Straight up crook. I have won in small claims, and even there he lied up and down, excuse after excuse, never owned up to stealing my money and disappearing for good. Of course he never paid even though he lost.

I have been attempting to resolve problems with my order for over 6 months. Jim Auer, owner, has made a lot of false promises and just strung me along failing to deliver. Now he has promised me a refund and I have yet to see that. Do not be fooled by his fancy website. He is a crook.
