I am so happy with the way my kitchen turned out and appreciate all the efforts that the entire team - Grace, Kamila, Patrick, Eddie, Elmer, Maria, Mario, Jorge, and Freddy - provided every step of the way. They are phenomenal to work with!

Wish we had another kitchen to update. It was a joy to start the project with Grace and Kamila to Elmer and Mireya's professional work on the cabinets and then tilers and finally finishing up with the electrician updating the outlets. Eddy checked up regularly onsite and any questions or changes were addressed immediately. You will be in very good hands from the beginning of the project to the last outlet installed. We could not be more pleased with the results.

We contracted with Keane Kitchens to do a mini-remodel of our kitchen. The work was done very professionally and delivered within the time line promised and budget. The team, both in the office and on site were super. Very knowledgeable, responsive

Grace is so nice and knowledgeable. She gives me good advice for my benefits but for hers. I think she is honest and sincere when she gives out information. She does not just think about her sales but also what is best for the customers. I think their price is reasonable during this pandemic crazy with the shortage of everything. I am a real estate broker.

Working with Keane Kitchens was amazing! Just a fantastic job. Always on time. Great workers. Never left a mess. Grace was amazing to work with. Our kitchen was somewhat original with large built in cabinets that were too costly to replace. Keane came up with beautiful custom doors and handles and faced the rest of the cabinetry with really nice laminate.

Now we don't have to worry about repainting the old doors every few years and it updated a 60s cabinet look into a modern and sleek kitchen. Thank you again to the team!

This review is long overdue. We had been contemplating a kitchen remodel for years. We decided to finally do a mini remodel. One of our best decisions ever. My kitchen looks completely different and feels brand new. Grace and Eddie were so great in helping us with scheduling and selection of quartz countertops & cabinet laminate. I described the aesthetic I wanted and Grace nailed it with her suggestions.

I felt the overall cost of project was fair. Everyone on the Keane team are professionals. They know what they are doing plus very punctual and clean. My project was completed in 4 weeks including a week break in the middle to paint and install floors. Keane was great about scheduling around the paint and floors so that the cabinets and countertops wouldn't get damaged. I am so happy and love, love, love my new kitchen!

We wanted to update the look of our Kitchen without doing a full remodel and Keane Kitchens was the perfect solution for us. We met with the owner, Patrick at their showroom in Belmont and were introduced to the staff and were able to see first hand the quality of their work. We then met with Grace and Eddy at our home, went over the details of the work we needed done, and set up the work date.

They showed up right on schedule and took great care in cleaning up each day. The quality of the prep and the work they did for us far exceeded my expectations and previous remodels that I have done in the past. The quality of the work was exceptional and any punch list items were handled promptly and professionally. To sum up. this is a good company, with good people who do their best and they stand behind their work. What more could you ask for? Considering the scope and quality of the work I felt the price was very fair and I would definitely work with them again.

An absolutely great experience working with Keane Kitchens. Starting with Grace coming out to meet with us and talk through the process of refacing, and then Kamila working with us to finalizing details, everything was wonderful. Eddie and his team installing it all was just amazing. Rudy and the rest of the team were beyond helpful to us, answering my numerous questions along the way when they were in-site.

They didn't hesitate to help and truly made it effortless for us. Everything was done in a timely manner, and it was great to not feel they need to provide constant oversight to such a trustworthy team. Some things had to be finished after the fact, and little fixes were made as needed without question. Thank you Keane Kitchens. Loving my upgraded space so much! Let the cooking/baking and entertaining begin!

It seemed that this team was trying to get this project done as quickly as possible. In doing this, major mistakes were made and the overall workmanship was not very good. To sum up the issues: A major blunder was made in fabricating the backsplash when they drilled a hole for a socket in the wrong place though I warned them a number of times. The work they did on the oven hood was messy, leaving burn marks on the hood and scratches on the ceiling.

The new countertop looks nice though nobody seemed to know anything about the quartzite I chose nor how to care for it (Keane Kitchens bought the stone for me from IRG). It turns out that the stone should have been sealed prior to the faucet, etc being installed. The project was to change the countertop and backsplash as well as make a few other changes which the project manager readily agreed to doing.

On the day work was to begin, a binder was set on the kitchen table which was to contain, or so I thought, all the plans and notes for the project. On the last day of the project, this binder was still empty. Nothing was ever written down. The workers seemed to only have a vague idea of what the plan was. They almost threw out my faucet, assuming I was not reusing it (I was).

I wanted a socket moved and I showed the manager where I wanted it placed. On day 2, his worker had this vague idea of where it was to go and penciled it in (this was a plug in the backsplash). The guys who do the template for the countertop showed up late on day 2 when I was not there. They took measurements assuming a number of things like where I wanted seams, plug positions, etc.

On day 3, I saw that the worker's guess on where the plug was to be positioned was incorrect and I corrected him. I kind of figured that the fabricators would never get word that the plug position had changed so I even went down to their place and told them about the change (and informed the manager as well). I was told it was no problem. And where did they drilled the hole? IN THE WRONG SPOT!

