Very professional, patient, helpful, observant, prompt in responses to questions. what else can I say? I wish every contractor was like that. It took 4 days of work to reface our kitchen. The crew had, all the floors covered, appliance too and cleaned up every day after work, so we had full usage of the kitchen. Whenever there were alternatives they asked questions and gave their advice and the guys that worked at our place were really experienced and knew exactly what they were doing.

Working with Kitchen Reface Depot was an absolute pleasure, everything we hoped for and more. The owner, Paul Yuen, is extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process. Their showroom and warehouse facility is impressive, and the crew who did our installation was professional and efficient. We can't say enough, except that we recommend the Kitchen Reface Depot to anyone who is considering upgrading their kitchen cabinets with refaced cabinets.

I cannot say enough good things about Kitchen Reface Depot! Paul and Janna were a delight to work with; Mynor and Carlos, who did the installation, were amazing. Always pleasant, always cleaned up at the end of the day. When there were questions or problems, Mynor always had options and great solutions, and Paul was available by phone for consultation.

We had the same cherrywood cabinets in our kitchen from when we moved in 35 years ago - the doors and drawers were chipping, and there was veneer on the boxes that was peeling or gone, exposing particle board underneath. Every other place I called asked for pictures and said "looks like they have been refaced before, we don't reface over a prior refacing". Paul, however, looked at the photos and decided to take a look.

He offered superb design advice and options, while Janna (his wife) handled the office and helping with handles, etc. My wife wanted to go with white paint instead of natural wood to help lighten up the room. I received 4 quotes from different contractors for custom cabinet doors, and in the end I'm very glad that I went with Kitchen Reface Depot. From the very start, I could tell that Paul cares about the work he does, and about customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to make sure the doors were installed on time. The quality of work and attention to detail is what impressed me the most. Paul made several modification suggestion that turned out looking great. It was a real pleasure doing business with them.

I wanted to re-do our kitchen for the last 10 years, but always pushed it away as I did not have the patient to deal with yet another contractor that will commit to time and quality and not deliver on either. I could not be happier and luckier that I happened to land on Paul and his team. The whole experience from the initial phone discussion, to email communication, to the visit in the shop to pick styles and colors, to the actual work, the professionalism of everyone involved, and of course, the quality of the work, is absolutely the best I could hope for.

From the beginning Paul and Amy hand-held me trough the process, answering all questions I had promptly, and keeping me posted with where things are. And on the first day when Paul and the workers showed up at my house, the way that they prep their work area, I already knew that their work will be good.but I did not expect excellent, and excellent is what I got. Not enough superlatives to describe the level of competence, professionalism and attention to detail that I got from Paul and Janna (from design help to a willingness to answer all my questions) and Mynor and Carlos, the skilled courteous workmen who did the refacing. Everyone was unfailingly helpful at all times, and I'm thrilled with the result.

I especially love the white uppers and the dove grey lower cabinet colors. The whole job was done in just over three weeks. Paul even introduced me to FL Marble and they installed my quartz countertop, backsplash tile and farmhouse sink. Due to COVID, the range I wanted is on back order so you still see my old range in the photo, but when it arrives in July, the kitchen will be complete!

I can't say enough about Kitchen Reface Depot! Our 40-year old kitchen cabinetry was outdated and falling apart and in dire need of replacement. Amy and Paul helped us redesign our kitchen cabinetry using both the "bones" of our old cabinets and adding new cabinets, even a pull-out garbage can in a tight space. Our kitchen is BEAUTIFUL now and way more storage efficient.

It looks brand new and it was AFFORDABLE. What a great business to work with too - super responsive, straight-forward, consultative, friendly, and fair. Amy held my hand along the way and was very clear on cost and timelines, showing me all my options in their showroom. Paul was thorough and a true craftsman. The installation team was friendly, non-intrusive, and detailed. Installation took just 3 days. After planning for a total kitchen remodel for many years, this was all along the better way to go. Totally recommend!

I learned that I am pretty picky during our recent kitchen remodel, and I have to say that I did not find fault with any work that the Kitchen Reface Depot performed. Not only did they reface the existing kitchen cabinets making them look like new, Paul raised the cabinet over the refrigerator so that any standard size refrigerator would fit, and he recommended adding new cabinets around the sink and the new built-in dishwasher.

He came out to the house, made measurements, and once the new cabinets were installed they fit perfectly and look great. All of this for what I consider a very reasonable price! Amy, the office manager not only explained the various options while we were in the decision mode, she coordinated with the granite shop to ensure the timing of the kitchen remodel worked smoothly. I am totally impressed with Kitchen Reface Depot and would recommend them for both cabinet refacing and new cabinets.

I would give Paul Yuen and his team more than five stars if it were possible. Our experience with them was exceptional. I emailed him photos of our old cabinets as he requested on his website, more out of curiosity, just to see what he would have to say. He responded with a professional quote based on the number of drawers and cabinets we had. When we went to his shop to discuss it we were so impressed with his knowledge and creative ideas we opted to use his services.

Although Paul is officially a reface company, his skills far exceed that basic service. The KRD crew changed our center island that was oval in shape with dead space on each end to rectangular by rebuilding the ends of it. This allowed for a hidden area to store our trash can and provided additional storage. The upper cabinets had a large soffit with dead space above them.

The KRD crew was able to convert them to ceiling high cabinets with lovely moldings. Many of the drawers had no pullouts, and they added new boxes and pullouts with gentle closing mechanisms. Their attention to detail was meticulous. After the project was complete I realized there were a couple of items I had forgotten. They came back and took care of them without complaints.

One of the best things about dealing with Paul and his team is that, in addition to getting high quality workmanship, they are wonderful to deal with. Paul is easy to talk with and full of great ideas. Amy in the office is a gem. She always responds and gets answers to questions. The crew is timely and maintains the schedule. When they enter your home they shield everything and always clean up before the leave at the end of each day. I can't say enough about how great Paul and the Kitchen Reface Depot was. My husband and I definitely recommend them.

We had Paul and his team reface our old 1970's vintage kitchen cabinets in 2018 and the results are amazing. We chose an American Cherry finish we couldn't find very easily elsewhere, updated all of our drawers with new boxes and soft close slides, and we couldn't be happier. To us, the cabinets look better than most of the new cabinets we were looking at. Paul is a pleasure to work with.

He's extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, and personable. Paul and his team answered our questions promptly. They addressed all of the challenges we had with our existing cabinets, including reinforcing a cabinet over the range to accommodate a very heavy range hood, and solving an issue we had with a corner cabinet door clearing our new range. Dave and the installation team did a super job in the 4 days it took to do our kitchen.

They were also very detail oriented and precise in their work. With the quality work they do, it's easy to see why their calendar is so busy, but it was well worth getting on their schedule. Just looking at how our kitchen looks now I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
