Worst company to deal with. Could be a good company if the different people that work there help you out. They give you like 1 minute to ask questions than they are off the phone. Their tone is probably the most demeaning and rustiest company I have ever dealt with. 2 people that are super ruins are gone but The rest that provide the service are horrible. Stay away.

We had a very poor experience with this company. We were referred by a general contractor company to check out the showroom to see what type of cabinets they had. The sales person Matthew was so rude to us he barely spend 10 minutes with us. He was very condescending for no reason other than he was annoyed that the GC didn't come with us. We let him know we hadn't picked a GC yet and we were just starting this process.

He didn't make us feel welcome at all and basically made us feel like he just didn't want to deal with us. We left this place so deflated and bewildered by why he would treat us this way. The good news is we know what we don't want - the quality and selection of cabinets was not worse than low grade Home Depo cabinets. The customer service was awful. So disappointed and such a waste of time to even consider giving this company our business.

Stay away from this company! I have been working with this company for over two years now and I have regretted it every single time. It is an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. It is poorly ran on all ends. The process of dealing with a stingy owner and incompetent designers who enjoy to argue with their clients more than they prefer to keep clients happy. you will call over and over and over again to finally reach someone who will only send you back in circles. What a disgrace this company is.

I'll advise you to stay away from this company. Ron, the owner, is a big scammer. This company is overpriced and low quality work. Vickie, the salesperson, never picked up your phone. She's never responsive. She's super slow. I paid $10000 in deposit, and after weeks of calling and calling, they refunded my money. They wasted my time and energy and gave me so much stress for chasing them every day don't do business with this company.

They supplied me with cabinets that were ill fitted and quickly fell apart. the fitters were rude. Also, their pricing is far from transparent. I would avoid this company like the plague.

Vickie Salem is the only Kitchen Pro employee that still deserves to have a job! Vickie is a consummate professional/salesperson/kitchen designer. She took great care of us on the front end (designing/choosing materials etc.) and it is a real shame that the transition from sales to service and installation has been a nonstop disaster. What caught me completely by surprise is that this is a huge change for the worse. and I know what I am writing about.

I have used Kitchen Pro to replace cabinets for 12 bathrooms and 9 kitchens over the past few years and I have watched their installation and post installation service go from amazing to great to good to ok to absolutely atrocious. In the past, they were known for great prices, great service and being able to install weeks and sometimes months faster than their competitors.

It is truly sad to see how far Kitchen Pro Cabinetry has gone down hill. What is truly sad in this case is that the owner (Ron) is at the front of the line setting the bad example. When we started having problems with crews/quality of work on site we reached out to Roger. good luck getting a call back. So, we reached out to "Claims" and after not receiving a reply to numerous calls and 5 (count them) 5 emails, we reached out to Ron with calls and 4 emails that went unanswered.

Forget that Roger's coordination with our countertop fabricator was so weak that the installation was almost impossible to coordinate. Forget that they tried to blame us when the cabinets they measured for and designed had issues. Forget that Vickie is apparently the only employee at Kitchen Pro Cabinetry that cares about the finished product. THE ONLY THING YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER IS: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

If you doubt this conclusion, ask yourself, "How bad would it have to be for a customer that has given a business over 20 jobs to both stop using them and to take the time to write a review?"

Great company I highly recommend redoing your kitchen with them! Friendly and very helpful staff.

Let's begin by saying buyer beware. As a customer for several years I have experienced the highs and lows of this business particularly the lows. This business has consistently been disappointing in their communication and follow through. We ordered cabinets from this vendor and they not only decided the design but held us accountable for payment for rectifying their mistake.

And as we waiting for them to complete said project they took it upon themselves to file a mechanics lien without completing and or communicating their intentions to us. They then held our company and project hostage until payment was made on a project that was not yet completed. I say buyer beware, they are very unresponsive and hold clients responsible for mistakes created by Kitchen Pros.

If your looking for very cheap materials and a business that's out to make a buck and take advantage of their clients well these are your guys. I'm a builder for 34 years I do not and will not ever recommend this company again. Negative stars if possible.

Kitchen pro made us a whole kitchen but unfortunately everything has been falling apart. Cabinets don't open or close properly, island not secure in place, refrigerator frames is putting so much pressure on the fridge that we can't even pull out the fridge without destroying the frame. Materials are very low quality, as well as the installation. You name it and we have that problem with the kitchen. Worst of all they don't even lift a finger to help. Just awful company. We regret hiring them. Please avoid.

