We had our tile and counter tops done in both our bathroom and kitchen and they did such a great job! I am extremely impressed. Totally recommend this company, you wont be disappointed!

Originally hired Kreative Kitchens & Baths to renovate my 1970's master bathroom. The bathroom turned out amazing. Light years better than I expected and on BUDGET, even though they discovered MAJOR plumbing problems. Steve walked us through each concern and suggested solutions to each concern. Steve and his workers (Rob, Brad, Gene & Greg) were here every day.

I've had several friends that said they had to beg their contractors to come back, work and finish the project. We were so impressed and happy with their through quality of work we continued to renovate our house. We hired them to renovate a main hall bathroom and our family room and kitchen. The projects all ran into unanticipated issues and MAJOR problems. However, the projects were both completed on time and on BUDGET.

The only additional costs were changes we made. On the main floor they laid beautiful solid oak floors. I liked the floor so much, I had them redo my stair trends and upstairs landing in oak. They did an awesome job. I have shared Kreative Kitchens & Baths number with several friends looking to remodel. They do quality work, on-time and on-BUDGET. If I need any additional work done on my house, I'll call them first.

I purchased a cabinet from Steve at Kreative Kitchens. It was missing shelves and had a dented door front. Multiple attempts to contact them to help resolve the issue without any resolution. I left repeated messages and he never returned my call. Not sure how this man keeps stays in business. When I remodel my kitchen and bath I'll take my business to Thurston. They're rock stars and were able to help me with what I needed.

We hired Kreative Kitchens & Bath to complete a masterbath renovation in June 2018. Communication throughout process was poor. Project started shortly after the 4th of July and took much longer than anticipated due to multiple issues that arose (project manager left company, original tile layer had serious injury, tile work needed to be touched up by someone more qualified, designer had numerous family emergencies, etc.). Excuses for delays and issues piled up.

Numerous people worked on this smaller scale project to the point where we became extremely uncomfortable about the revolving door our home had become. I would love to share photos of the process of the timeline of the tile and grout work done by this company. Words cannot express how poor the quality the original product was. Although massive effort was put into damage control cleaning up the original work done we were still left with a shower full of uneven grout lines, areas that were bare of grout, and tiles that were installed chipped.

After voicing our displeaure with quality of tile work numerous times to designer Jody and Steve Lujan (owner) we decided to cut ties with this company and hire someone more skilled to handle the scope of our project. We had no desire to waste any more time nor money dealing with this company to get a refurbished, resale product installed looking (at best) shower.

Our closet was also finished in the most "unique" way as well. I would love to share photos of that as well. Steve did offer to fix that for us but we declined. I expect a company of his reputation to install closet rods and racks correctly the first time. It's unfortunate how dishonest people can be. We now are forced to pay additonal hard earned money to hire someone else to do what this company could not and falsley said they could do.

I will now have to pick up additional shifts and be away from my toddler to offset the cost of paying for this shower to completed by someone else. Cheers to the American dream!

I recently hired Kreative Kitchens and Baths to redesign a kitchen for me and my husband. The kitchen ended up being more than I had expected. The crew that worked on my kitchen clean up after themselves on a daily bases and treated my home as if it was their own. As for the craftsmanship, it was top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend Kreative Kitchens and Baths.

Steve seemed good at first. The finished bathroom looked pretty good. However, there were issues with the toilet having construction debris and a red material showing through some glass tile (he did not warn us this could happen). We paid extra to have a deep clean done when he was finished. I was newly pregnant and we had to go on a trip as he finished.

We arrived home and the condo was a horrible mess; my husband had to clean everything before I could even step foot into the condo. There was still dust everywhere. Finally, he told us he would keep the rest of our slab on consignment. Never heard from him. We have reached out to let family use it and it is gone. He is not offering to pay us anything for it. He is sketchy and does not do what he promises.

I have worked with Steve Lujan and Kreative Kitchens for over 10 and continue to use him. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise in remodeling. He's always been good at communicating time frames and pricing and his work always turns out as I imagined it. Highly recommend him.

Steve of Kreative Kitchens and Baths has high personal standards of performance for himself and his organization and it is evident in the product he delivers. He hires and manages an excellent group of highly competent craftsmen who know what to do and how to do it. Steve has certified a variety of vendors who provide excellent products. His recommendations were always on target and have withstood the test of time.

When I had questions, Steve responded promptly and answered the questions completely and directly. Never once did I feel I was "being handled" Steve listens very well, has good ideas, is open to sharing them as alternatives, and, would explain why a particular alternative was better than others. I trusted his recommendations and was never disappointed.

The budgeting process is realistic, transparent, and a good tool to track progress and payments. Steve personally visited the site on a regular basis and kept on top of timetables, dates and schedules. He was easily accessible and returned calls promptly. The project was completed within budget and on time. I was 100% pleased with the renovation and would not hesitate to recommend KK&B to others. If I have the need for another renovation, Steve will be the only person I call.
