This is the worst company and the people that work there in management have no care for others. We where approached for a sale of $40,000 in goods as everything was getting ready to be shipped we would get a few phone calls a day demanding a date of delivery as it was getting close for delivery. We did not have the exact date and unlike most we did not make something up we said we would find out ASAP. Mensch called and canceled with us and called the credit card company and put in a dispute days from delivery as a result we as a small town store will be closing our doors in the near future as we will not be able to return what was ordered by them and unfortunately has put us in a financial bind that we will not be able to dig ourselves out of.
We worked long and hard inside and outside of working hours to get the best pricing for them and inquire first hand with company vendor reps to make sure they would not have to empty their pockets on this order only to have ours emptied plus more. To do this to us after creating what we thought was a genuine business relationship is absolutely making me sick to think of where this has put not only my family and I but my valued employees whom are like family to me as well as their family's. This spot we have all been placed in is irreversible and can't be changed on this end. We have the courts will see it our way as that is where we are going.

Always - Always - Always treated very well when you walk in the door- This is a place where they truly value the customer and it shows - It starts from the top and all of the employees are on board. It doesnt matter if you have a large order or just getting a box of screws you are treated the same. Check them out you will not be disapointed.
