This is one of the worst places I have ever worked. Not only was I harassed by my supervisor, I was treated poorly by HR for deciding to leave. Extremely toxic environment, horribly lonely as you are meant to stand for 8+ hours, fill a quota, and do all of your work standing alone with no music or earbuds to pass the time but just the sound of your. own thoughts against the harsh background of an assembly line.
I worked my butt off and picked up the slack consistently every single day from my team members who worked at a snails pace to try and get overtime nearly every day. I brought multiple people on all of which quit in even less time than I was there for due to the unrealistic working expectations and lack of ergonomics resulting in hospital visits and permanent damage to varying ligaments.
Do not work here. It's miserable, they make you stretch as a team right after having lunch and first thing in the morning and I on more than one occasion nearly threw up since it's mandatory and the group would shame you if you didn't participate. -50/10 I would NEVER go back.

We ordered custom cabinets from Canyon Creek. After waiting for months, the cabinets arrived. I brought my installer (a family member / contractor) from Boston to do the install. He opened 2 boxes and found poor workmanship, chipped edges, uneven edges, damage and excess glue on the internal surfaces. We called the distributor who came out to see the poor quality for herself.
She asked us to open another box. Another damaged cabinet. We stopped opening boxes. Now we are fighting with Canyon Creek to take them back. I don't want to install cabinets that are obviously of poor workmanship. We spent over $10k on cabinets and could have done better with Ikea.

Purchased a new home that had canyon creek cabinets installed by the builder. After a year the the paint started coming off. I sent photos for their review and they said it was water damage and refused to do anything. The paint is coming off in places without any water contact. They offered to repaint at our cost. They had the same response with neighboring property owners with the same problems. They will not stand behind their product. Look elsewhere.

So driving down the freeway on Highway 82 towards Yakima and one of their delivery trucks decides he's just gonna move over in front of me going 25 miles an hour under the speed limit and force me off the road with his truck and trailer when there is no room for him to move over and he didn't care anyways just swung his trailer in front of my SUV making me slam the brakes on from 70 down to 45.
Then when I call the office to speak to someone I am transferred to someone with a full mailbox. Never use this company they don't care about anyone but themselves. Learn to drive there was no one behind me wait for me to go by don't just move over anyways lucky for you I pay attention when driving and have a new vehicle with excellent brakes and handling or I would have be smashed into your trailer you swung into me.

My cabinets are only 3yrs old and the paint is chipping off several pieces. I paid $30,00.00 (just for the cabinets alone) for my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. In February 2021, two cabinets were found to have termites, so we had to have my house tented. Our old cabinets were over 25yrs old and never had termite droppings. While the cabinets were being installed so many pieces had to be replaced due to warped boards, wrong size draws, swollen and split wood for the shelves and end pieces. Terrible quality control.

Their drivers on the freeway almost ran me off the road because he's going so slow and cuts in front of me with his trailer with no regard to my vehicle forcing me to reduce my speed from 70 to 45 on the freeway so I didn't get t by him forcing his trailer into my lane so he could pass another semi when there was thousands of feet behind me he. could have waited a moved over behind me.
Total lack of respect for others and when I call for a manager I get transferred to some person with their mailbox full and the second time put on hold and ignored for 10mins. Don't support people like this.

We love our cabinets from Canyon Creek! We are extremely happy with how they turned out, and the quality of the cabinets is superb! We purchased brand new cabinets for our kitchen, and Chase was so helpful with the entire process and was very communicative and was quick with responses. We are thrilled with the turnaround time and the customer service we received!
We highly recommend Canyon Creek to anyone needing new cabinets, and have already recommended to several friends. Thank you for making our kitchen remodel a smooth and fun process!

We chose Canyon because of their business practice and the quality of our cabinets. Touring their site in Monroe, we were convinced we were in the right place: they're really serious about an environmentally friendly approach to wood products. Our shaker style maple cabinets are gorgeous. Their local rep guys came in to assure the measurements were exact and we couldn't be more pleased with this new showcase in our home.

