I ordered several sprinkles for my boys Easter cookies and the "Spring Green" sprinkles came to me yellowish. I sent a chat on Sunday and by Monday, Sara Menes chatted me back to ask for me to send the picture and invoice number. I did and it looks like their inventory may have yellowish product for their "Spring Green" sprinkles so she immediately credited my account. This is the only place I'll be shopping for cake and pastry equipment from here on out. Two days ago, I ordered a lot of pans and tools for a wedding cake, and it qualified for free shipping. The box showed up today, beautifully and efficiently packaged! The amazing shipping speed gives me more time to plan! Before ordering, I also had to ask them specific questions about which food colorings would be compatible with which icing types. I received a prompt email with clear guidance, so I was able to order ingredients that would produce the results I need.

I made a mistake with my order and they responded quickly and were so helpful in sorting it out for me.

Just needed a couple minor tools for a new job I have taken. Open on Sunday and well staffed. Marginal upcharge but with their retail expenses, it is expected and warranted. May God bless "Grandpa". Job well done.

Packaging is amazing and one of my favorite - they have online chat available if you have some questions, real time help. A professional chef's and home cook's place for cooking and restaurant equipment of all sorts for purchase. The staff are friendly, and willing to help and assist. Extra kudos for an available restroom for public use. While far away from the city, the store of fortunately close to the subway station. A wonderland full of great gems!

The owners are excellent. They asked me straightaway what I needed when I entered the store and got a staff to assist me. Very extensive selection of polycarbonate molds. The store is huge so they have a wide array of other baking/candy making equipment and tools. The staff helped pick out the molds on my list (you can check on their online store) and when I was done they allowed me to deliver to an address plus use an online promo code. What great service!
