Just wrapped up a full house remodel (kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, windows, painting, plumbing, electrical, lighting- and more!) for a rental property. It had not been updated in decades. We selected Integrity based on their thoroughness and attention to detail in the bid process and reviews. They were not the cheapest of the bids we received - but we had a lot more confidence in what we were getting into.

It was an excellent choice all around. The house looks beautiful, came in very close to budget (and what went over was because of a serious problem that needed attention and pricing was very fair), and along the way we decided to add a few enhancements. Ryan had very helpful suggestions with regard to material and finish options, was a problem solver when it was needed and paid attention to every little detail. Definitely recommend their services and won't hesitate to use them again!

I had a pipe burst and had to have a bathroom redone as well as some additional repairs throughout the hall and living room. I love my new bathroom, painted walls and new flooring throughout the house. My experience working with Integrity Home Improvements was enjoyable. I especially liked that there are so many skilled employees who are professionals and are truly talented in each of their trades. I look forward to working with them again and I would definitely recommend this company for home improvements/repairs.

I have used Integrity Home Improvement for 2 phases of remodelling my home. Ryan Parkinson was so helpful in planning my projects and choosing materials. His workers are punctual, friendly and efficient. I have referred several friends and everyone is very pleased with this company.

We hired Ryan and his team to help us renovate our master bathroom and front yard. We gutted our master, built a new front fence, extended the patio and whitewashed all the brick. They did a wonderful job and we have really enjoyed working with them. Ryan's team is very professional and always very considerate of our desires (given COVID) throughout the entire process. All of the vendors are wonderful and timely. We have been extremely happy with the end results and look forward to working with him on future projects.

We had Integrity Home Improvements perform the bathroom remodel and flooring of our previous home and when I needed the best possible help to complete my speaker install at our new home, it was a no brainer to ask Ryan and his team for help. Both projects were completed as scheduled, on time and with the utmost professionalism. The team followed the COVID guidelines to the letter and both projects look like they were part of the original construction without evidence of a remodel which is always the outcome you hope for! I highly recommend Integrity Home Improvement. After living in our South Park townhome for more than 20 years we decided to finally complete a long-overdue remodel. Following a plumbing mishap (nothing to do with IHI) a restoration company had torn out half of our kitchen and part of an upstairs bedroom. Hence, there was urgency to starting remodel, but we didn't know where to begin.

We met with a couple of contractors and designers and found many unresponsive to our need. We lucked upon IHI by referral from a coworker who had them remodel a bathroom. Ryan, the owner, met with us three or four times before we signed a contract. He designed a new kitchen, downstairs bathroom and living room. He spent a considerable amount of time with us up front to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and needed.

He came up with a number of improvements that we would never have thought of that really made a big impact but stayed within our budget. He was always careful to communicate clearly what each improvement would cost and some items we accepted and some we took a pass on. He helped us pick out materials and fixtures, and he dealt with some extremely challenging situations including, dealing with our Homeowner Association and husband/wife client that had difficulty agreeing on decisions, installing a beam when removing a structural wall, and the disruption from COVID 19.

If you think you can remodel your house without a few challenges along the way, you are fooling yourself. What is important is having a contractor who is very clear about what is and is not included in your remodel and who is your partner in finding solutions to problems at fair prices. Ryan did those things. He pulled through every time even when a large number of his staff were sheltering at home and not working full time during the pandemic. Ryan is truly one of the good guys!

First off I have to admit that after reading one of their Yelp reviews I had some questions right away. I spoke w/ Yvonne concerning this review and she provided me a more detailed explanation. I realize now that you cannot make every difficult client happy no matter how hard you try. I appreciated her transparency in this matter. My decision to hire this company was based on 3 things. INTEGRITY & TRANSPARENCY which they obviously have after meeting with Yvonne and Ryan. FAIR PRICING which has been proven from good reviews similar to this one and consistent feedback from other satisfied clients. FOLLOW UP which is so respectable as most companies do not bother to check on you. I've seen their company at the Home Shows in San Diego and decided to get a quote.

