Our roots go back to 1976, when our founder, Steve Lenenberg, entered the woodworking trade as a cabinetmakers' apprentice. Two years later, he opened a custom cabinet shop in Santa Monica, California and built kitchen, bath, and custom furniture for interior designers and general contractors. Upon leaving Santa Monica in 1988, Steve closed his shop and, along with his family, moved to Santa Clarita, California where he began working for various custom cabinet manufacturers and installing cabinetry in commercial businesses and residences.
