Was dealing with Debra regarding cabinet replacement. From what I'm told she was sent the wrong replacement, which was brought to my house & was too small. Followed up with her via email a week later, to never hear from her again. Called & spoke to Kristina & the correct cabinet happened to be in & she scheduled the repair & called me when he was on the way!
Besides Debras initial communication, there was none from her except to cancel the first scheduled appointment (the part didn't arrive as planned). She was supposed to contact me to reschedule but that never happened. Instead, the builder was at my house for something else & told me he had a cabinet for me (as stated above it was the wrong size).

Approximately 2 months ago, I posted a review regarding my experience with this company. I was very frustrated at the time, and not happy at all. The owner of the company, with the designer of our project, corrected the challenges and have exceeded my expectations. This company is committed to its customer's satisfaction, and has proven such by backing their reputation while designing beautiful living spaces in this community. The owner personally visited our home, and with her designing skills, made some suggestions that have created perfect final touches. Thank you Susan & Debra.

Custom Kitchens by Design is the REAL DEAL! Our kitchen renovation was top notch from start to finish. First and foremost, we love the innovative design of our new kitchen. The cabinet selections and finishes they offer are timeless. The designers worked very hard to walk us through each step of the process and coordinate all of the moving parts and were always just a phone call away.
And anyone who has ever lived through a renovation knows what a huge undertaking it is! Our kitchen reno was a complete gut job, which then turned into a full first floor redo - part DIY/part working with contractors. We knocked out the wall to our dining room, creating a large open concept kitchen with a huge center island. My husband was skeptical about the size of the island and re-measured countless times.
The finished kitchen is absolutely perfect and we both can't get over how amazing our kitchen turned out. The designers really listened to what we needed and their suggestions and finishing touches have made our kitchen the envy of the neighborhood! I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend them!

Very disappointing. Designer made huge mistakes that set renovation back almost 6 weeks. Broken cabinets, cabinets measured incorrectly, vanities cut short. She (Deborah) was terrible returning phone calls. Workers there to do install 3 times.no show on cabinets, no phone call, very unprofessional. I will NEVER recommend them. My husband had her come to the site to show her the fiasco. I would like the owner of the company to see. In fact if I were the owner I would want to know.
