He is very helpful and reliable In assisting his customers purchase the best appliances for their needs at the best prices. If there is a problem, he takes care of it immediately. In these tumultuous times, it is wonderful to deal with someone with integrity and that is Dillion.a man of his word!

Bought multiple Thermador products from MD Appliances (microwave, 2 ovens and 6 burner stove) as well as a dishwasher and outdoor grill. Microwave and 4 of the 6 burners didn't work upon delivery. Spoke to Dan and he did a great job of following up with Thermador and getting the damaged parts along with locking down a service appointment to the house. Much appreciated!

Great advise on what to choose for our dead microwave. Knowledgeable staff. Delivery as promised.

Careful. We went here expecting customer service when we needed a replacement part. All they do is refer you to the manufacturer for replacements and service. We have now spent way too much time navigating automated phone messages to find the part we need. Honestly if the brick and mortar shops are just gonna brush you off when you need help after you buy the appliance, you might as well just go online or to a big box store. They usually have better deals anyways. Bummer

We had a great experience with the purchase of all new kitchen appliances during a recent remodel. Dan at MD appliances was great to work with. He has a lot of experience and knowledge and helped to guide us in the right direction. There was a long back order on the appliances due to the pandemic and Dan was diligent with follow up and accommodated for several deliveries, as the appliances were available. The delivery crew is great as well. I would definitely recommend MD appliances - they have the feel of a long forgotten local dealer with great customer service.

Another flawless experience! We have been working with Dan long before he opened MD. No one is more honest nor objective than Dan. Dan listens and guides you to the right products while being sensitive of your budget. At times it seems he can get appliances quicker than others. Obviously experience counts. His delivery guys are first rate. They don't nickel and dime you with new hoses or gas line hook ups like the big box stores. Great to have MD as a local option.

I was very disappointed in my experience purchasing a high end kitchen appliance here. There was a long wait time for the appliance to come in, which was common at the time. However when it finally was installed after months of waiting, it was defective and didn't work at all. Dylan, my salesperson, seemed completely uninterested and unapologetic about the fact that the product he sold me didn't work. I realize that he was just the middle man but this reflects extremely poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend this business at all.

My husband and I just purchased a Bosch dishwasher from MD Appliances. Our experience could not have been better! I felt extremely safe considering everything that's going on. Everyone wore masks, we were socially distanced and this show room is absolutely sparkling! Everyone was very friendly and our dishwasher was in exactly when they said it would be. I love the price and the service. Make sure you call here before going anywhere else

We are planning on redoing our kitchen and decided to check out MD APPLIANCES because we'd heard so many good things about them from friends who had gone through remodels themselves. Terry was the salesperson who walked us through all the options. She didn't try to sway us with one brand or the other, but told us her experiences as a cook who actually uses the appliances she sells.

Some of the new products are foreign to us (ie. steam/conv combi ovens; built-in coffee makers), so she shared a lot of "user friendly" and "learning curve" information. She gave us plenty of time, answered all our questions, and sent us a quote that evening. The prices were comparable to a large appliance store we had visited a few days earlier in Pasadena.

We wanted to buy from Terry, and were disappointed to find out that our designer was adamant that we use "his guy." Our experience with MD APPLIANCES (and Terry, in particular) was excellent, and I would buy from them in a heartbeat!

I recently bought a fridge, double oven, cooktop & hood from here after having such a great buying experience to replace a broken dishwasher several months earlier. Terry is the best! Amazing service. I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with her. Not sure I understand another reviewer's comments alluding to impatience. Are we talking about the same person?

I had so many issues come up during unexpected construction due to a kitchen pipe leak, so I kept having to delay my purchase. Terry patiently helped me through it all - from selection of items, warehousing everything until I was ready, delivery, installation, to helping me file manufacturing rebates! She also gave me great referrals for other items I needed.

Most importantly, she was able to have my oven delivered & installed the day before Christmas Eve, per my impossibly tight installation window, so that our family could have a holiday meal at home. Above and beyond, folks! I would skip the big appliance stores & online purchasing and come straight here. Pricing is very competitive and given the top notch service & care with delivery & installation, I can't go anywhere else in the future. I highly recommend. Thank you!

I made the mistake of believing that paying top tier prices in a boutique environment would translate to better customer service. Here's where that's gone wrong: 1. Terry had little patience for the questions I had as a novice appliance purchaser. And, actively made me feel foolish for not intuitively knowing that delivery charges are not included and needed to be scheduled with a 3rd party. 2.