They beat every company by $20,000.00 * If you are looking for a solid team of pros to handle your large scale project please do your pocket a favor give them a call! You will be treated good and will love the finished product.

We had a back patio built, our roof redone and a built in BBQ. We were very impressed with the design that Ryan created and it was absolutely beautiful. We get a lot of of compliments. We will definitely use them for more work in the future. Very dependable, reputable and the name of the company is fitting.

We had IHI do two projects on our historic home in 2016; an outside shingled balcony and concrete stairs with walkway. The bid was detailed, reasonable and the timeline worked for us. Ryan was very responsive whenever we had questions, and his workers were on time and professional. Balcony is beautiful and exactly as we had envisioned. At one point, part of the walkway was not the shape we had expected.

After speaking with Ryan, that part was re-poured to our complete satisfaction. I mention this since we've not always had such easy resolution from contractors when things like this arise. Based on the work and work ethic of the company, we've just contracted IHI again to restore our historic siding. Project starting soon.

Wonderful company, I had my kitchen and bathroom done and was more then pleased. The price was reasonable and they made sure to make it all look exactly like I wanted they were very patient with me and got everything completed in a good amount of time I would highly recommend this company for any project

Integrity Home improvement remodeled our master bathroom! We loved the vision Ryan had much more than the other businesses we had contacted! The workers were professional and cleaned up each day after they finished! Everything turned out beautiful and we were very happy with the outcome!

They were very busy with other work when they did our shower remodel and it showed in the performance of our project.

Integrity Home Improvement remodeled both our bathrooms into luxurious, modern baths including a steam room. His ability to clarify our wants and desires, guidance through the selection process and, most importantly, quality of workmanship is outstanding. We interviewed 10 other contractors and Ryan from Integrity was clearly the right pick. Communication was exceptional.

There was a specialty trade workman working every day. We always knew who was coming. Completely trustworthy. Very reasonable prices and very easy to work with. Stayed in budget the whole way. Beyond highly recommend.

Totally five stars! Keith came to our home and seemed to sense exactly what we wanted in a bathroom remodel. He was even able to match some tile from a different area although they didn't carry that tile, he called around until he found it! Each worker was polite, knowledgeable and efficient and left everything clean at the end of each day. When I did have a problem, Keith came to the house immediately and corrected it. They finished on time and within budget. I love my new bathroom and highly recommend Integrity.

Ryan, Marcos and all the guys at Integrity are simply amazing! They did a complete remodel of our backyard. Before they arrived we had a LARGE dirt hill and now we have a wonderful two level patio for entertaining and a large play area for our kids! They were all extremely professional, polite and always more than willing to answer our questions.

Love, love, love my new kitchen. We bought this house almost 20 years ago and the kitchen was still in the 1950's. We never could afford to remodel so when the time was right, we did a lot of research and found Integrity Home Improvements. Ryan came out to our house and explained everything in detail and just seemed some humble and honest---not a fast talker like so many of the others we interviewed.

Our job consisted of a complete gut job and taking down a wall between the kitchen and dinning room. Our kitchen went from a dark ugly mess to a bright beautiful masterpiece. All the workers were great and always cleaned up after their days work, besides the dust which is expected, everything went fairly smooth. It did take about 2 weeks longer than planned, but part of it was because the floor tile had to be ordered. Once I figure out how to post pictures I will post before and after pictures and you will see the major transformation.

Ryan transformed our recent fixer upper purchase into our dream home. Family and friends are stunned when they see the amazing transformation. Most importantly we love coming home everyday to our beautiful home! The original kitchen was small, dated and with an awkward layout. We now have an extremely functional, gorgeous kitchen worthy of a magazine or HGTV home show. Ryan also renovated our master bathroom, repiped the entire home, flooring throughout, new paint, new mantle and much more.

We have a second phase of the renovation planned for early next year and will definitely use Integrity Home Improvements again. Only cons were the reno went over deadline and there were a few times when communication could have been improved.
