We love our remolded spaces, it feels like a new home. Westside Remodeling was quick to respond to any issues that we had showing us that the entire team had respect for our needs and that our trust was important to them. Their experience and insight helped shape the final result of our new home. After conclusion of the project we had a warranty issue. Westside Remodeling ensured that it got resolved within one day.

We had a truly great experience with the Westside Remodeling team for our big remodel of the kitchen/family room and master bath. Alana was invaluable in design and planning, with so many practical ideas. Christian and Esteban took pride in their work, wanted to get things just right, and also helped in the logistics of our family living under construction.

Everyone on the team was very responsive to questions and concerns. Our job took longer than expected for a variety of reasons, mostly related to the pandemic; but we are really grateful to have worked with this construction team to finally create our new dream kitchen and beautiful master bath. We would definitely call Westside again for our future projects.

Bob and team built an ADU on the back of our property. The experience was great and the quality has been terrific. We had some very custom requirements and everything came out as we had hoped. The true test of a contractor comes when things happen that aren't expected. When it was their oversight, they fully remedied the issue. When it was a change on our side, they were transparent, fair, and precise with the change orders. The subs were professional and the workers competent and friendly. Would definitely recommend Westside!

A year ago we started the process of remodeling our kitchen with Westside Remodeling. It was a wonderful experience working with Kim from the design team, Christian our general contractor, and Esteban who worked on our kitchen everyday and was so kind to our kids. They exceeded out expectations because of how clean they kept our house, how they stayed on budget, kept to the timeframe of the project, and stood by the quality of their work.

Our kitchen is our dream kitchen, it is the heart of our home and where we as a family spend most of our time. I'm so thankful to have worked with an experienced company that thought of all the details that I would not have. They were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to using them again for other remodeling projects.

Because of their professionalism, quality of workmanship and reliability - Westside has been our go to for several projects that included a full kitchen remodel and water damage repairs. We engaged with Westside in March of 2020 to remodel a good portion of our downstairs living area including our kitchen, family room and guest bathroom and replacing flooring for all of the downstairs. Working with Alana for design was a great experience! She made several visits to ensure our needs were met and it was very convenient to work in their showroom to finalize design and pick materials.

Once the work started, Christian was on-site frequently and ensured things were on track. Both John and Esteban were also amazing and went the extra mile on some of the unexpected items that inevitably come up during a large project. We had an outstanding experience with Westside Remodeling. The first person I spoke with was Georgia, the office manager, and wife of Bob Sturgeon, the owner. She was professional, warm, and informative. I told her my top priority was to find a contractor of the highest integrity to remodel out kitchen. She said I'd come to the right place. Our designer Kim was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through every step. John Alejo was our carpenter and head of our remodel.

Not only was his workmanship excellent, he was also a great communicator and answered any text immediately. The kitchen is now complete and exceeds expectations. It is my pleasure to recommend this company.

Westside has recently completed a beautiful home remodel for my family. We are once again so grateful for the quality of work completed and the attention to detail throughout this project. We used Westside Remodeling recently to remodel our master bathroom, install a drawer microwave and change our fireplace mantle to an updated look. Our experience was top notch from beginning to end. All work was done in a timely and professional manner. The design specialist worked with us to get the look exactly as we envisioned. This service was especially appreciated.

We used West Side Remodeling for our new Kitchen. They did an absolutely fantastic job! We partnered with Alana for our kitchen design, and were so happy with her responsiveness, creative ideas, and knowledge. She was absolutely amazing to work with, and asked questions to truly understand our style. She was terrific about sharing her opinions and experience, but was never pushy and always deferred to us for final decision - but I loved that she would present pros/cons around each decision.

She was also fantastic about presenting us with many design options, and was incredibly patient! We had Esteban for our master craftsman/carpenter. He was AMAZING! Truly a perfectionist and master of his trade. He was also incredibly friendly, patient, and always cleaned up each day. He even hang all our cabinet doors one day so we could see them up, knowing he would need to take them down the next day! Overall, the quality, craftsmanship, and uniqueness of our new kitchen far surpassed our expectations - We adore it and would not change a single thing! I absolutely love working with West Side, and am looking forward to partnering with them again on future projects!

We have been working with Westside Remodeling since March 2016. They have remodeled 3 bathrooms and our kitchen. They are an outstanding company. Bob and Georgia Sturgeon have been fantastic to deal with. Alana and Jon have been on all 4 projects and have always addressed any issues or concerns we had. They are a great team. All the staff that worked at our residence were very courteous and answered any questions we had.

A few years ago my husband and I were discussing what things we wanted to do to our home and low and behold there was a home show in Westlake at the Hyatt Hotel so we got our tickets went and walked through the show. We met a few designers and set up one appointment with one and without any luck with that design company it was a wash these people would set the appointment up and it was a no show which was unprofessional in my book.

We then saw a project going on down the street from us and noticed the name and decided after seeing what they do that it was time to give them a call. We did give our information to them at the home show but really did not even give it a thought at first. We decided right then and there that is was time to give them the business and so therefore we started with them.

Our house went through one of the biggest remodels we ever have done and it went better than expected they were with us the entire step of the way. We recently did our front walk way and could not be happier with the end result. The team there at Westside is professional and courteous and patient. When you have an issue and or question they are more than willing and wanting to help you out. The bids for each project were spot on and they went to all great lengths to make sure that each part of the project was done. thanks West side for a great job. :-

I have used Westside Remodeling twice for home projects. First they added a loft, the second project, and most recent, was a full gut kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout my downstairs and partial bathroom remodel. I can not say enough good things about the professionalism of this company. They will not be the cheapest bid you get, but guaranteed you will get what you pay for.

There were very little aurpises and the upcharges were minimal (additional request WE had) which can be a huge problem with other companies. Also, a note about their subcontractors, they were sooo professional. You can tell that Westside only uses high quality subs, they truly care about doing high quality work. While our project did go alittle onger than expected, that had more to do with problems outside of their control, but they worked around it best the could to accommodate ouyr needs. And just a note that if you are lucky enough to get Christian as you lead carpenter, the project will be just that much better!

The experience we had with Westside Remodeling was top rated from beginning to end in our kitchen remodel. The office was quick to answer calls and return them. The workmanship from the carpenter was precise. Our Designer/Remodeling Specialist had outstanding professionalism and attention to detail. She went out of her way to make sure that we understood the process and were happy with the results and even found us a discount that we could apply. Kudos for Westside Remodeling, we are certain to call them again for our future remodeling needs!

We have had Westside Remodeling Inc. do two projects for us. The first was a Kitchen remodel and second was a bathroom remodel. I cannot say enough good things about them Their staff is professional and easy to work with. They were always on time and did exactly what they said they would do. All the subs they worked with were professional, came on time and finished exactly when they said they would. The finished project is exactly what we wanted. We love showing it off to all our friends and family. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We LOVE our remodeling job! It is exactly what we set out to accomplish when the project started. Alana (designer) and Marty (project manager) were very professional and great to work with. The subcontractors that Westside works with are outstanding and also very professional. Kudos to Westside Remodeling, Inc for finding those great subs. The finished work is outstanding. Their scheduling was flexible and follow-up with issues timely.

We hired Westside Remodeling, Inc to remodel our entire house back in October of 2013 and finished the job on the first week of January 2014. We were so happy with the result. Our house is so beautifully done, quality work done by Kelly & Patrice (designer). Everyone at Westside Remodeling is so professional and they take good care of their clients.