My Miele dishwasher is now awaiting its 4th service call in its first 18 months in my home. At the time of purchase, I was assured that MD had relationships with dealers so they could intervene on behalf of the consumer. However, as of this most recent issue (9/7/19) I've been informed that they call the same service hotline that I do. Except, they are not open on Mondays, so it continues to be better for me to call on my own. 3.

The service people they recommended I use for installation of my microwave installed it completely slanted - Not just a minor cosmetic issue, an actual unworkable issue. After an hour, I had to ask them to reinstall it. In the process, they started a small kitchen fire on my stovetop (the microwave is over the stove top) during the re-install. I could have gotten the level of service available here at any big box store, but could have taken advantage of discounts.

We purchased a gas stove top, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and range hood. This was about two years ago and everything is working perfectly. They know about the products they sell. They charge a reasonable price. Great place to shop.

Really great service and selection. In planning our remodel we spent a lot of time researching all of the appliances for kitchen and laundry and could have cut it short had we just started at MD. Dan was very patient and thorough explaining options and when space challenges came up on our laundry room, he helped us find a perfect solution. Install went great and when we had questions (these machines are scary smart these days), he was quick with answers and explanations.

My wife and I were referred to Val Andrews by our designer, Amy Peltier. Amy spoke highly of Val, and I have to admit that I wasn't sure what value would be brought to the table from an independent shop vs. a major electronics store (i.e. Best Buy). Now that the everything is paid for and has been delivered, I am happy to report that the entire experience was the best I've had buying appliances. Val's communication, advice, hand-holding, promptness, delivery and delivery crew were all top notch. Last time, we went the "big retailer" route. Next time we won't. Make it easy on yourself.pick up the phone and call her.

New appliance shopping can be exhausting! Thank heaven for MD Appliances. Words cannot express how amazing the staff at MD Appliances are! They have continued to go above and beyond in all my business dealings with them. They sell quality Appliances with superior customer service.

My wife and I visited MD Appliances in search of a dishwasher because our Miele wasn't functioning at its highest level. glasses and silverware were often stained and at times, unclean. David Wheeler, from whom we had purchased a washer/drier combo a couple of years back, assisted us and instead of rushing to sell us a new dishwasher, he questioned us about the machine's efficiency and tried to reason why it wasn't operating at a higher level.

He had a few ideas about how to improve the Miele's performance and after presenting us with a sample of a detergent he liked, he sent us off to test his ideas. Turns out he was dead right and after taking the steps he suggested, the Miele is once again working as if it were new. We were so impressed that David hadn't insisted upon selling us a new machine.

He is a man of character and integrity. not out to make the fast buck. a throwback to the days when a man's character defined him. We're customers for life, of course. Some day the Miele will expire and for certain, David will find us a new one. As will be the case with any other appliances we might require. He went a long way to restoring our faith in an America we thought didn't exist any more.

This place is terrific, and Valerie is awesome. I needed a new refrigerator and was constrained by the size of the cut-out in my kitchen. Valerie found several different models that would fit, and I appreciated that she didn't try to sell me on the top-of-the line but let me see the different choices that were available. I settled on a mid-range Whirlpool that fit all my needs and I am delighted with it.

The delivery service was equally good; George was courteous, prompt and thorough. I will never go anywhere else for my appliances in the future. This is what full-service should be, and their prices are in line with the big box stores so why go through the hassle.

I've purchased a dishwasher and fridge from MD over the years. I'm about to buy more now that I'm about to do a kitchen remodel. In a world where everything is purchased online, it's nice to have a store to go to and actually look at something. Some of the best customer service I've had from a retail shop. And they have a gorgeous showroom. I highly recommend them.

Valerie, Dan & Dave are wonderful resources for our business. They are very knowledgeable always go to the next level to ensure that our client's needs are met, even giving excellent ongoing service after our clients make a purchase. When it comes to recommending appliances - this is where we send our clients!

I was recommended this place by our real estate agent. I went in looking for a kitchen hood and dishwasher. I went to the shop and they had a great selection on view and in catalogs. I heard they used to be in a smaller shop, but this one on Foothill was great. I never felt like they were trying to oversell anything for me. I ended up buying a moderately priced (actually cheap, by comparison) kitchen hood, and a medium to upper end dishwasher that's highly recommended by both them, consumer reports, and our neighbor.

I did some price comparison and could've bought it for $50 cheaper going through Pacific Sales (Best Buy), but that isn't worth the saving considering the attention to detail, quick turn around, and ability to get my sales person with a very quick phone call. Great working with a local business. In our case we didn't have a prior dishwasher, so we needed someone to install the appliances, and they recommended Accurate Appliance, which came through excellently and reasonably.