Watch out!, they kept telling us, Oh, we forgot this piece, and this piece, etc. All the time running up the original price. Even, their installer tried to increase the labor price halfway through the job. I will never use Kitchen Pro again nor recommend this outfit to anyone, other than to tell them to stay away, Shameful way to conduct business.

Run. Don't walk. Worst service ever from the beginning to the end. Hard to get ahold of and only care about the money. Very unprofessional, and unorganized. Don't waste your time or money. Would never use again or recommend.

How would I describe Kitchen Pro? Started slow finished strong. After a little struggle of reaching my designer on the phone things are going great! Thank you Johnny Scott and Carole. I will report back aftet the install.

Installed cabinets in white color and upper cabinets were having different shade than the lower ones. These guys came twice to inspect and the contractor said it is different shade. they even took out the two doors outside in open light and agrees that it is different shade. So rather than fixing my cabinets, they are asking their last installment. I wish I can give them 0 stars. very unprofessional!

Overall a sloppy business. I had a poor and unprofessional experience w them. I sent the exact measurements and design and was quoted a price that nearly doubled over the following week bc the designer, T.H. failed to note details of the project, lack of communication and issues w contractors%. he even asked me to place the order BEFORE visiting the site!

They are very difficult to reach via calls, emails, vm and text. I will be sure to pay better attention to yelp reviews next time. If you choose to go w them, be prepared to pay more than u were quoted at the end (one way or another), waste time, not to mention the frustration and headache of poor communication and be treated w disrespect. Take your business to a reliable company.

Unprofessional and rude. Went to their location for a quote as my kitchen was damaged from a flood and needed replacement ASAP. They were informed of this, and I was told someone will get back to me within the next few days with a plan and a quote. Didn't hear back from them until a month later, asking if I'm still interested, no plan or quote was provided. A waste of time and utter unprofessionalism. Don't waste your time and take your business to a reliable company.

Took a $30K via their "CabinetsOutlet" line. Did not provide any kitchen or our deposit back. Claims they made a kitchen then "disposed of it" because we didn't call them back quickly enough. We lost $30K and are now having to go through legal collection processes. Keep away!

What an absolute disappointment this place is. We were referred by a family member who had used Kitchen Pro Cabinetry for a home remodel 3 years ago. He had a good experience but we unfortunately cannot say the same. We worked with Johnny and our first experience with checking out the show room was welcoming. As things progressed and as most projects such as kitchen remodels things can change especially when it comes to the specifications on what is wanted where.

We had inquired and provided measurements in which we received a quote back. We had every intention of proceeding with the proposed plan, but things did end up taking a bit longer on our end so the first proposal got closed out. As we got closer we again re-engaged for a new quote in which we did provide some revisions we had come up with since the last rendering.

After some back and forth on a specified area in which we were trying to incorporate a pantry it was told to us that we were making too many revisions and sent a link to look at options that we could select that fell in to their customized selection. While that doesn't sound so harmless, that link also came with a voicemail left for us that sounded nothing short of we were making too many revisions and it sounded like we were bothering them for what we were looking for.

When calling to speak with Johnny regarding this experience he apologized and explained what his intention was and also for the first time we had ever heard he explained that "typically a deposit is required after 2 revisions are made to a design"-- our conversation ended with a passive aggressive offer to pass us to another designer in which I have heard 0 back from anyone at Kitchen Pro's since then.

I guess it is safe to assume that I was correct that they do not care to do business with us. We have since found a great alternative and like a good customer facing business the new company has provided suggestions on ways to make what we are looking for and it does not require customized cabinets!

They only want to get your money and don't care about the customer concerns before any commitment. I started talking with one of the sales reps in this place. I gave him my design and asked him to give me an estimate based on the design I already had. He then put the design in their own software (not that he designed it from scratch) to give me an estimate.

The rep had added some cabinets with doors instead of drawers which I had in my own design and later I wanted to ask him to modify his design in order to get a better and more accurate pricing of the overall design. Once I called him to discuss this, he was kind of rude to me and wouldn't let me finish my sentence and was telling me that basically they cannot spend more time with me to discuss the details until I make a commitment.

