I would love to give fox cabinets a 5 but I can't. I can only rate them as average. Have used them twice in two different home remodels. First time as subcontractor with Kitchens redefined who must have helped pick up the slack in their services. This second time I dealt with them directly and although I am ok with how things turned out I am not wowed!

They built a custom cabinet to 'match' my existing cabinets and although the new cabinet fits in and looks ok, I have no idea why they would think I wanted it built out of particle board rather than oak. My cabinets are white and I honestly didn't notice the lack of wood grain until we started painting them. At the very least they could have made the doors out of solid wood or asked me what I wanted.

They also added rollout shelves to my existing cabinets and the new one. Previously I used Shelf Genie and loved them but the shelves built by Fox were much less money and I opted for that but wish I had not. Their rollouts are clunky and lose way too much of your inside cabinet space and so I would say that if you can afford it go with shelf genie. Again let me say I can live with what I received but not sure I would use them again. Hopefully I won't need anymore custom cabinetry.

These guys delivered great cabinets, on time with a reasonable rate. i would recommend to anyone who needs any cabinet work.

Needed a replacement bracket for the drawer runner. Emailed first to make sure they were the right folks, brought in the piece the following day, and the folks at Fox were top notch. They looked at the piece and gave me 2 to replace it. Definitely recommend. A++ service.