Kendra at Canyon Creek has now pretended to help me twice. It's been since January 9th since she promised cabinet parts and I haven't heard back. I'd love to one-day update this review with a success story, but as of right now I cannot in good conscience refer anyone to Cabinet Creek. Look online to see how their employees feel, looks like many aren't happy working there as well.

Solid made cabinets. The style and stain I picked met my expectations. Loved the finish. I ordered special corner doors and that request was executed well. I am sure we will enjoy these for many years. Arrived on the day they said they would. Packaged well and arrived undamaged. Nothing missing in the order. Got held up a bit by the coronavirus shut down but the company kept me informed and worked to get them out ASAP. Great customer service. Thanks to Val and rest of the crew for your good service. Highly recommend.

We reached out to Canyon Creek in June 2019, I wanted to start small as I never ordered cabinets before in my life. My contractor created an account with them and we had Kristen Elliott come out and do all the measurements for our laundry room, Kristen was amazing, and after a few emails back and forth, we finally got down to the design and a quote.
I emailed once again and asked to tweak one small thing. This is where everything went to a complete disaster. Kristen never replied, I decided to call their office, just to find out that she's no longer with the company. At this point Im given another designer Dani Wolfer, who after a few emails back and forth disappears because she has a family member in the hospital, I totally get it and I wait for few weeks.
After few weeks, I called the office again and asked if a new designer can give us a quote, it's a small project, just laundry cabinets. They send me over to Susan Lihudis, who is a dealer! They never told me she's a dealer, and she gives me this insane quote, almost double than what Kristen quoted me. I called back Canyon Creek, they yelled at me, told me to never call again because Im not the contractor.no need to yell, Im very reasonable, just explain it to me, I had no idea.
After all, this whole time I spoke with their own designers and no one said a word. Their excuse was that my contractors company was never listed in their database, and thats why they assigned me to the dealer. My contractor called three times for them to add him, and every time they told him he was good to go and assigned him a designer. So, now we are dealing with Rachel Bell, who is always busy, and asks the same questions even thou she's been provided answers a few times already.
She's also very busy, because she gets help from Kendra. It's been almost a year, and this is a small laundry room! I cant even imagine if this was kitchen cabinets! Only Kristen Elliot was great enough to come by, get the measurements, be very responsive and quick turnaround, I wish she never left. Also, my contractor reaches out to them all the time. They are very unresponsive, complete mess.

Ten years after installation - excellent products - outstanding service after purchase! The cabinets were installed in our home by the builder almost ten years ago - no problems with the cabinets at all during that period other than "abuse" by myself and others in our family. With our heavy usage there were minor scuffs and wear marks in the finish.
I called Kristin Clark at Canyon Creek to help us - she was able to help us identify the cabinets and the type of wood used and the finish applied in little time. We were also given the name of our local suppliers to help with items like broken cabinet doors (abuse on our part) etc. Kristin was able to provide us with a touch up kit that would solve most of our problems.
I was impressed with the quality of the product and how it held up over the ten years we have owned it and the fact that Canyon Creek Company even had a "customer care" department. Most companies are interested in today's sales and don't devote much time in servicing the customers after the sale has been made. Kristin was excellent to work with - wasn't abrupt and was very patient and supportive during the process. I am glad to have a resource like Kristin available to help if I do need additional support.

If you are contemplating a kitchen remodel, run away from this company as fast as you can! They have made a lot of management changes (translated as: make all the money possible and deliver crap). Our cabinet vendor made everything right for us - they were champs. But they got royally screwed by Canyon Creek. Companies like this should be put out of business by well informed consumers. Don't risk it! Remodeling is hard enough!

At the cabinet shop the samples are displayed by using small doors (2x2) to select from. I was cautious and paid attention the the thickness of the wood as don't we all want nice sturdy cabinetry. I selected a modern style in maple. I was at work when they were installed so didn't get to see how extremely thin and cheap they were----not even close to the sample.
The drawers don't do the auto close as advertised. The shelves are particle board and there was fake wood grain shelf paper glued to the bottoms of the upper cupboards which peeled of almost immediately. I called the company and a rude woman told me to go back to where I purchased them and hung up on me. This company does not stand behind their products. They were very expensive and a huge disappointment. What do you want for $16,000!

