Essex construction Refered us to John as a preferred company. This was a custom order, solid wood kitchen around $40000.00. John came out and ordered all our pieces. There was a change in our pantry, John came back out and took new measurements for the new pantry. When the pantry came in it was 1/2 to big to fit in the space. Essex said it was John, John said Essex measured wrong.

He told me it wasn't his fault but Essex send him a lot of kitchens so, he would try to make it look better but that was all he could do. That was 2 months ago, I have sent him and Donna at his off emails, nothing. Maybe if he's not a preferred supplier you can get some responsibility but none for me. The pile of trim is the trim he used that is not in my kitchen and not returnable. He did tell me I could give it to him and if he sold it he would send me a check! BUYER BEWARE

Went in yesterday with a friend she was looking for a bathroom vanity. NOT one person got out of the office to help her. She finally went in the one office spoke with a man and still he did not come out to answer any questions give prices Nothing. RUDE people. I was even going to get some prices. Never been in the store and will never go back or recommend them.

Fantastic place, needed some Brookhaven hinges and shot a photo and they hunted down the old parts in their warehouse, Called me within 2 weeks and replaced them! Fantastic selection of kitchen cabinets and layout. Great location in heart of The Village in Medford.
