I spoke with Donna (I believe), she was amazing and helped me with an old bedroom set that I had picked up at a second hand store. She was able to find the piece by her own knowledge of what I was describing (it's older) and was able to get me the missing handles I needed to restore the piece. I appreciated her knowledge of their products and that she saved me hours of making molds to make another handle. Wonderful customer service!

I was told that I can make more money if I'm fast enough but I was limited by the guys around me. They would tell me to speed up at the end of the day yet I found myself standing around waiting after I'd finish each part. I prefer to keep busy from start to finish. They also deceived me and others regarding the starting pay.
