BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANIES SALE POLICY! The company doesn't step up to the plate when they make a mistake! They sold me over $3,000.00 in porcelain tiles, after coming to my home and taking the measurements for two adjacent baths. We used half of the porcelain pursuant to their design drawings. When I proposed to return the unused excess porcelain boxes, Classic Cabinets pushed back and proposed to give me $300.00 discount for another purchase ("a cent to a dollar"), which I find to be an insult.

Their argument of having a restocking fee, paying the freight back, etc., might be interesting but not compelling when the seller made the mistake and it was all their doing in duplicating the order. A piece of advice, buy it from HOME DEPOT at a fraction of the cost and for the same quality. If a mistake is to be made, Home Depot will be happy to take it back at a drop of a hat. Every step involved in my kitchen remodel from the initial meeting to the final payment went perfectly well and on time. Each and every person involved in the process (designer, estimator, project manager, contractors and laborers) were pleasant, on time and responsive. I love my new kitchen and am so very happy that I chose Classic Cabinets for the job.

Emma walked me through every detail of our kitchen remodel, always showing me any options that fit my ideas without inserting her own opinions or preferences. We have had Classic Cabinets do major work on our house. From the owner through the skilled laborers they are the best of the best. Completely reliable, completely honest and finished on time. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Who writes a review at the BEGINNING of a project? Well, that would be me! My sister had her kitchen and bath remodel done by Classic Cabinets. She was thoroughly impressed with their expertise, attention to detail, follow-through and finished work. She exclaimed over each of the workers, including electrician, plumber, cabinet hanger, painter! Kelly, her designer, Mark, the owner and supervisor of every detail. So, my husband and I decided to take the leap and go with Classic Cabinets for our kitchen remodel.

Although the main project doesn't start until January, I purchased a chandelier for our entryway, a HUGE chandelier. Mark saw that that was here, and needing to be hung. He mentioned that although they were completely booked, he'd try to see if his electrician could get it hung before the Holidays for us. I secretly thought that would be forgotten. Surprise!

I got a call last week from the electrician and this morning they came to hang the chandelier. I'm impressed! Now, we are excitedly looking forward to our kitchen remodel. Kelly listened to our desires and designed exactly what we are wanting! Congratulations to an exceptional crew that won over my sister and has already encouraged us!

Drivers treat neighborhoods like trash. Just watched one of your drivers take a barrier from the street and throw it in the grass then get in the truck and drive off. If you want your neighborhood to be treated with respect don't hire this company.

I've waited an entire year to write this review. I needed to see how our custom cabinets would hold up to the daily wear and tear that only a manufacturing shop and office could create. I am so happy to report, they look and function as amazingly as the day of installation! They're beautiful AND durable! Visitors always comment on how much they love the cabinets and hardware! Working with Todd was so easy. He was very accomodating, and had great suggestions without being high pressure or pushy. Very refreshing in the tenant finish process!

Our experience with Classic Cabinets & Design was wonderful from beginning to project end. We remodeled two bathrooms and could not be more pleased with the results.
