DAVID RAMSAY, Cabinetmakers, Inc. is a unique twelve person custom cabinetry shop with showroom located in the historic Old Collins Lumber Building in Moorestown, NJ. We have been designing, building and installing custom cabinetry, specialty furniture and architectural woodwork at this location since 1980. Our range of work includes built-in cabinets, libraries, media centers and quality furniture for both residential and corporate clients, all made to your specifications. We work in a broad range of materials, styles and finishes.

We are fully open, working on projects and meeting with new and returning clients. We hope this message finds you all safe and healthy. Customization allows for the opportunity to design and build a project to the needs of your individual tastes. This is opposed to prefabricated designs where the elements of the whole are already fabricated and then placed into different limited arrangements. Customized design includes a process of meeting with our design team to formulate ideas and solutions for your project. We can build any style to match the existing space, whether it is Modern, Victorian, Arts & Crafts, Federal, Country or Art Deco.

Absolutely a wonderful experience all around. The whole team was friendly and accommodating. I needed my cabinet over the refrigerator cut by three so I could proceed with kitchen upgrade. Rob was very busy but squeezed me in the schedule. The carpenter David who came to my house was top notch. I appreciated the efforts of all involved. Thanks!

Had a kitchen cabinet that was starting to separate. Within 24 hours of calling them they had the cabinet repaired. Also installed a new slide in one of the drawers. My husband and I have known and worked with Dave Ramsay Cabinetmakers during the last 30 years. In 1990, Dave designed and built our still magnificent cherry study (library) wall unit with cabinets, bookshelves, corbels, crown moldings and corner desk. The woodwork, decorative fluting and hardware are still in beautiful condition after years of use, while raising our family. Dave and his son, Scott, are true professionals, wonderful to work with, highly skilled in designing and repairing all kinds of fine woodwork, including custom wall units, built-in China cabinets, furniture, fine wood (and glass) family heirlooms, kitchen cabinets and more.
Their work is exceptional due to their fine craftsmanship, attention to details often overlooked by other woodcrafters, years of experience in the field and high standards. Dave and Scott are easy to contact, respond quickly, offer advice and assistance as necessary, even for years after completing a project for a client. Dave and company worked with us on creating a custom handcrafted island counter during the remodeling of our farmhouse kitchen. When I purchased my home it had a custom kitchen with slide in refrigerator. When replacing refrig, the opening was smaller then the new refrig sizes.grrrrrr. David was able to make my opening large enough by cutting, re-staining my above refrig doors and hardware. PERFECT! He has also advised me through another issue I had. They are the nicest, best people to deal with. It pays to use a family business.you always get the best service.! Add photos