As I pointed out these issues, all I got in return were excuses and apologies. "The metal of the hood was tough to cut. The fabricator should have known better." But very few remedies were offered. Keane Kitchens did agree to get the countertop and backsplash sealed with the faucet removed. The guy who showed up, from another company, sealed about half the counter and then left. Keane Kitchens said that was an oversight and he would be back to finish the job.

That was at least 2 months ago. I have heard nothing since. I've tried to work with Keane Kitchens on some of these issues. The last contact was when Grace came by to see the finished product. When she heard the whole story of the project she agreed to a slight discount in price. And that was the last I heard from her. Everyone at Keane Kitchens had bee very pleasant to work with and I had really hoped it was going to go smoothly. But it didn't. Too many assumptions and too little oversight.

We just finished replacing cabinet doors in our kitchen. Everything went according to plan which made our life easier. Everyone was highly professional and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. It was actually a joy working with that company, we wish other firms could be as good. It is rare. My husband and I would always recommend Keane Kitchens to everyone. It was a smooth process and we love our kitchen now.

Almost a year after they did our kitchen, some of the paint on the cabinets began to peel. We reached out to them, and they came to evaluate things a few days later and agreed things needed to be fixed. They took the time to take off the cabinets, get them re-painted, and come back to install. This was all done promptly and the results again look great. It's nice to see a company that stands behind their work. Overall, an excellent job, and I would highly recommend them. Wanted to update this review and let you know that they don't forget about you after the initial work is done.

I cannot say enough about Keane Kitchens. From beginning to end they 100% delivered as promised - in 4 weeks my kitchen went from 1990's to a beautiful, modern creation! Grace went above and beyond to help me find items and pick out the perfect combinations. All of the individuals who did the work were courteous and kept the workspace tidy. We are thrilled with the outcome.

I am still in awe of my new kitchen. Keane Kitchens was just amazing. Grace, Patrick, Eddie, Freddie, Mario, Rudy and the rest of the gang were so professional and nice to work with. They are perfectionists and no detail was overlooked. They also completed the work in less than three weeks after quoting four weeks. It's always nice when a company over delivers. Now my kitchen is white, bright and modern.

Very, very happy with the cabinet refacing job they did for us. I waited a few months to write the review to see how they hold up. All the cupboards, laminate etc. are still in like-new condition. Everyone at Keane Kitchens was very friendly and easy to work with. It's nice dealing with a small, local company, because you get to know who you're working with. Patrick, the owner, was always there to talk with and get ideas from when I'd come by the showroom. Grace, who priced the job and shepherded it through, was very kind and accessible. I love how our kitchen looks now, and am very happy I hired Keane Kitchens to do the work.

I want to support local company. Had a great initial consultation but went the work started, it went down hills. Someone tried to do a bait and switch on our counter. We order A grade but when they came out to do the measurements, we had an uneasy feeling when they asked us to sign a contract waiving default on the counter. We decide to drive to the East Bay to look at it before signing.

We saw the counter with many flaws on it and it was definitely B grade. My husband had a talk with MJ and was not pleased. He had to ask Patrick to call him back. Now we got pricing for B grade counter. This morning I woke up with someone in my house, that my son let in. I was still in my PJ in bed! I yelled down at my son, he said the worker are here!

My son left for school and I rush down in my robe to see what's going on. This is so unprofessional, not to schedule with a client and have the worker show up unexpectedly! What if something happens? Will someone be responsible? Two incidents within a week! I'm quite worried and our kitchen remodel just got started!

We had a terrific experience working with Keane Kitchens. I am very happy with the results and the team we worked with. I feel like we are in a brand new home! We had a dishwasher installed, cabinets updated, new sink, backsplash, counter, and garbage disposal installed. These were all things our 1950's kitchen lacked. They provided a reasonable estimate and stayed within the budget which was great. I will absolutely recommend to others!

I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with the Keane Kitchens team. Grace, Patrick and the entire team are professional, communicative, and a downright pleasure to work with on a project. They explained the process in detail, helped us make smart design decisions, and were incredibly responsive throughout. When a couple of issues arose (outside of their control) they made sure they promptly were addressed and kept us in the loop.

Their crew is outstanding (Rudy, Beto, Mario, Jorge etc.).clean, reliable and friendly. Honestly we felt like we hit the Kitchen Remodel jackpot when we hired Keane Kitchens. We are thrilled with the final kitchen and our experience working with Patrick, Grace and the team!

BYE BYE HOT TUB TIME MACHINE KITCHEN! Working with Grace and Patrick at Keane Kitchens was an absolute pleasure. My kitchen is gorgeous, and I paid exactly what I was quoted- how often does that happen? I did a "mini remodel" but it looks like an entirely new kitchen with new cabinet doors, backsplash and countertop. Everything was done on time! I'm using Keane for my next remodel- it's a fantastic company!
