You can see their attention to details and finish work is awful. Nails coming through all over the place. You just have lumps grime these nails everywhere. That's not the worst of it. Had them do floating shelves that they didn't fit properly so they just filled in with caulking THE WIDTH OF MY FINGER! I was forced to work with them due to my builder but if you want quality.go somewhere else! Save yourself the heartache and money!

Since zero is not an option I went with one star. Ward Wood was used in our current kitchen remodel and i couldn't be more disappointed in their product. Cabinet shelves and drawers sent back multiple times due to shotty workmanship. Eventually was told they could not speak or do anything for me since i did not order them although it was my money. In the end left with cabinet shelves that would not fit and splintered and drawers and doors that do not close or line up.

I work here so i can't be entirely objective i recommend checking it out and post your own personal opinion please

They'll take 5 weeks to get you drawings, charge you an asinine amount of money for cabinets that come out wrong, take another 2 weeks to fix them, then charge you for their mistake. NWBS and suburban gained a new customer.

Their drivers are very unprofessional. They ran a sign in their big delivery truck and almost wrecked our vehicle. I confronted them and as I was walking back to my vehicle, my passengers said they were laughing, flipping us off, etc. I went back to confront them again and they just kept laughing and continued their unprofessional attitude. I called the company, spoke to a supervisor and said the owner would call me back the next day.

Apparently they condone this type of behavior because I have yet to hear anything. I also had 2 people in my car that had a recent hip surgery and now they're in more pain due to the reaction of the vehicle to dodge this truck and the seatbelt along their hip. I'm in the process of getting the video from a building where the incident happened because it had a camera aiming directly at the spot where the incident happened. I added a picture of the truck and their driver(s). Didn't get picture of the other 2 in the truck.

Had a minor issue with some drawers from another installer and Ward Wood fixed it in under 10 minutes. Definitely Recommend!

Ward Wood did an excellent job on my freestanding unpainted wooden pantry. I'd rather have plywood then mdf material anytime. It is strong & custom built to my liking & cost less than if I had ordered it online.

Called Ward Wood to come out and measure for new cabinets. Mr. Horowitz said he would get back with us in about three days on the quote. He never called us back, never emailed us, claimed he thought someone else sent the quote and has had an utter disregard for our time or in keeping his word.