How can I make sure they will treat me nicer and consider my demands, once I make a deposit and get myself stuck with them in this project? Now that I haven't done any commitment, this is the way they treat me. So I decided to go with a different company whose first priority is to fulfill the needs of their customer before any commitment or deposit is made.

We interviewed 4 companies to purchase our kitchen cabinets from. We chose Kitchen Pro because they were the least expensive by 2000 and seemed to have good customer service. They answered questions promptly and professionally. I was most impressed with Roger who handles the coordination of scheduling the employees for delivery, installation, counters, etc.

He was bending over backwards to work with us so that we had little downtime in between services, and could get our project done promptly. We had a situation where amazon delivered the wrong sink two times, and Roger was flexible in rescheduling the countertop crew. He worked really hard to juggle the crew to get the job done, even though Thanksgiving was a few days away. David was also extremely helpful, he handles the returns/exchanges/claims.

As with any project there were a few pieces of trim and doors that we wanted replaced, and he literally escorted us to the warehouse, so we could inspect and pull what we needed. This helped us to keep our job on track too.

Overall it was a good experience, the only issue I had was that when I initially purchased the cabinets, I was told that they should be in stock and ready to pick up within a few business days. However, when I called to check if they were ready for pickup, I was told that they were still waiting on part of my order to arrive to the warehouse, the rest of my order ended up getting in a little over a week after I was told they should be ready.

Not the end of the world, just wish there was better communication between the showroom and the warehouse to have given me a more accurate time estimate. Other than that everything else went well. If we had any issues that were on behalf of the company, they were very accommodating and were able to resolve the issue quickly.

5 Stars! A Perfect Experience. My wife and I recently purchased our first house and we really wanted to remodel our awful looking kitchen. The kitchen was so bad that the cabinents were falling apart and looked like something out of the 70's. Completely new to remodeling, we didn't even know where to start. After all, getting a new kitchen is a big financial investment.

After spending time getting way over priced quotes at Home Depot & Lowes and not having the professional alone time with the designers to get the visual kitchen we wanted, We thought to expand our search for a better full service shop. I found Kitchenspro.com online and decided to take a chance and go visit there valley showroom. Upon arrival, we felt like home with the customer service all the way around. Vickie was our kitchen designer and the 3d presentations were simply amazing.

The nice thing was they had everything we were looking for in a new kitchen. Lazy susans, spice racks, etc. It's been 3 weeks already and the quality seems top-notch. Cabinents, countertops, sinks, hardware, installation, etc. Simply full service. As you can imagine with home remodeling, one would think the headaches were about to begin. Amazingly enough, this company went above and beyond our expectations and we experienced NO issues of any kind. Starting with price which was far far better than other competitors.

We decided on classic white cabinents with quartz countertops. Ron - who is the GM there really added to the exemplary customer service. Installation was amazingly fast and the finished product left my wife and I speechless with joy. Thank you Kitchenspro so much for giving us a beautiful kitchen.

We have used Kitchen Pro twice now for two major projects in our home. We did our Kitchen, and then we used them for our Laundry Room and upstairs bath. Both times we have been extremely pleased with the products, quality, and service. We are so happy we found them, as well as deciding to use RTA cabinetry. It is amazing how great the quality is, as well as how nicely the installation went. They have a wonderful design service, and utilize master carpenters to install. We recommend them highly!

The quality of the product is comparable with much higher priced custom cabinets. We are overall pleased but the customer service was very poor and our product was delayed over and over again. The cabinets are made by factories in China so lead time is important. Our kitchen looks great but there was far too much drama involved along the way. Our 1980's kitchen screamed for renovation when we moved in a few years ago, but the high cost of such a remodel kept it from being updated right away. When we discovered Kitchen Pro, we were super excited but also scared to buy cabinets off the internet. We bought one cabinet to test the quality before we bought the whole kitchen. The quality was great and our kitchen turned out beautiful at far less cost then any other company I had quote. Johnny helped us and we appreciated his prompt attention at all times. (*Out of all the pieces we ordered, we were only missing one piece of hardware, which I thought was remarkable. When I called about the piece they shipped it to me immediately.)

Our experience with Kitchen Pro Cabinets was great from beginning to end. From the design to the installation was better than expected. You hear about kitchen projects going horribly wrong all of the time. However, everything with Kitchen Pro went horribly right! The cabinets are great quality and a fraction of the cost of what others charge. Their installation and project management was amazing. They pay attention to every detail. And are willing to go above and beyond to give you what you want.
