitude when we walked in and it started there when. She "couldn't seat an incomplete party". I'm not even slightly joking when I say she was extremely rude, surly and a B word.

It continued when she came to our table later in the evening. I'm not going to bore with the details but this woman was just wretched in the way that she treated the entire table. Rude, condescending and disrespectful. He attitude and behavior was completely out of line and she should not be in the service industry in any way, shape or form. Food would be 3 stars but I've never seen a restaurant employee treat customers the way that she did so they get one.

Went for lunch today and brought 2 friends. Not a good experience at all. The place is very nice and cozy. We were there last summer and the food was great. But, today the food was terrible. The bread was not Italian bread was served with marinara, not good. The Arancini had no taste at all and the sauce didn't either. The salad Nicoise was awful and looked like it was pre made.

My husband had Bolognese it was awful. The Italian wedding soup was not any better. I was sorry I recommended it! I don't know it it is a new owner, new chef? But not what it was. Everything was brought out at once, which was crazy.

I've visited a couple times in the last two months, once for my uncle's birthday and then to use one of our sealed surprise envelopes, which is such a fun activity! I had the lasagna both times, because I love the combination of fresh pasta, bolognese, and their famous tomato sauce. The second time, the breadsticks were a little tough to bite into and the fettuccini that my mom ordered with her chicken parmesan was undercooked, but she was too hungry to send it back - so she ate the better parts and took the rest home.

The goat cheese and glazed walnut salad is awesome! Also, the shrimp scampi is a definite favorite for my sister who is dairy-free. We look forward to our next visit to find out what's in the other secret envelopes! (visited 12/13/21 and 1/12/22)

Fantastic as always. We've eaten at 2 of their locations and were equally impressed. Their marinara sauce is terrific and the service is top notch.

Excellent. I had the lasagna and it was one of the best I have had. We were celebrating my Granddaughters birthday and staff was great. Also the chicken palm and everything that we had was really good. I would definetly recommend this to anyone.

A favorite spot. Food is delicious. I usually get the special but have many backups that I like. The walnut and goat cheese salad is a must to start. And I appreciate the gluten-free pasta. Awesome staff, friendly and good at what they do! I'm a regular now. If I could get one wish it would be gluten-free calamari.

Delicious food and wonderful service. I'm addicted to this place. If it were a drug, I would no doubt be in prison for substance abuse. It is my absolute favorite restaurant in the entire suburban area of Boston. The service is also impeccable. Shoutout to the entire wait staff for going above and beyond, . Wanted to highlight the two waitresses who seem to always end up serving me when I show up. Bridget - Very friendly, really great at checking in to make sure the customer is taken care of. Wanted to point out that she thought I was missing a napkin that was meant to go with my dessert (it was in my lap out of view) and she got me new one without even asking. That's excellent, thoughtful service! Sheridan- Just like Bridget, she goes above and beyond.

Always very cheerful and friendly. The last time I ate lunch here, there was a moment where I had to leave my table for an extended period because I forgot my wallet in my car. Sheridan noticed this and when I came back she offered to take my lunch (the penne a la vodka with bacon which is most excellent) and reheat it. As with Bridget, that is just impeccable service and going above & beyond!

I work in Concord and Fiorella's is a great place for me to relax after hours when I've had a rough day, thanks to the environment and top notch staff. I really wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Hey staff, if you're reading this, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for being so wonderful. You are a huge reason for my frequent trips to this place. Keep up the great work!

For authentic Italian food, with unbelievable service (sit down or take out), this is the place. Staff is pleasant, quick, recommendations are great, and the food is simply excellent. During COVID, take out has been a model for how restaurants should operate! Thanks for always putting the patrons first.

First time having dinner here. Food was excellent. We enjoyed the Baked Mozzarella Gnocchi and the Penne with Vodka sauce. The caprese salad was very fresh and our glasses were filled frequently. The waitstaff was impressive even though it was very busy on a Thursday night. Attached is a picture of the peanut butter pie dessert. We will be coming back here again in January for sure. When a restaurant stands out due to both quality food and waitstaff you have to do a review. And this one clearly does!

Food was pretty good. Our server was nice and attentive- she was embarrassed each time when she noticed her helpers had not filled our water glasses. Overall, we enjoyed the outing but I'm not sure when we'll return. There are a lot of restaurants in the area and this one didn't really stand out.

This was easily one of the worst meals of my life. The Service was fine but the food is subpar. I got the sirloin special and the steak tasted frozen- the rosemary butter couldn't even help it. The Brussel sprouts were also charred and inedible. My mom ordered the veal Parmesan and she said it was burnt and was rock solid. My dad orders the scallops and the risotto was flavorless and the scallops were over cooked. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here but we were visiting and food options were limited

I was served very undercooked gnocchi. Unfortunately it took me several bites to figure out that it wasn't soft but was raw. I am hoping for the best as I am pregnant. Disappointing.

Lovely dinner for a group of nine adults! Our server Rachel was great for putting up with our loud and fun group and did an excellent job at it. Now for what you came for the food review! I tried the following dishes that some of our group ordered: Lasagna- yummy and made with their meat sauce. Shrimp scampi-good flavor and lots of shrimp. Liked that they added some fresh tomatoes Bolognese with pasta-very good and flavorful Complimentary bread with tomato sauce-delicious Peanut butter pie-delicious! Lots of glasses of wine and beer and just a great place to grab a good Italian dinner. Cool building as well!

We were in Concord, MA for the first time and out of the couple options we were considering on Yelp, we chose Fiorella's. We loved it (two adults and a teenager). The wine, appetizers, entrees, dessert and service. all great! We will be back in Concord more in the future and plan to make this place a regular stop to try other dishes.

I have been to Fiorella's few years back. I recently went there again. And loved it again. This is one of the best Italian places around Newton area. They have huge parking lot. They take reservations over phone. This place has great food menu. They would start with Some bread and marinara which is totally delicious. Fried ravioli is one of the best antipasti.

They have amazing baked gnocchi (with huge portions ). I have had their broccoli Alfred pasta which was superb. You would definitely get the taste of the fresh pasta. AND their Alfredo and marinara sauce are out of the world. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place if you want to try out good Italian food.

Everything about our visit was outstanding! Atmosphere, employees, food and wine! Our waitress, Rachael, was awesome. Service was fabulous and the manager also checked with us two different times to see if we were enjoying ourselves or if we needed anything. While speaking with the manager we learned that she actually lived in Hudson for a few years.

We will be back for sure. Highly recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Rachael and everyone else for your outstanding service and friendliness.

My Haddock piccata with steamed broccoli was delicious. Husband's chicken Marsala disappeared quickly. Good-sized portions. Service was pleasant and fast. Nicely decorated, rustic interior.
