Ed and Parsons Custom crew was wonderful to work with in all aspects. They remodeled my kitchen and master bathroom/closet area. The finished product gets so many compliments on quality and design; more importantly working with Ed and crew was so easy throughout the whole process. I really appreciated Ed's organizational and communication skills, I felt well informed and that Ed understood how I liked to make decisions (a little slowly I think). Highly recommend.

Parson's Remodeling performed a full gut and remodel of our kitchen and we absolutely love the results. Ed kept close to the schedule and budget we agreed upon, and was very flexible as we made tweaks to the design along the way. He was always super responsive and helpful, even with a few small issues that arose after the project was finished. I would highly recommend him for your remodeling project.

Absolutely the best! How many nightmare stories about remodels gone bad have you heard? We experienced none of them with Parsons Custom Remodeling. From our very first consultation with Ed Parsons in his Oregon City office, to a cite visit by him and the crew doing the work, every detail in the process was handled courteously and professionally. Quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail is evident in every step.
We had our kitchen/great room done, as well as our master bathroom 6 months later. Both jobs were completed in the agreed upon time frame and solidly on budget. Every single crew member arrived on time each morning and didn't leave until everything was cleaned up in the evening. Ed was also there throughout the whole process and answered every question we had (even the stupid ones) with patience and expertise.
The custom made knotty alder cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom are exquisite and exceeded our expectations of quality and pride of craftsmanship. I stand still stand in awe at how beautiful they are. I would call Parsons Custom Remodeling again in a heartbeat for all of my remodeling needs. Ed Parsons brings your dreams to life.

I thought I would give you a review of the remodel many years later. 1)The shower, kitchen and windows are all working very well and we are enjoying the results of your efforts on our behalf. 2) I probably would avoid the heated floor because the controller is hard to read and adjust.
The floor if on at night heats the bedroom up and sleep is more difficult. The floor heats unevenly due to broken sensor wire and repair keeps toilet area warm but not rest of floor. We don't want anything done about it but maybe in future you could place multiple sensor wires incase one breaks. 3)The kitchen pantry is fantastic and friends have taken photos of it wanting one for themselves, we have given them your name. 4)The kitchen island is great but we would have had you place an outlet at one or both ends of it for convenience avoiding the need for extension cords. 5)The double bathroom sinks upstairs are too small and the fixed faucets result in water all over counter and floor due to small sink openings.
I tried to explain we had CORIAN solid surface counter tops previously with moveable faucet outlets which worked excellently. I use the downstairs laundry sink to avoid water overflows. I can use sink for washing eyes in AM but not full face after shaving. The issue is a minor irritation but something to evaluate with future clients. 6)The best part of the bathroom shower is the steamer which I use regularly and immensely enjoy. FANTASTIC!
The expensive mirrors and lights are also super and worth the cost, especially as we age and our eyesight dims. I grow Orchids in the bay window in the bathroom which we enjoy as one or more of them bloom repeatedly. 7)The windows are great and seem to block any air flow around edges. All in all the project is a success and many of us have regrets after a project due to inexperience or inaccurate foreknowledge. I hope all is going well with you and if you see Bill greet him for all the work he did for us and wish him well. Sent from my iPad Michael F Fuller

Complete remodel of Master Bathroom and major remodel of Kitchen. Ed and team did a wonderful job, treated home and furnishings with great care, cleaned up each day, job stayed on time and on schedule, quality cabinets, quality installation of counters, tile and all related services, promptly fixed the very few things that needed attention afterward. Ed helped with and guided the design and materials selections with some fresh ideas while respecting my ideas.
Site supervisors and the tile installer made some excellent recommendations as the job progressed that were improvements and which we integrated into the job. I would definitely hire again and recommend highly.