Our cabinets were terrible quality. The paint did not hold up at all and the company blamed us ("they were next to an oven!" "They were under a sink!") and did not stand by their warranty. After 5 years of light to medium use we had to re-face the entire kitchen. Very disappointing and expensive. Stay away.

If you can't deliver the cabinets in one piece, nothing else matters. Nothing. And for a company that brags about it's environmental stewardship and "lean manufacturing" I feel like I should mention the obvious that a lot of resources were wasted for want of proper shipping. We finally got our last cabinet on the third try. As you can see from the attached photos, they basically wrap a piece of cardboard around the cabinets and trust to luck. That may work for their bottom line. But it's A PITA for people on the receiving end because there is no effort made to expedite delivery.

We purchased canyon creek cabinet 4 years ago and we were happy with cabinet and service at that time. This year, we decided to order cabinets for the entire house again; however, our experience with this years service is very disappointing. We ordered cabinets for the entire house. There were three issues. 1. Measuring error - Kitchen cabinet size was exactly same as the sink size (Specifically, cabinet was smaller than sink size), 2. cabinet size was wrong - They sent us a different depth of mudroom cabinet (17inch depth in drawing and 21inch depth of cabinet is delivered ), 3. Built-in microwave cabinet delivered to us looks much different from what's provided in drawing/design - Microwave built-in cabinet drawing had no gap between upper/lower cabinet and microwave but actual cabinet has large gap between microwave and cabinets.
We somewhat sorted out issue with #1 Sink and #2 mudroom cabinet but we have not resolved for the #3 issue (built in cabinet with microwave). We bought nice compact build-in microwave and our rep only told us their system only shows microwave in one size, and that's why actual vs design looks different. None is this was communicated prior to purchasing cabinet and we now have cabinet that doesn't look like what we expected to get.
Wet disappointing service this time. Update 6/5/2019. Issue not getting resolved yet. We did contact both our designer and customerservice@ but no response. We were basically mislead by our designer's drawing. We had no knowledge that the actual cabinet will have large gap between microwave and above/below doors. Our designer suggested us to "purchase" new cabinet door OR purchase larger microwave to cover the gap.

Our rep, Kristen Elliot spent a lot of time with us with during the planning phase. She was careful with measurements on-site and gave us many options to consider. We received our kitchen and bathroom cabinets last month. Everything fit perfectly and they are beautiful. When we noticed that a few items were damaged by shipping, we emailed her pictures and Kristen re-ordered ordered replacements of the damaged panels right away under warranty.
After a couple weeks, we noticed some delamination on one of the bathroom vanity drawers, again she ordered a new panel under warranty for us immediately. This is top-notch service, highly recommended!

We love our Canyon Creek cabinets. They turned out beautiful and look great in our new kitchen. And, as it turns out, their customer service is excellent too. We had a minor problem with one of the doors that stopped closing completely and the company replaced the hardware no questions asked. We wholeheartedly recommend Canyon Creek.

I went with Canyon Creek based on my contactor's recommendation. What a mistake. From ordering to installation, it was nothing but delays and excuses. Poor quality cabinets and lots of remakes. One year later many of the soft-close drawers no longer close all the way, and getting someone to come out and repair them is nearly impossible (they have stopped responding). Hire them at your own risk, but don't say no one tried to warn you.

This company does not respect it's clients and does not care about the quality of the products it makes. We waited months for book shelves to be made for our living room. They arrived with such shoddy construction that even their own rep admitted that they botched the job. We waited a month for replacements shelves / cabinets to arrive (with no. apology or attempt to reciprocate us for the massive inconvenience of having the ground floor of our home remain a work zone for another month).
The replacement cabinets were just as bad as the first, many with an inch of offset where the faces of the cabinets meet. They botched the bench seat and sent us a vertically oriented wall cabinet for a.

