Lack of customer service in admin, showrooms and phone contact. No thanks.

Sad to say the customer service here has been unsatisfactory. We can only say at this time that this Lumber company has been horrible in returning calls, checking on merchandise that has been PAID for, but not delivered. Yikes, wish we would have shopped elsewhere!

I spend upwards of 10K with Forest in the last 4 weeks remodeling my home. The general manager Russell, and showroom manager Armando are the best in the business. They always made things right if there was any kind of bump in the road (they were switching a new ordering and delivery system). The products they carry are top notch, and their quality cannot be beat. I suggest if you are looking for a lumber company that does many things, stop there first, they are a one-stop-shop and are very easy to work with.

I don't know how to explain how the office staff treats people, like if they are mildly annoyed or stuck up whatever it is it isn't friendly. The yard staff saved it from being 1 star since they are very friendly and I got thanked for being there customer.

Been a customer for many many years traditional lumber yard with good staff and great selection. If you need it they probably have it or can get it.

Everything you need but getting somebody to help me was a chore for me, everyone keep passing the buck.

We initially had issues with windows we purchased. I spoke with both the area manager and new location manager, Russell. Both were very kind and helpful and resolved the issue. We also highly recommend Rick, a salesman at the OKC window and door location. He was very patient and helpful with different options. Will be back again.

Been shopping here for year these new loaders get mad when you interrupt their smoke break out back at doors and windows

Poor service. Called early afternoon to confirm there was plenty in stock. Then hooked up the trailer and drove from Guthrie. Paid at the counter and drove into the lumber yard to load up. A yard supervisor said they were out. Went back to check-out to get the charge reversed and drove home with an empty trailer. Not ever going back to Forest lumber.

Their phone system needs an overhaul. Spent a good 30 minutes being transferred from person to person when i called about a tool. Then one of the employees sent me to his own voice-mail when i asked to speak to a manager.

Just wanted to say how happy I am with Roberto's service! He went above and beyond in trying to help me find what I needed! If you're ever in Forest lumber on May, ask for Roberto, by far the best experience I've had there and Ive been there many times! He is the best employee they have in my opinion!

Great variety and better customer service. Mr. Robert Medraino knew exactly what I needed and made me feel welcomed not like other places.

They seemed bothered that you would even ask them prices and I had a big job in my backyard. I even went in and spoke with two separate employees. I called back a few days later to see if it would be different and the guy, who answered, started with one price, but then told me he was switching me over to a sales floor guy and it rang forever! I hung up and called right back and it rang forever again. I called back in another minute to find another employee just as unfriendly nor helpful. There are other businesseswho treat customers better.go elsewhere.

If you own an old home that has those big, thick, old growth architectural pieces, cedar siding, and unique wood trim pieces that they don't sell in the hardware stores, this is where you need to shop. It's for the more discerning homeowner that wants to restore the old instead of giving their home that "Home Depot common-as-muck" look that so many homes have taken on in the Big Box store times we're living in. They have a good team that will help you if you have questions, too.
