We were extremely impressed with our cabinets and counter installation. There was an issue with the oven wall unit. It had a crack in it, but the installer noticed right away and picked up a new one the next day snd installed it. we are extremely happy with how everything turned out!

I ordered some cabinets for my kitchen paid for a delivery fee only for them to come and deliver outside. so I had to hire someone to bring it inside save your money go pick it up yourself and have someone deliver inside your house because they do not deliver inside but yet they take your money so it could be deliver. They did not explain to me it is going to be delivered outside in the rain. In the rain my new kitchen in the rain.

A few years back, I had several ppl, including all of my 7 children, go online and submit the application for the Mother's Day Giveaway. You'd think if over 30 ppl sent in emails, especially with me being a Veteran, that I would have won. Not to mention, my kitchen was in dire need. So, when Mothers Day came & went & I heard nothing, I realized then it's not Who You Are but more like Who You Know. I'm not saying their wasn't a more qualified mother, but with my history and background I should have been considered. Enjoy your Mother's Day " giveaway."

I had an in-house measure on 3/23 & was supposed to be provided a quote. The last correspondence I had was on 3/24 with a draft of layout, color, etc. I was pleased and let them know that. I wanted a quote/pricing for everything involved. No response. I reached out via email for a follow-up since I hadn't heard anything. Not a word. No response at all.

I guess they don't want my money. It's already a fail, so they're already telling me they don't want my business. Should be no stars. As a follow up to your response which I don't appreciate, I am a real customer (or wanted to be). My email was not responded to. Please provide me with the owner's name and I can provide you with the email I sent and any other information you need.

So it's now 4/27 and STILL no response. You received over one millions dollars in PPP loans so I guess is serves you better NOT to work. This is what this company is all about. Again, provide me with the owner's name and number and I will personally speak about the lack of response. CasperWy is my screen name, yes. I'm a private person. I am reporting you to the BBB and congressmen to ensure no one else wastes their time with this fraud of a business.

We had cabinets installed by our contractor - That was a mistake! Go with their installers, they warranty their work and stand by their product. Annette in the Hartford Office was extremely helpful with getting my cabinets repaired and followed through with every issue I had. Great quality cabinets and the installer did an amazing job! Anyone looking for new kitchen cabinets, look no further. Express Kitchen will meet and exceed all your expectations.

We do not recommend spending time or money with this company. We had the kitchen installed at the end of October 2020, and today, for example the hinges in one cabinet came off the cabinet and the door fell. The installation was done so poorly that each cabinet had 5 or 6 holes before securing them on the studs. We could not supervise the installer as we were social distancing, but after he left we saw some doors did not close properly and the granite counter top was chipped.

We asked the issues to be addressed and never heard back. We so NOT trusting their customer service nor their workmanship, that my husband is now correcting the issue of the fallen door himself. Beware!

Quality is average, customer service is terrible, and their plumber did a horrific job and caused a leak onto my heater which could have started a fire and did cause water damage. They refuse to do ANYTHING about it because I had my plumber come out and fix it and didn't wait for them to send their plumber back over. Highly highly DO NOT recommend.

When I moved into my apartment a few years ago the cabinets had just been installed so we were the first ones to use them. They are pretty much just your standard kitchen cabinets, nothing fancy. I do like their finish and that they are white because they are easy to clean and the color makes the room seem fresh and makes it seem a bit bigger. I like the look of them even though they are not super fancy by any means.

I would recommend this brand to anyone that asked for my opinion of them. They are good cabinets and have lasted the 5 years that I have owned them. I specially want to thank Robert for the remodel!