We totally remodeled a house and bought Canyon Creek cabinets through a general contractor for our kitchen, 3 baths, and a study. They were expensive- not that much less then the custom cabinets which we should have purchased. When they were installed by the contractor, the spaces around doors and drawers were uneven and too large and some of the cabinets were not square.
The contractor blamed the cabinets and Canyon Creek said it was installation problems, and it never got fixed. We had to withhold money from the contractor. The cabinets have a standard white painted finish. After a year or two we noticed the paint was rubbing off all edges where anyone or anything ever touched them, and the paint was pealing off the cabinets under the sinks.
A Canyon Creek representative told us that the cabinets can't be used near sources of water, so apparently they think their cabinets are unfit for kitchens and bathrooms!

I love finding local companies to work with, especially when building our home. Canyon Creek Cabinets make custom and semi-custom cabinets that are of superb quality and construction. From ordering to installing, the process couldn't have been easier. We got exactly what we expected, fantastic looking and durable cabinets. There was one issue with the glass doors but we resolved that problem fairly easily. We love our new cabinets. Thank you Canyon Creek Cabinets!

We had ordered our cabinets from Canyon Creek back in December 2011. After several years of use, both of the cabinet hinges on our most frequently used cabinet broke. I found our invoice for the cabinets and headed over to Canyon Creek to get replacement hinges. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and even gave me the newest type of hinge which does not require the soft close spring device which came with my original cabinets. He even gave me some extra ones for other cabinet doors. No fuss, and no charge for the hinges. Now that's great customer service!

What a mistake! Our kitchen remodel would be perfect except for these cabinets. First of all, we chose our finish based on Canyon Creek samples at a local store. What we actually received was vastly different than the sample. Our sales person said we shouldn't have relied on the samples and can't order based on them. So, why do they have their samples at local stores then?
How does one order if not from the samples provided? We ended up paying a local paint shop to redo the finish on the cabinets because it was so horrid looking, and Canyon Creek said the finish we got is as it was supposed to be. (Side note, the store where we saw the samples no longer carries Canyon Creek, and when I asked why, they stated that they had had too many complaints about quality.
We hadn't ordered though the store, as our contractor went straight to Canyon Creek, though he has voiced his disappointment with the product and the customer service, and is now steering clients away from Canyon Creek.) Second, after the cabinets were installed, we started to notice lots of flaws. The shelf clips they use inhibit moving shelves, even though they have all the little peg holes indicating that shelves can be moved.
To move shelves, you have to remove cabinet doors. So, we removed the cabinet doors to move the shelves, then noticed that they hadn't even drilled all the holes to line up on both sides of the cabinet - there were some positions where holes were drilled on the right side, but there were none to match on the left, and vice versa. Some positions were drilled at the front of the shelf line, but not at the back.
So there are a number of shelf positions that are unusable, and of course, those are exactly the ones that I want to use. Third, they feel cheap. The cabinets have a plasticky feel to them, and just don't have a solid feel like good cabinets should. Also where the veneer is adhered to the cabinet edges, there are all these fuzzy bits all along every single edge, and we can't get them off.
Lots of little things like that add up to an overall disappointment. EDIT: I keep finding more sloppy work on these cabinets. Drawers where the dovetailing is not even. Adding a picture. These are truly cheap and so disappointing. My advice is to steer clear. I manage 750+ apartments in multi-family rental properties, and have installed less expensive cabinets that have a far better feel to them than these.

Worst service ever. I ordered a vanity and a tall cabinet for my bathroom from Canyon Creek through Dunn Lumber. They built the vanity wrong and failed to deliver all of the cabinet parts that were ordered. I wrote to the CEO and all he wrote back was "sorry" and attempted to put the blame on Dunn Lumber. I will never buy another product from this "sorry" company.
If you do order be sure and check everything out before you start otherwise you will be left hanging trying to get your parts so you can proceed with your project. I lost time and money chasing down several items that were wrong or missing. I have done several larger projects using another company and had no problems. I thought it would be good to support a local company but never again.
