International Kitchens

We contacted International Kitchens in September of 2021 in an attempt to get some replacement doors for an installation that IK had done some years earlier. The entire process has been mishandled from start to finish, with many problems in communication with their designer. If not for the intervention of the factory rep for the manufacturer we might never have gotten ANYTHING done.

As it is, we sit here a full six months later and the designer and the manager won't return calls. No one can tell us where the pieces are or when they might be delivered. One email will tell us the doors are on their way and we will be sent a tracking number, only to be followed by another email that indicates that they do not know where the pieces are located.

The most frustrating thing about this whole process is that the email communication from the designer is inaccurate and inconsistent, and the manager has not engaged in the process.

Chelsea at International Kitchens helped us with our primary bath remodel. We were very pleased with her cabinet design and all the support she and her team at International Kitchens gave us through the project implementation. We are very pleased with the high quality of the cabinets.

We had International Kitchens in Bellevue help us with our home laundry room remodel. It wasn't the biggest project on their books but we were always made to feel well taken care of. Kara, our designer was very accommodating and very positive about the project and responsive with any changes. The Lectus cabinets arrived right on schedule and were well protected from any transit damage.

Although I hadn't installed cabinets before and they came with no instructions, after viewing some YouTube videos and using some basic common sense, I was able to install them with very few issues. They came with everything I needed and more, including screws and touch up paint! The cabinets themselves were excellent value and more than good enough quality for a laundry room.

We also ordered the countertops through them and were installed very efficiently. The project turned out great and we couldn't be happier with it. I would highly recommend International Kitchens to be your partner in any renovation project!

DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY! We got a bid for over $100,000 for our kitchen, bar and 4 baths. Custom! We paid $62,000 up front and have been waiting 3 months. The first 1/2 of the cabinets came in with some terrible flaws, it took 2 weeks to get someone to come and look at them. After a battle they agreed it was bad and IK would pay for repairs. They didnt.

They called and said the other 1/2 of the order was done and please pay right away, so we did on Dec 22. For the last 40 days we have been lied to several times, shipping was the big one. They said there were no shipments coming out and we didnt even have a ETA to get on the "list".FALSE. Another was the cabinet maker was closed for 2 weeks. FALSE, we called and said they only closed 3 days for the holidays and our cabinets have been ready to ship since Dec.

International Kitchens has not paid them. The cabinets would go on any Friday shipment since Dec. Justin McPherren lied to us on the phone, email and in person. Are they out of money? Insolvent? Going BANKRUPT? Im out $60,000. Dont take the chance with them if they ask for money up front. They look like they are closing when you go to the store.

I'm updating my review. It my appears my initial reaction was due to a miscommunication however with the help of the Crystal Cabinet sales mgr. Deb Norris, we were able to address any issues between Justin and I and our project is now back on track. I'm thankful to both Justin and Deb Norris for working with me on this.

I bought my kitchen cabinets from IK, with design and help for my kitchen remodel from Barbie Bonds. I was extremely pleased with the results. Barbie did the designs for my cabinets, and everything turned out spot on during the remodel. She came out to my house several times (on the opposite side of town), to verify measurements and go over details of the remodel.

She helped greatly by going above and beyond several times during the project. I had a previous contractor who worked on my bathrooms, who was slated to do the kitchen, and because of numerous problems with this contractor, I switched to a new person to help with the kitchen. Barbie recommended a contractor who turned out to be great and works routinely and well with IK. I couldn't have been happier with my kitchen remodel, and would highly recommend them.

I bought my vanity cabs from IK. with help from Barbie Bond, my design came out perfectly. Everything came as beautifully as expected. Merit cabs were made precisely with a very sharp angled base cab that some companies don't want to touch. Espresso finish is lovely. The tall mirrored vanity top cab is so much more useful then a medicine cabinet. I love my new master bathroom :.

Previous owners of our house put in a beautiful kitchen with cabinets by Merit Kitchens. We've had a couple cabinet drawer parts fail -- we tend to load the sliding drawers with heavy ceramics, so I don't blame the cabinets. Both times, the folks at International Kitchens on Bel-Red have had replacement parts in stock, one time in the store and another in the local warehouse and called me up next day. If I ever need to remodel a kitchen in or around Bellevue, I.K. will be one of the vendors we talk to.

We just completed a kitchen remodel. We purchased the cabinets from International Kitchens in Bellevue. Barbie Bond was the person that we dealt with. She was very personable and easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable about her products and was able to help us determine what cabinets would fit into our kitchen and what style we would like. She offered her expertise but let us make the final decision.

The kitchen turned out great. It is very functional and yet also beautiful. We would highly recommend International Kitchens and Barbie to anyone who is looking to remodel a kitchen.

I'm updating my review because on March 17th International Kitchens finished the work, delivered and installed the correct hinges we missed, corrected the fridge door which was not flush. With the rest we have to live. As said at the beginning of my review, the design is good, the quality of work including cabinet quality needs a lot of improvement.

We are still not sure why this went wrong so badly including wrong messurements. I still believe that they will be making changes and/or watching the store more closely to ensure the quality of work. Just to be safe, I would encourage being very specific about what you want/need, what you say and agree too and getting agreements in writing/document everything

I'm updating my review because the owner of International Kitchens called me directly (from Canada) to apologize for the horrible treatment I received from his company. He was clearly upset about it. His call leads me to believe that they will be making changes and/or watching the store more closely to ensure that people are not treated so horribly.

He also seems to have instructed the Sales Manager to send me an apology as well, and while it was a lame attempt at an apology (at best) the fact that she was directed to do it at all makes me believe that she is being held accountable for her behavior. Just to be safe, i would encourage being VERY specific about what you want/need and getting agreements in writing.

We had never attempted a kitchen remodel before and were so nervous! Friends recommended International Kitchens, and we are absolutely ecstatic with the results of their great work. Designer Kimithy Nagel did an amazing job of making the very most of our kitchen space. She was wonderfully creative. Our gorgeous bamboo cabinets arrived on schedule and were expertly installed by Ben. Ditto the beautiful quartz countertops, installed by FloForm.

When a glitch occurred and I panicked, Kimithy responded immediately and was at our house within three hours. "No problem, we'll take care of it" and, indeed, they did. Top quality and outstanding customer service, International Kitchens is the best. I now have the kitchen of my dreams.
