Company president Mike Waller entered the cabinetry field in 1976, and the company offers over 65 years of experience in design and production. Getting one star only because that is as low as it goes. Took a cabinet in for a new door. After 3 months, then told forgot my number then another month - sorry, we cant make this door, but we can do something else. I gave approval. Then another 3 months and when I called, they said, sorry we are just too busy to do this job. I went and picked up my cabinet. If I treated my clients at my business this way, I know I would not be in business long.

My wife and I really went back and forth on what style of cabinets to put in our new home. This was one of our biggest decisions because it is not like paint that you can simply re-do if you don't like the color. We were truly relieved when we talked to John, because he gave us a lot of ideas that really helped us to our final decision. We ended up with a kitchen that is beyond what we ever imagined.
